Pros: The customer support has been great. Arjun and Sathya walked me through the setup and quickly responded to any queries I had. You can add customized fields based on your sales funnel. The auto enrich function works well to pull in additional data.

Cons: There is no funnel view for leads. You can't track if someone opened an attachment. There are quite a lot of standard fields which are not relevant to my business but which I can't remove.

Overall: Helped improve our CRM as we were moving from a spreadsheet system.

Comments: This is a great product with multiple features, yet available at a cost effective price. The support for the product is good too. Freshsales has some features handmade for saas companies.

Comments: The word CRM has had a really bad reputation for us before finding Freshsales. Serves our needs 100% and their Knowledge Base & Customer Support are superb.

Pros: Clean and simple interface, great customer service

Cons: None so far

Overall: We've been using Freshsales for the past few months and it's by far the easiest CRM we've worked with. A lot of other software is bulky and takes way to long to setup. We were up and running the first day with Freshsales. It's so Intuitive that our sales staff doesn't even need to be trained on it.

Recommendations to other buyers: If it doesn't do what you want, just ask. Their team is great at responding to feedback.

Comments: I am very happy with many of the features of Freshsales. It has made it much easier for me to track new leads and follow-ups, as well as determine how successful we are with our leads

Pros: Seamless integration with our googlemail and calendar, seamless integration with our ticket solution. Phone integration is the best I expirienced in my 20 year career (but most of the other also where pretty bad). Integration on the events from the website

Cons: A list view of over 25 leads could easily been done via reports - still I would love to also have this option in the regular view - this is mainly an issue for an manager who tries to look into all the leads. Like mentioned it still works but could be easier.

Overall: Easy for us to implement and good daily expirience. The whole sales team likes me more now (and that is no joke).

Recommendations to other buyers: So far the best I expirienced on the market for non supercomplex usecases.
