Pros: Partner Support is very responsive and always there to any questions I might have. They are always there for me! The flexibility of Peek Pro is great. It took me a minute to learn a new system, but I love how easy it is to use! Split reservations is the one of cool features I¿ve used. Being able to split payments for a group activity makes it easy for each person to pay their portion!

Cons: I don't have any complaints or problems using Peek's software. If I do, I trust Peek's Partner Support Team to resolve them.

Pros: Peek is easy to work with. They have great customer service, especially during the period when I was transitioning away from my old online booking partner.

Cons: I don't have any complaints using Peek's software. If I do, I can rely on Peek's amazing Partner Support Team to answer any questions I may have.

Pros: The mobile app is super convenient and helpful because it allows me to run my business from anywhere. I've been doing a lot of traveling and the mobile app has saved me a bunch of time. Overall, the look is great and having the ability to adjust questions or make any changes I want is really easy. I love the waiver system, it has certainly provided me a lot of peace of mind.

Pros: Peek has been very helpful for my business! The technicians there are wonderful and the employees seem genuine in their aid. Peek's Partner Support and Sales reps were able to teach me to navigate the Peek Pro app on my iPad -without seeing a thing! With Peek's 24/7 support, I feel confident that I'll be taken care of whenever a problem should arise. Pros: Everything has been so great! Peek has an amazing team and everyone is super helpful. Our on-boarder set everything up quickly. When I need any help, Peek is super responsive.

Shark Diving requires advanced divers to use their common sense. Peek's booking flow allows me to ask custom questions that ensures my customers confirm the requirements for diving. The custom manifest also allows me to easily pull the report and send off to the Coast Guard for a quick confirmation, check-in and departure.

I also often run my business on-the-go and use the mobile app. Peek has a user-friendly mobile app that allows me to take reservations easily, see what's running for the day and make adjustments as necessary.

Pros: I started Peek Pro last December and I am loving it! It has really increased the amount of classes we are booking. The larger priced camps have been successful and the online fee hasn't stopped customers from booking. Automatic and customizable emails have saved me so much time. I started with a couple activities and now I have almost all of my classes online.

Cons: Peek's system is amazing and has helped me book more classes. I have no complaints with or issues using Peek's software.

Pros: We love Peek! We like how easy it is to glance 2-4 weeks in advance. Clone Bookings is our favorite feature, we use it all the time. Peek's booking system can handle all the reservations that come through on the back end and looks great to the customers who are booking on the front end!

Pros: Three people work with the system and we all love it. My wife uses it the most and finds it great. We were on the fence with online booking at first, but after using Peek's system, we love it! I'm very satisfied with the feedback I get from my customers about the booking flow and I love Peek's customer service. Pros: Customer support and people. I feel like your staff is part of my team, almost like family. I enjoy working with them and they are always super responsive.

Cons: The product is difficult to customize to specific needs like multi day or overnight events. I can't get enough spacing between events to prevent overbooking. I tend to not get any tips for events booked online.

Pros: The system is much more advanced than Zozi's. I can do a lot of things. For instance, now agents can easily see the manifest whereas in Zozi they couldn't see it before. My staff can see everyone on tour for the day as well, so they know how many people they have on the tour everyday. It's very positive.

Pros: I'm just a fishing guy my wife handles the books. Peek's mobile makes it so easy for me to pull up a trip. It's also so simple to sync my calendar. Taking payments beforehand and blocking time out is also easy, which is awesome because the weather always changes. Customers have given me so much positive feedback about the booking experience. A lot of repeat customers love Peek's ease of use and the ability to check my schedule frequently. I've gotten more reviews and scheduled more trips than guys that have been fishing for 20 plus years and I just started 4 years ago!

Pros: I love how we can run our entire operation with Peek, even bookings that are done through other means can be input into our Peek system and we just work all of our logistics from there. Pros: Peek has dramatically increased bookings for our classes, even our higher-end ones. It has put online booking in reach of our small business and our customers are very happy to be able to book online. Their support has been great and we have been able to set up our complex class scheduling with only a little coaching on how to do it. It also lets the customer fill out our safety waiver ahead of time which reduces our check in time.

Cons: I'd still like to see a feature that let me show all days of a multi-day class on the calendar. Right now we post the first day as "class Starts". I've also asked them to add a new feature to allow confirmation / reminder emails that are unique to individual classes where I need to deviate from my default.

Overall: Happier customers and dramatically increased bookings.

Pros: The best feature has been the interface. It's easy to use. The administration panel is clear and functional. It could use some more instructions if use, but in general is not hard. Also the interface for the clients are simple, which increase the sales.

Cons: The payment method can be better. This includes the communication with peek's finance department; they don't answer quickly with important inquires, such as money. Other important point is the integration of PeekPro with the Peek.com site. They change the name of the tours; that makes our tours the same as our competitors. Name of the tour is the first thing we have to differentiate with other similar tours.

Overall: Increase of bookings. Better administration of our resources. Better scheduling of our guides and tours.

I run my entire boat tour business from my iPhone with this! Love it.

Pros: - The account rep. who sold us the product, having been a tour guide for many years himself, truly understands our needs and has gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. With reps like him working for them this company will likely do very well.
- The migration and on-boarding to this software was very easy and seamless.
- The support team has always been incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful and available when we need them (in contrast to many technology companies in my experience). This is incredibly valuable as our livelihood depends on our ability to address problems promptly as they arise.
- The product itself is very intuitive and easy to use and seems to have applications for everything we need as a tour business. And if we find that there is something that can be improved they seem very open to feedback and always looking to improve the software.
- Adopting Peek Pro as our booking software has automated and simplified so many aspects of our business that formerly had to be done manually and the end result for our customers is service that matches or exceeds what they previously experienced. As small business owners with families this is invaluable in terms of the time freed up and the stress relieved.
- The ability to create pick up zones with associated pick up times is an incredibly valuable function.
- The company appears to be developing a presence on the demand side with Peek.com, which will be incredibly beneficial as this develops traction.

Cons: On occasion, when reception is poor (as it can be when you are out on tour) the system can be a bit slow, though this has not happened often.

Overall: The automation of so many functions that used to be manual without any deterioration of customer experience (and likely an improvement) has been invaluable.

Pros: It's reliable and allows me to book people without any fear of losing bookings or any doubt about the disbursement of funds.

Cons: Somewhat confusing with the "widget flows." That list is too long and isn't intuitive regarding what the top section does versus the list at the bottom. Also could be more convenient if the list was alphabetical.

Overall: Ease of booking students without the hassle of getting credit card information approved and personal data protected.

Peek has made booking mountain bike tours remarkably easy. Intuitive and functions easily.

Pros: The lack of maintenance. I don't have to worry about customers not able to book a tour. And if the customer doesn't have access to internet, I can book from my phone.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Works when I need it. Integration into WordPress sometimes is a little goofy. But, nothing always works the first time.

Overall: The fact we can book from any device. This makes it easy for us and our customers.

Pros: Everything we need to make bookings and the ease of using the system. Plus more new features just make booking tours at ease, and that is why we rely on it so heavily.

Cons: When the system is down, or not reloading or refreshing fast enough. It gets us frustrated as we have to pause on the phone with either concierge or the customer. They do not like that and they think it is us being slow at taking bookings.

Overall: Having all of our bookings at one place and no matter where or what device I am using I can get to it.

I have used Peek for four years and have had excellent experiences.

Pros: Adding a release form. Adding products. No fee. Payment and we integrations was smooth. Adding buttons to our site was painless.

Cons: Not intuitive. A lot of work to manage and was not plug n play for our operation. CSR stopped responding when we had questions. We received training once and it was hardly training.

Comments: I run an escape room and started with Peek about three months ago. Onboarding with a new booking software seems daunting, but with these guys it was quick and painless. I know that the ease of use for our online customers has increased the number of online bookings we get. I used to get calls about customers saying they were confused about our online booking, but not since Peek. Using this has reduced the number of calls we recieve by probably 20%. On the back end, it was very simple to add a new activity and the mobile app makes it very easy to manage our rooms and let employees know where and when they're needed. Also, they are constantly rolling out new features and improving the system.

Comments: Although we have yet to have a busy season using Peek, it's already saved us a good deal of time. Instead of having to get on the phone with a customer after they've submitted to our web form, we have a comprehensive email confirmation that's automatically sent to the customer once they've booked. Comments: We're excited to kick off the season with PeekPro. We were originally using a different online booking system and ran into a lot of problems with functionality. With Peek, we are able to use online booking for our kayak and paddleboarding rentals to really help reduce the calls to the shop. We just got our first online booking this week and the weather is looking really good so we're expecting more! In terms of the setup of our account, everything went smoothly and was very easy. We are trained and looking forward to using the system.

Comments: The Peek calendar is awesome! It's so easy to use - fewer steps to update and it captures the big picture. Deposits are so easy also! Split bookings is an awesome feature as well to help with an issue I've long been dealing with - I love it! So helpful. Customer invoices are really nice. Pros: They provide numerous services without charging a fee. They made it possible for me to begin a business. I would need a huge staff of people to cover all of the areas that peek does for free.

Cons: I can't think of any.

Overall: Peek PRO tour operator software has been my booking program since my company began. Since that day, I have received COUNTLESS calls asking me to switch. Peek PRO is the only company that is so confident in their product, they don't charge a monthly fee. The value I've received is unmeasurable. Their small, one-time setup fee is not just the by far the best purchase I've ever made. I wouldn't be able to operate my business without them. Due to their ease of use, in less thanks a year our company grew from #70 on TripAdvisor to #4!

Recommendations to other buyers: Their customer service and support staff are AMAZING! My former rep is no longer with the company and still follows up with me because they truly believe in what their former company provides. For a one-time minimal fee, I received a program that tracks everything I need to record for my business. There are free webinars that have shown me ways to grow my business and dedicated Peek employees who are always available to help troubleshoot and provide advice. I owe my company to Peek PRO!

Overall: Being introduced to the program I was intrigued by how professional, simple clear and stylish looking the display was. Now having worked with the program, I am marvelously impressed not only with the looks, but the professionalism behind the scenes. What I encountered deserves a more than five stars. Someone is available online, so it seems, all the time.

I am using the program, not for travel, but for corporate and studio bookings in my business. We were able to adapt, modify and succeed in making it all work for my purposes. Thank You team.

Overall: We've seen a 25% increase in the conversion of clicks to sales! More to follow on that later. We switched over to Peek after spending 10 years with Zerve. We were in fact one of Zerve's first customers outside of NYC, making us one of the first tour companies in the country to move to an online reservation platform! While being forced out of necessity to make a switch was not ideal, we did our due diligence, checked out EVERY major platform on the market, compared each and decided that Peek offered the best combination of features and value. And, we have not been disappointed. Peek's integration team did a fantastic job of moving us over onto their platform. Their development team has been responsive to suggestions and has been steadily adding more and more useful features in a timely manner, and the customer support team has been great with answering questions and addressing problems as they occasionally arise. As I mentioned at the outset, we've seen a 25% increase in the conversion of clicks to sales! After much research and consideration, we have determined that this is due to the ease of use of the mobile and web platforms. A customer can literally book a reservation in under a minute! They can book so quickly that they don't even have time to second guess themselves. Needless to say, as a leader in the tour industry who has been utilizing online platforms since the beginning, we are thrilled with Peek and its platform!

Pros: Easy to learn, easy to use and it is flexible so I can continue running the business the way I want to but spend less time doing emails and invoices back and forth with clients like I used to.

Cons: The clients that book our FULL DAY charters always email and ask me about the number of people they booked the reservation for. In your system the first person counts as the base rate of 5 or less passengers. So if they have 7 people in the group, their email will say that their reservation is for 3 people, not 7. I always have to clear that up. Also when the accounting department sends the breakdown of charges, the dates and times are not correct or it just says "N/A"

Overall: Our sales have increased, the customer support and service is fabulous, the program itself and app are easy to use and easy to read. I recommend this program to friends that also have tour companies. So glad you guys called me to offer this valuable tool for our business!

Recommendations to other buyers: Peek rocks. Would be cool if you could buy out Viator cause Viator is crap. We signed up with Viator only to add the "book now" button on our tripadvisor page. Nothing but problems so we canceled and quit using their program.

Comments: Just getting started so the learning curve hasdad some bumps, bit the support team is fantastic. The one area that bothers me is editing tours when I make a mistake or the group makes a change. I would like to be able to do that without having to cancel. Having those on the master list is very confusing. Also sine many of our tours are groups, it would be helpful if it were possible to include the group name asa customer for easier retrieval. Overall, however, it's working well.
