Pros: Live Chat! It is so convenient. I am not on hold waiting for someone to get to me. I got a quick response from the support staff.
Even with my emails, The support staff is quick to respond.

Overall: I like that we can send a quick campaign to our customers and it is very easy do.

however, I just noticed that our industry is not listed. can that be added? medical spa!!!! thank you

Pros: I love the customer interaction, the flexibility in design and the immediate assistance I receive from Tap Mango reps.

Cons: The bugs in this particular software can be very frustrating at times.
For example:
Instant Wins not loading to customer accounts automatically
App freezing up periodically
Double texts on one campaign

Pros: Very user friendly! The customers love all the rewards and the ability to connect with them is my favorite thing about the program and the software

Overall: more customers and a unique way to communicate with them!

Pros: Customization of reward levels. There are also numerous other features that I haven't had the time to explore, but it's on the TODO list.

Cons: The only con I can think of is that the description fields of the rewards is not big enough to fully show the entire reward level description.

Overall: It allows us to offer a reward to loyal customers and provides incentive for new customers to return. Also, displays our brand on the customer facing tablet that helps to legitimize our brand.

TapMango has performed beyond our expectations. Customers love earning points!

Pros: Ease of use. Great value. Helps build a loyal customer base. Generates a lot of repeat business.
Integrates with our POS system (Lightspeed).

Cons: The reporting could be more flexible. The tablet is too small and can be a pain in the butt to use.

Positive and amazing. All aspects of the process have been easy and smooth.

Pros: I love how it is tailored to my company. If i want to make a change, add a feature, or if I am just having trouble figuring something out, there is someone there to help me all the time! I have never had an unanswered question!

There are so many different ways to reward your customers, from automatic texts when they haven't been in for a certain amount of time, to sending out specific promos and vouchers to get them back in sooner.

The birthday gift is a huge hit as well! We just give out something small. But Customers love it!

Cons: The only con that I would have is the trouble I had in the beginning with the tablet not staying charged. But a new cable that I got sent for free and staying diligent to make sure my staff turned off the tablet at the end of each day made a 100% improvement.

Overall: There are so many different things that you can do on a regular basis to keep customers coming back!

Cons: At this time, I like everything about the software, no complaints!

Overall: This is the best tool for small business. It's easy to use NOT too many confusing steps. So far, my experience has been great with each person I talked with. The best thing, it's affordable for "small business owners" like myself.

Pros: Ease of use, and low cost

Cons: I cannot think of anything

Overall: While the manager of the Memphis Franchise, having used Five Star, we were looking for a different more cost-effective solution and found Tap Mango. The solution is very easy to use, the cost for us is extremely affordable and the Customer Service and support from the Account manager on down is second to none. I have recommended Tap mango to many of my fellow franchisees, and implemented it immediately upon purchasing the Nashville franchise!

I cannot say enough for all they do for us!

Comments: My shop brought in TapMango a couple weeks ago and we are very impressed. Customers love the program, I love that it brings in more business, and the TapMango staff are great. They are helpful and responsive, and have really gone above and beyond in making sure we are comfortable with the program and website.

Pros: The ease of use for the cost.

Cons: It freezes up once every 2 weeks, for about 1 hour.

Overall: My sales have increased by over 10% last year and most of this has to do with the customer retention of TapMango.

Pros: Ease of use! EVERYTHING that I need from crm software, the customer service personel is GREAT!!!

Cons: would like to communicate with a client from time to time

Overall: Tapmango is incredible software that uses the BEST customer service dept. that I have ever used!! Tapmango allowed me to stop using other software, because Tapmango combines the functionality of many software pkgs. which actually saves me money. Tapmango is VERY user friendly but if you need help, their chat service is INCREDIBLY good!

Pros: I love that I was able to take my previous contacts with me when we switched over. I love that I can e-mail my customers after a visit and ask for feedback. I love that I can customize my campaigns for my customers.

Cons: The hardware has given us a little bit of an issue with turning off when it shouldn't.

Overall: We recently signed up with Tap Mango and our experience so far has been great. We have had a few minor issues with the hardware itself and the learning curve of running campaigns but the customer service has been phenomenal in getting it worked out very quickly. Our campaign manager is amazing and I highly recommend!

This little systems has big possibilities.

Comments: I've been using the system for over 6 month. I still feel like there is so much more it can do plus they add features all the time. The customer service is amazing. I actually forgot to send out a message; I dictated an email to my CSR. He called me back and firm up the offer over the phone and the messages went out to our customers by the time my commute was over. They have also made suggestion that have worked with from other industries and we tailored a new campaign for my business. I think what actually set this company apart from the other ones is the help I get from the staff. 5 star is an understatement for customer support.

Pros: The tablet and desktop interface are easy to use and easy to teach.

Cons: Sometimes the labeling can be confusing, i. e. "creatives" instead of "advertising"

Overall: We have a small yarn shop in Oregon and Tap Mango has made our customers excited to come to the shop. They love the points program and the chance to win free stitch markers, yarn, and patterns. We like how easy it is to use, while our CCO loves playing with all of the features to make it a better customer experience.

Pros: Ease of use, the interface is so user-friendly that all of my staff have picked it up right away

Overall: As a small business owner, I have high expectations of my software providers and the crew at Tapmango has exceeded every one of my expectations!!
My account rep is top notch, He is on top of any question that I may ask and works closely with their developers to make sure everything is perfect.
The development team goes above and beyond for me. I had a relatively complex integration with my existing software and a client list over 10,000 that needed to be accommodated in my transition to Tapmango. They never told me they couldn't do something!! I was amazed that they always managed to find a way.
I am so happy that I decided to make the switch to Tapmango. Best of all my guests like all the added features and the ability to check-in for their services using the tablet.

Cons: Sometimes organizing Campaigns can get confusing.

Overall: We had been using another client loyalty app for our business when we learned of Tap Mango. Once we compared the two, Tap Mango offered many more features that we wanted at a better price. We haven't looked back since the day we rolled out the service to our clients. Now we use it for Rewards, Communication, and Pre-Paid Services (via the Vouchers). As new features are added so are our ways to use the program.

Cons: Desktop software can sometimes have small glitches, it isn't free

Overall: We switched to TapMango from a competing rewards program, and we never looked back. The customer service is absolutely top notch. The software and the back end all work flawlessly. Text messages go out immediately and as they should. Cannot recommend TapMango enough.

Pros: Integration with Lightspeed, Customer focused, multiple features, gift cards, referral tracking

Cons: I would prefer a tablet that doesn't require flipping to access admin screen. Our POS set up is more inline with customers instead of across a countertop so the flipping isn't really necessary for our particular set up.

Overall: I've been using TapMango since last Spring 2016 and I love these guys! Anytime I have a question they are quick to respond either by phone or online chat. The support team is very proactive and follows up with me regularly to help me get the most out of their services. I was using another rewards company before and I am so much happier with the TapMango experience!

Overall: Tap Mango is as easy as it gets to contact your customers and keep them engaged in your store. If you can't make it with Tap Mango you just can't make it . We have not used all of the program but the parts we have used drive our sales and increases morale with our customers. We are a high profile location and it's nice to be able to reward our customers with minimal effort. Tap Mango is the best leave the rest. Tap Mango's dashboard is amazing and the reports you can generate are phenomenal. Second to none. Price can not be beat. Can't say enough about these folks. Great customer service. Always there when we call and they go out of their way to assist in any way possible. Thanks Tap Mango.

Pros: I never even really got a chance to use it because of the poor customer service. I was looking forward to using the geofencing feature though.

Cons: The user interface could be a bit more user friendly.

Overall: We already had a loyalty program in our boutique. It was adequate. Not amazing, not bad. So when Tap Mango called and said they could give me more features for less money, I was intrigued. I went through the presentation and we decided (it's a family business) to make the switch, even though our previous service provider actually beat their price when we called to cancel.

This was all in the lead up to Black Friday and Small Business Saturday, the beginning of our biggest shopping season. I explained to the sales rep that business has been very slow this year for almost all of the small businesses in our area because of economic issues in our state and the uncertainty of the election, so I need this season to be a big success. I was assured that we would be up and running by Small Business Saturday, no worries. We would have a perfectly smooth transition.

Unfortunately, the attempt to transition was anything but smooth. From proofs that weren't sent to me in time to get them printed by the deadline (I actually had to email and request the proofs) to a tablet that dies while connected to the charger and a variety of other issues in between, nothing was going well.

I know we all have bad days, bad weeks even, but when everything you are doing is wrong, I expect customer service that is excellent to smooth it over with me. Win me over. Instead I felt like I was chasing them to get answers, and being told, that I just needed to understand that it can be rough and cut them some slack. It would get better.

Here's an excerpt from an email from the supervisor: We have thousands of businesses that use our platform, from small single location shops like yours to National franchises in various industries.

Although we deeply care about each and every one of our clients and we actually generate more revenue from franchised businesses, family businesses like yours mean much more to us on a personal level. We realize that it might be your life savings, it is years of hard work, it is a career. We get it and in fact a lot of what we do and how we designed the product is with this in mind. I hope this email is a slight sign of this as well.

Are you kidding me?

Now I have to figure out new promotions for Small Business Saturday because I had centered 75% of them on featuring our updated customer loyalty program, and yet, no one there really seems to care.

So today, I cancelled and I hope you stay away or proceed at your own risk.

Comments: I've been a TapMango user for about a year now and two things have changed about our business since then - 1) Increased customer engagement and 2) Improved efficiency for delivering promotions.

I love the fact that you can customize just about anything within the software, and if a feature does not exist, the technical department will try their best to determine a solution.

Any time I have an issue, the customer service agents respond instantly.

I would definitely recommend TapMango to any business looking to deploy a loyalty program that is constantly evolving to meet the demands and needs of its customers.
