Pros: Easily organizes candidates, manages the candidates through the various phases of hiring. Best of all it's very intuitive, I jumped right in, no training required.

Cons: The "Cons" i've experienced were due to setup, not with Breezy specifically. I expressed my concerns to my internal Breezy administrator and they applied my feedback to subsequent job postings, improving the number of candidates applying. (Originally configured requiring a video, which was detracting socially awkward programmers from applying for my positions)

Overall: Improved application rates, and able to move through the interview and hire process much faster.

Pros: I like that you can email them through the software (and not your personal email), and that you can see all the positions at a glance.

Cons: The questionnaire always confused me, like how to customize it. I tinkered around it for a while and then just gave up eventually.

Pros: I love the ability to funnel applicants through different phases rather than printing emails and tracking everything in emails. Support also has a super quick response time!

Cons: The scorecard could be easier to use. I'd like to be able to customize it for each job (which maybe you can and I just can't find it?).

Pros: Keeping the overview is really good. It shows an easy status of all the candidates, especially wen using the piles view.

Cons: A way to see all candidates over multiple jobs in the pile view would really really help me a lot. Right now I always need to switch jobs and thats a bit unhandy. Our flow is the same for all hires, doesnt matter which job they applied for.

I have not had much experience with this software. The tutorials were too simplified

Pros: The hiring process is electronic verses paper and efficient for all departments. I have not had a successful contact so not first-hand experience

Cons: So far the purposed candidates have not met our minimum requirement of training for the position that I am trying to fill. When I inquired about one person I did not receive a reply about that candidate.

Great questionnaires really assisted us in narrowing down our candidate lists, the emails helped us.

Pros: It is fairly easy to figure out and the price is unbeatable. It has a customizable chain and allows multiple users to add feedback. I really like the ability to get video responses to questionnaires.

Cons: The learning curve was more than I expected. I was scheduled for a online video class and no one ever showed. I contacted customer service and they sought to resolve the issue.

Overall: Simple, affordable, and effective.

Pros: The many benefits to free users. It's very useful when starting a business and money is scarce. I would totally recommend to others.

Cons: The number of emails you can send out at one time . It was very easy to create the account but I think that posting to Social media should be added maybe for a short period to even the free users..

Overall: I've received many applications

I really like the flexibility and options that this software offers for our HR processes.

Pros: I think this software is an excellent tool for anyone in HR or with HR related jobs that needs something to facilite their research and speed up the hiring processes.

Cons: I feel like the software could be a little more intuitive because I often end up searching for the right fonctionalities and such.

We started to use in January this year, that was an amazing improvement in our Recruiting process.

Pros: The Agile Methodology is amazing, easy to handle the process. Also, you can configure your own flow into there, helping me a lot.

Cons: Seriously the solution is amazing, I would like to see integration with Trello or some Microsoft product.

Pros: Software can be linked to many other sources such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. This makes it easier to recruit candidates.

Cons: Notifications when an applicant has been automatically disqualified. Unfortunately notifications are not clear when a candidate fails an application process and becomes disqualified.

Overall: Makes it a lot easier to recruit candidates!

Pros: It was very intuitive, and I learned most of the processes I need for my portion of the hiring process very quickly!

Cons: I would like the ability to complete more than one scorecard, as I partake in multiple stages of the hiring process.

Overall: The ability to have all of an applicants information in one, easy to access, place. I can easily check for updates to the hiring process without having to constantly ask people for a candidates status.

Pros: It provides documentation, and keeps everything in one place. Rather than losing resumes and dealing with e-mails, everything is in one central location.

Pros: Easy way to keep track of all applicants - multiple people can work with in the program - ability to send everything through Breezy so its tracked for you.

Cons: I love the program the only thing I would love to see added is the ability to create task lists for your candidates that would show you daily what needs to be done with them.

Breezy has been easy overall to use. There are some early stage hiccups but nothing major.

Pros: The visual appeal and organization of the dashboard and ability to drag candidates from stage to stage.

Cons: Some of the functionality for inbox messaging as well as having different company profiles under one organization but billing under same account.

Pros: All information in one place, and accessible in an intuitive way.
Allows to collect feedback from all involved stakeholders for discussion and decision-making.

Cons: The integration between internal-kept candidate information and application attachments in legacy formats (e.g. PDF CV)
is a little clunky, leading to duplication and (rarely!) to gaps in the info if you don't go and check the attachments

Pros: It's not bloated like other platforms and makes it easy to add and manage resumes. The fact it automatically shares to other websites is a benefit.

Cons: You can't edit the pages as much as you'd want, but there is some flexibility. Some obvious things are hard to find, like easily replying to users who submitted a resume.

Pros: The pipelines. Email template configuration. The plug and play feature with the website and being able to manage content from one place!

Cons: Not having different time zones for calendar meetings. reminders on applicants in a certain stage for a period of time.

Cons: - Analytics. We need more information: how much time a candidate is in the process
- Pipeline modification: If you modificate a pipeline all the candidates will be at the first stage again
- Limited promotion
- Calls
- Scorecards, if you click outside the chart you lose all the comments and it is super anoying!
- If the recruiters do not have access to other positions, they cannot allocate passed a candidate from position A to position B.
- The scale of the Scorecard if very simple and it's not helping much (VP, Poor, Good, VG). I would like to have it from 1-10 or 1-7 at least.

Overall: -Speed in the recruitment process
-We get a better understanding of the profile
-Easy to communicate within the recruiters
- We avoid losing candidate in Excel sheets

Very fluid for recruitment purposes - allows easy classification and status updating of candidates.

Pros: Strong UI, consolidates many data points. The customer service is also fast in response, time which is much appreciated.

Cons: I already submitted this as a feature request, but I really don't like that I can only make questionnaire responses visible to hiring team managers, not members. I consider questionnaires a key part of the application - up there with resume, cover letter - and is vital for a member to submit a scorecard.

It's great. Letting me manage the resumes very systematic and easy to access

Pros: It's stage based scenario for the recruitment process.
Being able to move candidates by drag and drop .
It's UI gives good vision on our hiring process.

Cons: Doesn't have in-app right click feature.
I can't change the order of stages by dragging them.
I can't easily manage stages of each board like omitting them or sth like that.
There's too much complexity when U want to see a candidates info.
The resume information and team discussions is enough I think

Pros: We like the automated emails that can be sent by moving a prospect from one column to the next. Also, the questionnaires are very helpful in making sure candidates are qualified before moving on to an interview.

Cons: Lose data easily if you accidentally click out of a pop up window. When trying to edit or add email templates, or adjust workflow, or create questionnaires, if you click out of the editing window on accident, you lose everything you typed. Very frustrating.

Pros: I like that everything is easy to use and navigate. Calendars are easily accessible and there are many tools to help assist in any process.

Cons: I do not like how it is not accessible on mobile devices. When I am not at my computer I would like to be able to still access Breezy

Pros: I like the simplicity of it. The interface is super simple and easy to use. Probably the best bang for the buck on the market right now.

Cons: Integration with major job boards could be better, for example, I had to wait for a couple of days before it got published on Indeed. Also, the feature I was missing was the notification of how many times did a single candidate apply for a job, because if you discard them once, that means you probably won't consider them for any future positions.

Overall: Simplicity and speed.

I've had a great experience using BreezyHR so far! Stellar customer service and very adaptable!

Pros: After using several HR programs for my company over the past year, I have to say Breezy is by far the best I've used! The customer service is absolutely unparalleled. I typically get a response within seconds! I can tell you from first-hand experience that this is absolutely not the case with other software providers. It's been great to count on a timely and helpful response from customer support!

Love the tool just a shame it's so limited for real life use in anger.

Pros: Pipeline is simple and very customisable.
Automated emails at stage changes are cool.
Drag and drop UI is easy to use.

Cons: No support for timezones. When we send calendar invites to people in the UK they get confused by the US time, which then causes panic and for them to seek our support. Not something you want in your recruitment experience!

If using recruiters then all they can do is email CVs into Breezy. Most recruiters understandably want to remain part of the conversation so it would be preferable to have them on the hiring team but only able to see their own candidates. Breezy doesn't support this.

You can't iteratively develop your scorecard. If you make changes to the scorecard you blitz the candidate data.

Overall: It's giving us some structure around process but not supporting timezones is a big big issue.

Pros: It's easy to navigate through the applications. Also when people apply it's easy to go through their resume and see how much they have worked.

Cons: Takes a long time for the applicants to get contacted because of a number of people that apply. It's a process for me to go through everyone.

Pros: I can keep info and jobs while only a few are live and I work on the others. It's a good product and I like it very much.

Cons: No export for emails. Other then that I don't have any cons it is a good product and I am happy with it.

Overall: Finding all the employees I needed for a cross country promotion and tour. So I am happy times 1000 with this product. I only hope they will open more free features.

Breezy helped our company manage hiring pipelines in an easy and transparent way.

Pros: The pipelines kept everything so clean! We were able to have about 10 roles up within multiple departments and everyone was able to centrally track the hiring process.

Cons: The largest problem was when someone created auto emails and updated pipelines without telling the team. Sometimes people got denial emails without us knowing. It would be great to see an icon indicating that auto emails are on for certain pipelines.

Super easy platform to use! Support is very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Pros: The cost compared to most other platforms is excellent. I feel like I am getting my dollars worth when I'm searching for candidates. I enjoy that they have a quick response chat function for support whenever I need guidance.

Overall: I really like that Breezy pulls from a candidates social media accounts. It saves some time when I'm searching for more info.

Pros: Really easy to start and manage stages of the process for each job posting. The automation of emails is great and saves a lot of time scheduling meetings.

Cons: 1 in 5 resume imports does not work. I have to manually copy/paste the info. After the candidante is added manually, the import from the resume section work, but not for creating a new candidate. Customer support took about 2 to 3 weeks to respond. Now I'm waiting on a new PDF not importing to provide that to the customer service team (it's been too long to remember which candidate the PDF did not work for).

Pros: It is easy to use and navigate. It has been accessible to various generations (as I work with young and old participants). Ssimple integration with other platforms.

Cons: Some complications with "admin" versus "manager." Would be nice to have "Committee" level for board members that participate in the search process without seeing/needing to participate in the entire process/pipeline. Some complications with getting people onboarded (unable to resend invitations without customer support, needed special links from customer support, which should be provided initially so I could resend on my own without having to wait for customer support).

Overall: Time savings, ease of tracking and following-up.

Pros: I like the category options best, where you can easily separate candidates into disqualified, in-person interview, etc. I like that you can also easily search for candidates by name.

Cons: It is a little confusing to get back to your original homepage where you can choose different positions you have access to.

Pros: We haven't been able to use the software as deeply as we'd like yet due to time restraints, but the little amount that we've used Breezy so far, we love that each user can speak with other users about positions or hiring strategies within the software while keeping everything sorted and trackable.

Cons: We haven't used the software long enough to think of any immediate flaws. However, ease of learning the software and its multiple features may prove to be slightly difficult for the non-tech savvy members of our company.

Overall: We haven't posted any positions yet, but so far it's been a great way to create and organize the positions so that they're ready the moment we need to post them.

Overall, I feel that the application works as intended.

Pros: It is a great collaborative application that is fairly intuitive unlike similar applications out on the market.

Cons: I made a mistake and opened a new company at one point and didn't mean to. There was no way for me to remedy this situation myself, no FAQ on what to do. I had to contact support to fix the error for me. If you are going to allow a creation of something, best allow the user deletion of it as well.

Overall: Collaboration and sourcing of resumes

Very easy to use UI. Pretty much a turnkey experience.

Pros: It was really easy to see candidates on the dashboard, also loved how resume attachments were directly emailed.

Cons: I thought there was a lot of clutter on the dashboard that could be simplified, then again I wasn't a power user.

Pros: Breezy allows to create custom operational workflows that allow us to source and vet candidates, but not spend all day doing it.

Cons: The custom workflows around contract signing are good, but not great. This part falls short of other systems out there like docusign.

Pros: navigation is easy the system basically walsk you through every step to get you going its a definite use as an access for your business

Cons: i cant complaing about the software it has done wonders for my company there are a couple of things that could be added tomake it a bit better or ease of use like having a app that goes straight to your phone and giving the user the access to call you to check on status but that is probably later down the line

Overall: i have applicants that regulary put in applications it makes the application process more easier for me to distinguish between applicant that i do and odnt want for my company its a great tool to use thanks

Pros: Pipeline for selecting candidates: easy to preview and manage all in one place. Also team members notes added to each candidate is quite helpful.
One more thing is questionnaires option. By this tool we add specific question to eliminate candidates.

Cons: Not many people use it in Georgia, thus we have to explain how to use and how to apply for our positions.

Immediately, it has been a seamless, easy, smooth experience when using the platform.

Pros: The ability to organize the candidate's place in the hiring funnel has been the most effective when using the platform.

Cons: The scorecard should give an option of on the fence or fair to better score candidates who are verging on good but need to be sent out a questionnaire or call to better assess the candidate.

Pros: It automatically posts the job to indeed and other job listing platforms. It also shows their resume and contact info at a glance, without having to open their resume and sort through it.

Cons: It is difficult to find and sort applicants and candidates, and it can be buggy. One of my job positions still says pending but it has been up for a very long time.

Pros: We are very early into launching it. But if i were to guess, it would be the automation. We are looking forward to see how much time it saves us.

Cons: Some of the forms are limited. Ex. When creating a question as a checkbox, there is no option for "Other" with a text field.

Pros: Breezy is a user-friendly system that allows you to communicate with candidates electronically. Additionally, Breezy has the capability to store confidential documentation for onboarding purposes. Last, Breezy offers recruitment and reporting tools for users.

Cons: I would like to see a more capabilities when using the mobile link or app as a recruiter. You have very limited access to application documents.

Overall: Breezy allowed me to send and receive applications electronically and it increased my daily productivity because it reduced facet-to-face time with applicants. It also reduced the number of telephone calls that I received.

I am new to this way of job searching and the tech staff was there to help me with all my questions.

Pros: I like the having the ability to either select or opt out of choices such as having resumes, work
history etc. This reduces the amount of info I have to enter into my description.

Cons: As someone who is not tech savy I find it difficult to determine what some of the icons/indicators stand for such as a downward facing arrow indicating options like edit.
I would prefer to see something more obvious such as a box with the word EDIT clearly shown.

Overall: I am receiving resumes more frequently than other options which I have explored.

Not very user friendly, over complicated but effective in what it does if you invest time into it

Pros: visually friendly and the structure of interview templates. it looks simple, I also like how you can add other members of the team

Pros: The ability to easily visualise our recruitment pipeline is essential to us. We haven't got a dedicated HR team at the moment, so those who deal with recruitment in our company must be able to use the recruitment software alongside their other tasks day-to-day. Breezy is easy to pick up and very intuitive to use - we're sold.

Cons: The inability to customise the integration of the questionnaires into a job post on the career portal is a bit of a shame. We would love to order our custom questions into and around the default questions such as 'name' 'age', etc.

Overall: We're moving from an old Excel file that contains all of our submissions and records of applicants to Breezy. It's literally night and day difference for us, and has streamlined an archaic process into a fairly painless activity.

So far I am liking the experience. Visualisation had always been an issue which certainly isn't now

Pros: The board like layout that Breezy has. While the framework is set on Breezy, not every profile goes through the same sequential hiring processes, and the drag drop feature allows me to easily move my candidates across the stages. Apart from this, automation of emails and future actions based on questionnaire also helps me weed out the noise efficiently.

Cons: I am not a fan of the way uploaded resume/CV gets displayed. If only it were easier on the eyes, it would make comprehension much easier that way. I want to digest relevant keywords with ease as quickly as possible!

Pros: Flexibility, instant customer service, it does exactly what I need it to do. We are a new company and this is definitely growing with us. We can truly be in a learning mode when all changes to emails and pipelines and workflows just require a drag and drop or quick change. We were VERY close with going with a competitor that cost, no exaggeration, 20x more until our CTO pointed us to Breezy, and that is the best IT decision we've made so far!

Cons: I don't think it provides API access to all of the fields or includes an easy way for candidate pictures to be added.

Overall: Breezy improved our recruitment process tremendously. I don't know where we'd be without it.

Pros: I like the user interface and layout using Swim lanes that is very similar to sprint runs I am used.

Cons: Unable to move candidates from one role to another keeping the history. Updates seem to be quite buggy and no auto refresh. Not sure how QA is done but I do find a fair amount of bugs pop up. Support in Asia hours would be a big bonus too.

Pros: Ease of use and remarkable UX makes it one of the best CRM systems in the market.

I can easily look at where candidate are in the pipeline no matter if I have 100 or 1000, I know where they are at any given moment without the need to navigate through useless walls

Cons: It doesn't have client side functions, forecasting fees, it doesn't format CV's and the colours aren't customisable.

A really good tool that allows me to track new hires as they go through our HR process

Pros: I love how it can export the data of my applicants on an excel spreadsheet. I like how you can rate the candidates, email them directly from the applicant and its functionality is so easy to use. I think the free version is still great for small start-up recruitment firms/ recruiters.

Cons: I do not like not having the option of being able to deselect the job sites and if the job is closed you can not longer use the application to send or respond to emails. I am not sure if that's only for the free version.

Breezy has made hiring so simple, its amazing. Communication with candidates is integrated!!

Pros: Ease of communication and notifications. It also allows me to track my priority candidates and know who has been rejected and communicated with. Hands down the easiest HR software I've ever used.

Cons: That when position is not marked as Remote, it still allows non-local candidates to apply. There should be a feature that integrated demographics.

Overall: No longer having to organize my own filings and wasting time on that. Also ease of communication allows me to know who I have talked to and who is qualified/disqualified.

Pros: Very easy to learn. Little or no technical ability is required to set it, launch it and maintain it. Takes 30 minute (or less) to set up and make "go live". Comes with a simple and clean front end career site that can be easily integrated into most sites. Setting stages, pipelines, goals, etc. are all dead simple. Support is fast and knowledgable. Price is very competitive. If you are still using Excel (or nothing), Breezy is for you. If you are evaluating ATS platforms, make sure to include Breezy alongside Workable, Greenhouse, Jobvite, Jazz, Lever, etc.

Overall: Nothing. Breezy is a solid solution for most small-to-mid-size businesses. Future versions will remove any minor doubts I currently have related to features/abilities.

Breezy HR has been very helpful in managing and streamlining the hiring process.

Cons: The worst thing about using breezy is that of putting in pre-found candidates to a role. It is time consuming to put in a resume and having to re-put phone numbers and emails.

Pros: Great candidate control. Ability to interact seamlessly with candidates including video questionnaires.

Cons: Poor job control. No parallel job pipeline to the candidate pipeline. For an external recruiter, a multi-stage (40-50 steps) pipeline is essential.

Pros: I love the fact you can have all your recruitment needs in one place. Get team members involved by sharing and the scorecards are great! One stop shop for all my needs when recruiting.

Cons: It's just something new to get used to. Not always counterintuitive BUT the support is superb. Best I've had on any kind of platform. They're in the US so you do have to wait until they wake up (if you're in the UK that is) but you know what. We're not saving lives so it's worth waiting for.

Overall: Saves time and energy having it all in one place!

Pros: It's been easy to use and customize. Good price for features. Easy ad refresh features without having to close and reopen ad. I've chatted help desk many times and they are always fast with an easy solution. Easy to upload submissions received external to Breezy and it reads their resume and puts them in format like others.

Cons: Nothing really. Although, once you input a scorecard you can't delete to nothing again, you need to keep some sort of rating. I'm a color coder so I would like to be able to color code applicants in the pipelines I've created for further customization. (ie: I upload recruiting agency submissions to keep all in one spot but would like at a glance to know which are agency which direct hire since fee associated). I've been using the Notes section to attach PDFs of candidates Test Score, References...maybe a documents tab so its easier for others to see if attachments? Just suggestions not problems. So far its been pretty easy.

Overall: easy to use, nice interface, good value for money, great tech support

Breezy is easy to use and cost effective. Using it daily has been a time saver.

Pros: Makes common sense and works! Since 2009 when i started Hamilton Resourcing i have used a dozen ATS's from Australia to UK to USA and this is far far better than everything. I wish I could buy Breezy.

Cons: Sign in process is still work in progress. Just doesn't work. Here is the problem.

¿ Member receives email with link
¿ Member clicks the link and browser opens a form
¿ Member completes the form and click the button (save or submit don¿t remember)
¿ Nothing happens (this is where the problem is. After the details have been completed and submit button pressed the browser should log the member in. this never happens)
¿ Member is wondering what happened and goes back to email
¿ No new confirmation notification member presses the same invitation email link again thinking something went wrong
¿ This time when the browser opens it gives an error; your login session has expired!
¿ More problems and total confusion on what to do next

Guys as soon as the form is completed the first time it should take the member inside the application. At this point the Admin should also receive email notification confirming that the member is logged in so he could give him permissions for the jobs.

Overall: You cannot do TA without an ATS. I recommend this product to my clients everyday.

An amazing, intuitive tool, built with recruiter users in mind.

Pros: It's simple, clean, and easy to use. Intuitive communication platform. Great integrations. Customizeable career portal. Cheaper than the competition. Developing faster and releasing new updates consistently.

Cons: Some UX flaws that should improve, for example, no simple drag and drop for resume uploads (requires a few other steps), as well as the candidate profile box could be made into a single flow rather than multiple tabs (currently there's a details tab, team discussion, attachments, etc.)

Cons: definitely some glitches with setting up questionnaires for example. also altering a questionnaire seems to delete it or otherwise muck up its association with a position.

Pros: It actually in a sense acts as my hiring assistant and makes it where I can fast track on sorting out the proper candidates.

Overall: It is a secondary assistant that doesn't ask for a raise.

Pros: Ease of use! Love the fact it interfaces nicely with website and love that the video interviewing capability is built in and not an extra!

Overall: Trial was great!
I have not come across any cons in the use or functionality of this software. Support was great to quickly respond to questions and provide helpful hints.

Pros: Ease of use for sure. I also like the fact that they're continually coming out with updates. Shows that its not a produce it and walk away product. I like that I can include non-HR people into the process and the interface is very natural - not a whole lot of education needs to be done.

Cons: The one thing that I'd really like to see, is more of the social media component to candidates profiles. Some ATS have a social media scraper that self populates candidates profiles. It shows me things that the candidate may not want me to see. Helps me identify potential landmines before I get caught in the shrapnel.

Overall: ease of use - good value for money.

Cons: Cost per posting and per user was the real deterrent here. the other real competitor was CATS and although they are cheaper (no cost per user or per posting) they do not have as easy of a platform to configure.

Pros: Easy to use - It took me no time to figure out how to use Breezy HR. When I was stuck I was able to contact customer support through chat and got a response within minutes.

Create your own pipeline - This is something that I like the most. Being a freelance recruiter means that my pipeline is a little different than the norm. I don't actually interview or hire anyone. I'm simply a recruiter. But sometimes I like to go back and see who's ahead in the process. Breezy HR allows me to create my own pipeline to fit the stages that my candidates go through.

Free version - I use the free version because since I don't post jobs, hire, or interview I don't need all the extra features like job page and such. This allows me to have a software where I can see all my candidates and how far they've moved within the pipeline.

Mobile app - Breezy HR has a mobile app so you're able to update candidates on the fly. You can also received notifications of new applicants if you post your jobs on the job page they provide you.

Great customer service - As I said before, if you are unsure of how to do something you can contact someone through the live chat. I received a response within minutes.

Overall: I was able to use a free version of recruiting software that provided me with everything I was looking for. It allows me to view all of my candidates and upload candidates. It also allows me to change the pipeline however I want. It's easy to use and customer service is always available and helpful. There's also a mobile app which is helpful.

Kinda cool stuff.

Pros: If you're someone who has been struggling to email back and forth between your HR or hiring team, then you'll find Breezy as refreshing as the cool ocean breeze on your face while the soft sand cushions your steps along the beach.

It's easy to pick up, it consolidates all the communication into one place, and I have a much easier time thoroughly considering each candidate that applies.

Cons: I have few things to dislike. If I had to report a defect, I do not like how my screen begins to scroll to the right automatically each time I log in. I can see how this might be done on purpose to see the people who are in the last swimlane, but it is always unexpected.

Overall: The team moves through multiple applicants for different positions more efficiently. UI is modern and pleasing to the eye. And it works!

Pros: The trello like board layout of cards was super useful for keeping track of applicants as well as all their information.

Cons: The app wasn't as powerful as the desktop version. I wanted to be able to work on templates from the app as well.

Overall: I have already recommended this - it saved so much time and was easy to use.

Pros: The Kanban flow. It is very easy to see the status of each applicant in the pipeline. I also love being able to easily click on any applicant on the board for quick and easy viewing.

Cons: Can't think of much for the web version. I'm very happy with the software. I had some trouble with the Android app crashing on my Samsung Note 5.

Pros: Fast, easy setup, and great workflow automation. I love the templates, timing email messages, dispositioning candidates is fast, and communicating with them is seamless. Scheduling phone screens for recruiters is super quick and easy.

Cons: *The GSuite integration is light, so it cannot handle scheduling with our conference rooms.
*Communicating with the team/hiring managers privately is not as easy as discussing things with them openly in Discussions. I would like to be able to @ mention the HM in the Notes field.
*Calendar invites don't include resumes

Overall: Breezy has saved me countless hours and has provided a lot of support to me as I get the recruiting function established while running a full desk.

Pros: It's nice to have all the candidate info well centralized, easy to access the resume, and easy to collaborate notes on what you think about the interviewee.

Cons: The video conferencing is pretty unusable. It doesn't deal with latency well at all (audio drops/stutters frequently on bad connections). It also locks the interviewee as the main large window, and doesn't let you focus on anyone else. This is especially unusable when you have the candidate on-site, and you're trying to include interviewers from remote locations.

Have been able to learn it pretty quickly within a week

Pros: The number of applicants is good for any location. Breezy is great tool for non- IT jobs as well. I mostly get non IT requirements and Breezy proved to be a very helpful tool in filling in some of the most difficult requirements.

Cons: The response time, once we post the job, is a bit slow. In some of the requirements which are fast filling. Breezy proves a bit slow as the time of response is generally about 2-3 hours.

Overall: It helped me to get the best suitable candidates. The fact that it posts to so many job boards makes it more effective.

Breezy has been super helpful in managing our candidates!

Pros: Fairly intuitive and easy to figure out, easily within the budget for most smaller companies, career portal presence is fairly attractive if simple.

Cons: Lack of wide integration with other systems, if this will continue being able to modify and export custom fields really needs to be expanded. Street address really needs to be part of the candidate profile. I am not able to easily report across a population of candidates (why can't we export where people live easily?) and for my new hires I have to ask them to fill out address on a separate questionnaire and then I have to manually cut and paste the address into an export one-by-one. In an ideal world any custom field created could be put into a column and then exported.

Overall: Breezy has simplified and streamlined the recruiting process for a company where systems have been non existent before. It's given us a place to centralize our existing freelance staff and candidates and the ease of use allowed it to be quick to implement. I look forward to continuing enhancements, but some of the limitations may require some companies as they grow to consider other options.

Pros: Single pane of glass. I can centralize everything to one area and allow line managers to see and give feedback on candidates. Communicating with candidates in one place and allowing full transparency to all stakeholders is very handy.

Cons: I do not get many applications from the free US ads and really none at all from the UK free ads - I have had to run paid Indeed ads and find applicants there, who I migrate to the Breezy platform.

Overall: ease of use. Centralization of communication and collaboration.

It was super easy to coordinate screenings and interviews amongst a very large team of us.

Cons: We had trouble editing our automated responses. Also, there was a lot of confusion with the candidates with scheduling phone interviews because they thought we were scheduling on-site interviews because of the nature of the invites.

Pros: It's easy to use and is very customizable. I love using outside job posts with Craigslist to source more candidates through the pipeline... I also love how you all partner d with hello sign which has been a huge help to speed up our processes. shout out to my dog Samiur!

Pros: I appreciate how breezy allows me to sort with ease between candidates and determine if they are the right fit for my company. I especially like how we can send emails directly through your program and track who we have sent emails.

Cons: I get irritated when I get an email every time a person applies for the position. However, I believe this would be helpful to a person who doesn't check breezy regularly.

Overall: I am able to use your user friendly software to effectively pick the perfect candidate for my positions. You allow me to rate the candidates and view all their resumes in a comprehensive manner. Pros: I love that you can manage your emails with great ease with this program. Every single contact that is made between a candidate and our HR team is recorded in this system. It is easy to get started with and the customer service chat as well as instructional videos are very helpful as well. All in all, this is a fun and valuable product to use.

Cons: We'd like to be able to set up the stages within the job so that when a candidate is moved to the next stage, a different person on our HR team gets notified and has to approve or deny the candidate based off of their judgement. We figured out that you can manually assign candidates at any point in the process.

Overall: This product saves me so much time when trying to reach potential candidates, and organizes it in a way that makes it fun.

Cons: The interface seemed a bit flimsy at the beginning. Too many things happening at once. Also, different people on my organization saw different data at some points, and also different interfaces (maybe A/B testing?) which was confusing.

Very simple -- like the user interface!
