Comments: We save a considerable amount of time and money by making our audiovisual content easily searchable and by eliminating the habit of saving files in multiple places. It¿s also much easier now to prevent data loss.
In short great software with loads of possibilities, good support and good value for money.

Comments: At Arcadia University, we are 6 months into our migration to the MediaHaven management system. We are using their platform-based system to organize and manage our digital assets, (photos, video and logos) for University Relations, the communications branch of the university. We are still a work in progress in terms of getting our imagery organized in the best way to work for us, however, the system adapts easily to our evolving needs.

The installation process is extremely easy but what I've found to be most beneficial is the customer service. Whenever we have an issue or question, the feedback is timely and very helpful. They are also extremely open to ideas and suggestions on how the product can be evolved and improved. The Photoshop plug-in saves multiple steps when editing and I look forward to having similar abilities in Premiere. As a whole, I think the system will work well for us as we move forward and I look forward to incorporating it into other offices on our campus that we deal with regularly.
