Pros: Everything is in one place, so no more lost paperwork. The training you get so you can get up and going right away.

Cons: The amount of steps to get to your information.....however I'm a newbie of sorts so this may be my lack of knowledge. The team is great at training and I still have more to go.

Pros: Keeps things in one place and convenient to pull up. I like that I can pull things up on my phone, tablet and computer.

Cons: Server is unbelievably slow. It takes forever to upload pages. Not very intuitive with some redundancies that could be cut out. When I mark an invoice paid, I still have to go back and mark the job paid. The software also freezes up when I delete an estimate or invoice.

Overall: Keeps things organized and easy to pull up. Also that I can access it from any device.

Pros: Very good for helping me keep track of all jobs and what employees do. So much better than paper work orders

Cons: The software is generally great, but there are some glitches. For example, the scheduling page always seems to have minor glitches when clicking on items and I need to switch to a different page and then back to get it to work correctly. Hopefully this is fixed with the next update.

Pros: This software is very easy to use and the customer service is top of the line. I love how the scheduling can be linked right t my iPhone calendar.

Cons: I would like to see a report that show the amount of a transaction without the tax. I have to pay royalties on a monthly basis but I need to back out the tax.

RazorSync is very easy to use and I continue to be impressed with all aspects.

Pros: Scheduling features, payment postings, and reports. Everything is easy to use and is very intuitive.

Cons: Variations of order when switching from web based to mobile or iPad applications. Love the web based application, the others function well but the order and steps vary.

Overall: Great time saver!

Absolutely fantastic when you work in the field. Cuts my paperwork to once a week.

Pros: Ability to be mobile. Schedule jobs on the fly. Invoice and print invoices on the job. Customer history.

Cons: I would like to have my customer information pop up when they call in automatically. Ability to be able to pull in all QuickBooks customer history before using the program.

Overall: A lot less paperwork, re-entering invoices

We have used Razorsync for more than 2 years and have been mostly happy.

Pros: The price. We would switch if it was more expensive to something more robust.

Cons: There is glitches that take too long to get fixed. I have spoken to people about a glitch that has been on the iphone app for 8 months and it's still not right.
There is not a good way for customers to schedule themselves online with a block schedule. I would like 4 customers to be able to schedule themselves for an 8-12 timeframe but they can't. The customer needs to select an exact appointment time.

Overall: We can schedule techs and have them in real time get updates to their schedules

We have used Razor for 2 years and am very happy with the functionality of this program.

Pros: How easy it is to use and the ability to import to Quickbooks. The ability to schedule our service techs and have it visible in real time as the status changes.

Cons: The only con i think is that on the desk top it does not auto refresh and you have to make sure you refresh screen to seen updates made.

Overall: the best benefit is being able to go paperless with our service tickets and to have a program that allows us to have a schedule board for our technicians.

Pros: It is easy to use and has a nice mapping feature for customer appointments. We are now also using it for our time clock reporting, which is working out well. The customer service response time and assistance for anything we need is pretty prompt though and they are all helpful.

Cons: We have to make individual work orders for each technician, rather than being able to select 2-3 technicians for the same job. The software does have some odd glitches and will do things like not finding a customer that is known to already be in the database, show attachments as attached to the wrong customer (which is fixed by refreshing or clicking to another customer and then back to the original customer), the advanced reporting features do not produce reports that are easily downloadable, printable or edited.

Overall: It really helps us stay connected and our business functions better as a result of using the software.

Razorsync keeps us organized and as a result has brought in new contracts.

Pros: This software is the most user friendly out of the many systems we looked at. We look very professional and our customers appreciate the organization and the ease of making credit card payments. Because we are so organized, we have been able to pick up some major property management contracts. Our sales increased by 33% in one year and we have hired 4 new employees.

Cons: I would like to have Service Agreements added for our commercial customers.

Overall: Razorsync is the best that ever happened to us!

We have tried several programs like this, Razorsync was the best choice for us.

Pros: The flexibility to create time stamps and options others cannot. It is very customizable and has a ton of features.

Cons: For us, only the learning curve. It does more than we thought it did, sometimes we thought we had a problem but, after calling in we usually get it resolved.

Pros: Easy to use, great customer service, credit card payments

Cons: INVOICING!!! Recurrences - when you change the day of the week, it wipes out any money you have already set in there. You need to delete the money off work order template or that set amount shows up on every W/O. I wish system required a dollar amount on every W/O, even if it were 0.00. I wish the system would ask if you want to save something in case you forget to hit the update button, did I mention invoicing?? Would love to have someone from Razor come sit with me the last week of the month to see what I go through to invoice. So frustrating and time consuming.

Overall: I like how the schedule page looks

Pros: Ease of use from phone in field, other services we have used were not as simple to use and the platform was totally different from back office

Cons: billing integration not simple, and back office not as easy to use in certain areas as other systems used prior

Overall: Fleet management and service routes

Pros: The layout of the system is well designed and easy to navigate. The app is easy to use, and allows our team in the field to process information in a quick and easy manner. The interaction with Quickbooks Online, makes our billing process much more simplified.

Cons: I wish the Service Ticket was better designed, and laid out better. The tickets are usually two or three pages, and it would be nice to have a more summary like feel. I also don't like the map on the service ticket, as it doesn't really work well. Since we bill from Quickbooks Online it would be nice to be able to eliminate the invoice portion from RazorSync and just be able to put a service ticket summary out.

Overall: We streamlined our service ticket and billing functions. We went from hand written tickets that would be billed on average 20-25 days after the call, to going paperless, and being able to now invoice tickets, 1-2 days after the call.

Love the mobile app...

Pros: So intuitive, user friendly, and so adaptable to ever changing schedules and work orders and customer requests.

Cons: Only issue I have had is sometimes have an issue adding customers. Would like to be able to use my phone / tablet for processing credit cards but @ last look no support.

Overall: Allows me to run my business , share schedules with workers and customers.

Pros: Lots of features and functionality; better than much of the market (but that's a low bar); fairly responsive support team and company management

Cons: Relatively immature product, product management and software development process with sub-optimal workflow and frequent bugs and inconsistencies

Overall: On-site payment processing; photos and documents attached to client records; decent reporting; field staff location tracking

If we had any problems when we first set up RazorSync. They were very helpful.

Pros: Integrates well with QuickBooks, our flat rate pricing. The mobile app is easy to setup and used by our field techs.

Cons: Can't show employees busy on schedule without creating a work order. For example, if he is doing an estimate.

Like phone number set up. Like tapping on address and pull up

Cons: Searching is limited. Would like to print schedule for the day (older gentlemen). Wish when you tap in address it would pull within 10 to 20 miles not have to scrunch in and out while driving. Would like date and weather to show each day.

Overall: Ease of scheduling 3 techs. Customization for needs

Pros: All in one very customizable . Scheduling is a breeze , record keeping, gps, time cards, email and text function for communication.

Cons: Bookkeeping. Inability to post more money to an account than what is due. You can only post to one invoice at a time. An outstanding account balance per customer would help

Pros: I like the Centralized scheduling and invoicing on the work orders. The notes and attachments for service requests are a very useful tool ask so. I also like the GPS mapping of technicians.

Cons: Limited data transfer to Quickbooks for labor/Job costing. This feature can use improvement and the team at Razorsync appear to be addressing this. There is also room for improvements with the invoicing. We receive complaints from customers that they can not distinguish which location(customers with multiple locations) the work is performed. The "service to" shows the job address only. We use the "job name" to differentiate multiple locations and it would be great for this to transfer to the invoice along with the address.

Pros: Ease of scheduling with multiple technicians. Works great with quickbooks online. Tracking ongoing service through the service sheets with reporting has been a big plus.

Cons: I wish there was more flexibility with invoicing. Emailing invoices to multiple addresses for one.

Overall: Fluid motion between scheduling, tracking job information, managing technicians, and invoicing.

As a new business owner, RazorSync has helped to simplify the scheduling and invoicing.

Pros: I love the ability to access the software no matter where I am...whether it's on my phone, tablet, or laptop

Pros: Ability to create own form and customize in many ways. Customer service is great as well. Also the integration with quickbooks is a huge plus as well. We lite that we can customize almost any form. We are easily able to communicate with techs in the field. The customer reports are a great feature to send to customers to show them what we have done when additional details are needed. Overall we are happy with the product.

Cons: Reporting could be improved and navigation throughly the system could be a little more user friendly. Would like to see more Key Performance Indicators for tech and ability to integrate with marketing. I think it is probably a stepping stone platform but great for a smaller company.

Overall: Ability to use IPADs in the field and customer profiles. We really like the ability to keep all the customers info in one database but still can have the ability to export everything to quickbooks. Customizable forms are a great benefit as well. It has helped us streamline the paperwork side of our company and everyone can see the information when when needed.

Awesome Customer Service! I would hate to run a service company without it!

Pros: I can see where all my techs are without having to call them. I can open service calls on the go from anywhere. Then, my tech can sync and see it in real time all the details they need to address the service call.

Cons: It is slow to maneuver around on the desktop. It would be nice if you could see the work order information faster from the schedule screen.

Overall: Organization of the service calls is great. It keeps everything in order.

Pros: It does all my invoicing, tracks work orders and stores customer history. It also integrates with my calender so I can keep track of all my obligations in one place.

Cons: I really don't see any cons with this software so far. I might find some once I have a large crew and multiple users but as for now I think it's a great program.

Overall: Not having to use paper invoices.

It's good. We have been trying to get use to it. Nervous about connecting our Quick-books

Pros: The schedule page is quick and easy to use, you can see where everyone is at at once, and the way that it links with the map is nice

Cons: Sometimes it takes a while for the address to find, it will find other similar addresses in other countries before it will pull up one close by.

Cons: Lately has been harder to get a hold of customer support. Usually to chance something you have to go to more then one place.

Pros: I love the ability to track all our jobs and trips. Work orders that require multiple trips can be "rolled up" into a single service request. The photo capability and storage has been fantastic. We don't utilize all the capabilities of this software and it is still fantastic for us. Super flexible so you can almost always accomplish what is desired.

Cons: The "back" button always takes me to the main screen which is annoying. Sometimes get a "glitch" where the customer field is different than the job details.

Pros: Email customers letting them know when I will be there to clean the machine. I like that I can add pictures.

Overall: Having the dates the customer signed saying the machine was clean. Its great to look back on the service that was done on the machine.

I researched many other programs for appliance repair service though this was the best fit for us.

Pros: The search ability by addresses since my home warranty and property managers send payments by address not names.

Cons: I would like the system to be able to post a payment that is greater than the trip charge. Example: The customer has a $100 deductible and our trip charge is $75 but the invoice is not complete but I need to post payment. I can not post in software only through Quick-books then it looks different in Razor-sync.

Overall: RazorSynce gives us the ability to see the location of the customers for better location management. I am able to recall a customer and drag and drop into an appointment then edit minor details when I have time.

Pros: Love the amount of integration between Quickbooks & Razorsync. Razorsync makes keeping up with the accounts payable, overly easy.

Cons: Hopefully that there will be more phones and tablets that are available to be used with the card readers sometime in the near future.

Overall: Razorsync made it overly easy to cut down on paperwork, lose of productivity on the workers side, and more managed office workers

Pros: Easy to use, once you get the hang of it and there so many options, reports, payroll times, reminders, etc. Love everything! 10X Better than the Dispatch Me app!

Cons: They only thing that could increase would be the maps. Not accurate all the time but for the most part.

Overall: Invoicing, Scheduling, Employee time sheets.

Still working on transferring to work with our company protocol, but looks good so far

Pros: It is very diverse in function, and covers most, if not all, of our needs. Being able to view the daily / monthly schedule is great, and dispatching tech close to work sites is a nice feature as well.

Cons: It is a a little difficult to see all of our outstanding, unassigned work orders in one view (lists down left side of the page, so there is a lot of scrolling).

Pros: the clock in and clock out option! and seeing the location of where the employee actually is when he clocks in.

Cons: wish the GPS was better could find employee at any given time / and that it wasn't bouncing of signals

Pros: We have increased productivity by massive amounts. The ability to have all those reports verses having to data entry everything has been amazing for us. The decrease in data entry has really helped out in the office.

Cons: I wish when requesting a in feed back I wish the response time was faster. Sometimes I don't even get a response back.

Pros: Easy to learn, easy to add customers and stay organize. My technicians can use with an app on their phone and its internet based which allow me to go oversea and still work.

Cons: I cannot see all my technicians at once in the Field Workers Map. As a growing business, more technicians I have on field the harder is becoming to schedule.

Overall: Helped my business to grow on a organized way.

Razor was a smart move for us to switch our business to. Love the features

Pros: Simply and easy to use for our techs using the app and can easily see their projects on theirs Phones

Cons: The amount of users we have. We are looking at expanding into more hands in our business. The limited numbers prevents us from maximizing it into more hands. I am waiting for approval from our CEO to role this out more into our business.

Overall: The ease of use is great covers what we need for our RES/COM of our business

Really helps streamline my companies day to day operations.

Pros: The thing I like the most are actually two things, Quick Books integration and the ease of scheduling.

Cons: Difficulty switching onsite contacts for the same site. We have service addresses that have more then one on site contact and the current way to change it is time consuming.

Great company, perfect for all service, PHC . Used for 4 years just gets better!

Pros: All in one system, bidding, billing and payments with credit cards so easy. We can make it our own and personalize to our needs. They keep adding features and changing thing by listening to what their customers want and need. It's priced very well and is not going to break the bank! Customer service is very quick and they are on top of things!

Cons: The location service when setting up customers could possibly give locations near you to start, pretty sure I would never work in Africa! Small issue so not anything to make it unuseable.

Overall: Makes my job much easier! I have less to do in the office so can be out working.

Pros: accessibility and ease of use. the mobile set up is great even for the techs that arent techy. we love it

Cons: the integration with quickbooks is weird and our credit card readers were very cheaply made and havnt worked but to type in the numbers.

Overall: scheduling the guys without having to call them

Pros: How easy it is to use. I can train a new person how to use it completely within one hour. The support is really good. They respond very fast with answers and resolutions.

Cons: Would like to be able to easily schedule more than one technician to one job at time of creation of service appointment, without having to do multiple steps.

RazorSync is easy to use, works great with QuickBooks.

Pros: RazorSync has instant communication of what is being completed in the field back to the office. Technicians can see what was completed on previous work orders.

Cons: Cost per user. Job notes don't sync to customers over all notes. Some of the text, email responses cannot be personalized per job.

Overall: Being able to offer paperless invoices was a huge benefit of RazorSync.

It changed the way we run our entire business.

Pros: Tracking where my technicians are, the ease of creating work orders even if I'm not at my desk. Being able to see instant updates of the status of work orders. It makes invoicing in real time - no delays.

Pros: We love that we can track our guys using the app. At any point I can pull up the map and see where any of my techs are. Also being able to attach photos for the jobs and notes is a great help to stay organized.
We've been using Razorsync for almost 4 years now and we definitely rely on our system. Tony helped us to set up our whole system. They've been super helpful.
Razorsync is by far our most used software for my business.

Cons: I really have no complaints with Razorsync. But if I had to reach and discuss an issue sometimes it's hard to get to talk to someone. And at the point that I'm calling I'm really needing help to get through whatever I'm stuck on. But when I do get someone on the phone they are super easy to talk to and are very helpful.

Overall: Running my business as efficiently as possible.

Razorsync has helped our company to organize and grow our service department.

Pros: I like the fact that this program is so easy to use. The customer support is fantastic, anytime I have had an issue, I receive a call back the same day. They have worked with me to customize my quotes and we love the program.

Cons: The thing I like least is having to change passwords for the technicians, they have issues with that.

Pros: I like how easy it is to look up customers. See the dispatch board and the where the technicians are in their day. The little company that we are it is great that we can see where the technicians are with the GPS tracking without having to spend extra money on having GPS on their trucks

Cons: I do not like that you can not have 2 customers with the same name. I use quickbooks online and when an invoice amount has to be changed its complicated to change the amount and it does not export the new price into quickbooks online.

Overall: Easy dispatching, customer history all under the customer's address, looking up customers names and phone numbers.

Pros: Prior to razorsync we did all service tickets on paper and then we had to manually enter them into quickbooks. We had issues with tickets getting lost, not turned in, being hard to read and uninvoiced. With razorsync having the module that allows us to import invoices it saves us so much time and no lost money.

Cons: I wish the functionally was a little easier for technicians to use. It can be confusing with service Calls and multiple work orders in one call. It was a little challenging for our techs that are not computer savy to pick up. I wish notes saved automatically. We have lost info because clicking done was forgotten

Overall: No lost tickets, dispatching with techs in the field

Pros: I like how the invoices come out and look and once everything is entered in, it can be easily imported into QuickBooks.

Cons: I would like to see an easier way to import the pictures after our technicians upload them because most of the vendors we work with have their own portals where we need to upload the pictures individually. I would also like to see an easier way to delete information that is not needed or is a mistake because if something is invoiced or quoted incorrectly you have to go in a round-a-bout to delete it. I would also like to be able to easily delete or edit a service item even if it is attached to another invoice or quote. On the dashboard, I would like to see more reporting with the invoicing, received payments and how much was invoiced out per day/month (even though I can see it in QuickBooks) it would be easier to have a quicker reference

Overall: I really like how the dispatching is done and received by the technicians and that all the pictures are retrievable. Just like I suggested, I just wish there was an easier way to import the pictures from RazorSync because we have some very large accounts where we have to upload everything on a vendor portal. Sometimes I have to take the technicians phones and take the pics straight off their phones so I can complete what I need to do. I do like the way on the invoicing and quoting is completed because they come out in a PDF that looks very professional to our vendors and customers. The importing of information from Razorsync into QuickBooks is very easy to do and convenient so that I don't always have to do double the entry.

Love using Razor Its fantastic.

Pros: I like everything about the software. I am thrilled that we came across Razor. This software saves a lot of time and paperwork . I really like the fact that all my customers info is in one place. No more writing down on paper .

Cons: My least favorite thing about the software would be I can't delete a customer that already has had an invoice created or had a service call request. Also if we have a husband and wife in separately you can't match them together.

Overall: Being able to keep track of previous invoices and having all my customers info at hand.

Pros: What we like most is how simple it is to use. Our efficiency and productivity is greatly improving by using RazorSync. The more we use it, the more we find how necessary RazorSync is to create better systems and processes for our team.

Cons: I was hoping for some more bells and whistles....but honestly, that is probably what makes this software so great...they keep it simple. The only Con would be when we found out our historical data would not transfer over from our customers in Quickbooks.

Cons: I would like to see a better preview from the mobile device for the completed form. Some of our techs use a PC to complete a form in the field and would benefit from a more consistent experience.

Pros: I like that everyone can see the schedule and it really has made collecting payments onsite super easy and comfortable for the technicians.

Cons: I don't like that you have to go in and out of the schedule or you lose the details of the work order. I have thought I had job scheduled and it disappears if you don't complete the work order and then use the timeline/details button. I would like to see availability for time in the work order area.

Pros: Very user friendly. It's tracking features are great. It's nice to be able to see where the job is and where the technicians are on the road.

Cons: A little expensive. Having to pay for every user adds up. The other thing we would like to see is the proposal feature changing so we can have saved standard proposals (this is something we have been asking for for over a year). the last time I called I was reassured it would be released in August 2017.

Very user friendly program and I couldn't imagine running our maintenance company without it!

Pros: Breadcrumbs tracking to see routes of field workers. Multiple crew on one service request. Multiple sites under one customer, GPS mapping of clock in/out, the service request report has all notes/photos etc in one file,

Cons: Would like see a breadcrumb report as when a worker on a service request you can't really see the 'time' on site as the tags bundle up and the 'request' blocks seeing times, need to force sync to register clock in/out often, would love to see a report showing time on a work order. And a big one: human error happens and I can change/edit clock in/out times but not times on wo's which would be very very helpful

Overall: Accountability of filed workers, reporting of wo's with images/notes in one place

Pros: I like that I can run my business from home on days where I just can't get in, if it's bad weather, sick kid, or just a personal day, I can still do my job by logging in from home

Cons: It was a learning curve in the beginning, but I think I can definitely call myself a pro right now, and my technicians even like it. The ease of using the Ipad for all their calls has just been perfect

Overall: The benefit of being able to work from basically anywhere, I use my phone most of the time if I'm not in the office, but If I'm at home, my personal home computer does the job. I've been in the hospital, on vacation, traveling and I have been able to set up work for my techs back on site.

So far it has been great!

Pros: We went live with Razorsync this week and the transition from paper to paperless has been amazing! We are receiving positive reviews from our technicians on the ease of use. Razorsync's customer support from purchase to implementing a tremendous amount of recurring jobs to training has been stellar!

Cons: The only con I have found is that I would have like to customize the invoice to better match our QB invoice.

Overall: Ability to become paperless, dispatching from anywhere, ease of assigning jobs or reassigning jobs

Pros: I used them for about 2 years in my last company of 6 technicians. It was very user friendly. The qb. The user interface and ability to look up consumer information was awesome! Dashboard inside the office, to use on the desktop was very helpful. Changing things & adding users/roles was simple.

Cons: Quickbooks integration was a hassle. It was batched, not live. Errors or changes make it difficult to keep up with. Updates were a pain. They didn't use to offer customizations of the platform which limited your ability to tailor it to your business.

Pros: The Software is very easy to use. I do not need a Server in my office and very mobile with tablet or phone. It integrates with QuickBooks easily and setup is a breeze. The mobile side is amazing with how fast to use in the field. No waiting for upload times. We will switch from phone to tablet when finishing the service call so we do not have to carry the tablet until the end. The phone app is excellent and easy to use. Able to take Credit Card transactions through the system and automatically updates real time. If you are already using QuickBooks it would be an very easy setup.

Cons: After using Successware 21 and Wintac - The cost of Successware 21 to high and the major issues we ran into for just an year with Wintac. I can not find cons with this company.
They all have different ways of making their software and have glitches but it is how they handle the issues is what makes the company stand out.

Overall: I moved from Successware21 (using it from 2004 to 2016) to Wintac (Using it from Jan 2016 to Jan 15, 2017) and I was looking for a good software that had an all in-one dispatch and financial. But after using Wintac for only one year - I had enough. I had demos done with 5 after looking at 15 companies and found out of the five companies RazorSync.
The Platform is SOOO easy to navigate through my techs love using it in the field and the customers love getting the alerts, emails too. One of the biggest problems with Wintac was my customers getting their invoices by email. No problem with RazorSync! The set up was very easy also and learn time of the platform took weeks not months. One thing I need to express is in the field my techs still have full function of the software in the field when there is no signal with phone or tablet. I have not used QuickBooks since 2003 when I was using Successware21. I was was amazed how easy RazorSync worked with Quickbooks Online version. For someone using QuickBooks already it would be a no brainer to go with RazorSync. In my opinion should be at the top of the list and definitely 10 times easier to use than Wintac.
One more thing about the QuickBooks since I have out of the loop with them for years - We are now doing using the full payroll services through them and cut my cost by $ a year after moving from PayChex for 20 years. Because of the great personal over at RazorSync and the software it has been a GREAT experience for us. We High Recommend this company and if you have a decision to make you must check them out, you will not be sorry.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would give them the opportunity to show you what RazorSync has to offer. Like you I was pulling my hair out trying to move from a bad experience to a company I could rely on and RazorSync is the company I am putting my faith in going forward.

Pros: it is out of the mix fictional at a high level

Cons: It still has some things that we could change to be better for us.

Overall: We tried a few different products and found them to all be missing key items. Paying a high monthly price for that was brutal. Then we found RazorSync. Not only does it have more functional parts we need it's only a small amount per user. Even if we wanted to build our own product this price will keep that from happening for a long time.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's high quality and EXCELLENT customer service

Pros: Mobile app, GPS tracking, Time sheet tracking, Invoice Tracking, Inventory Tracking Great customer service.

Cons: No PO system yet.

Overall: I have been using this program since 2013 and it is the best one I have found out there. And trust me I looked at a lot of them before finally deciding to stick with Razorsync. It is an intricate part of my daily operation. The ability to create customers, work orders, and multiple separate service request back to back on a customer is nice. I use it to track technician time sheets, daily route location, job to job GPS tracking, and I love the fact that you can add pictures of the before and after work of the jobs to each invoice and it makes a PDF that goes directly to the customer while we are still onsite shows the customers we are a professional company and will aways be ready to serve them whenever they need us. It puts us a step ahead of the rest in the HVAC field. Customer service is easy to talk to and very quick to respond. In short, this program is Awesome.

Recommendations to other buyers: Add a PO system.

Pros: I like the fact that it works well with Quick Books and the technician location feature.

Cons: Again the price increase is going to be an issue for me if I do not get more techs.

Overall: I love using Razor Sync considering I am running a small service repair business, the experience is like no other. When there is an issue their team get's right on it and they haven't made me wait over 24 hrs for a reply. If I could change anything it would be their new rates and yes I understand that in order to keep the service great they have to invest more. Overall the service is great!

Pros: Mobility. I can do everything I need to do on my mobile devices

Cons: Some of the flow of the process is a little clumsy at least for my specific application.

Overall: Finding RazorSync was one of the best things that ever happened for my business.
RazorSync allows me to do what I need to do at a cost I can afford with just starting my business. The support is excellent, they are constantly adding new features and always help me out even though I am just a very small customer.

Pros: I like being able to track everyone and maintenance

Cons: Customization, client emails need more details

Overall: I really like RazorSync, my only complaint are the emails and text that go out to our clients. I wish we could customize more.

Pros: the dispatching software

Cons: address verification

Overall: Customer Support was awesome. I really disliked the address verification, most remote areas I had to put in a bogus address, save then edit in order to get the location entered. I don't like repeating myself. I believe we should work smarter not harder.

Pros: Scheduling

Cons: Adjusting work orders on schedule is cumbersome

Overall: Provided excellent scheduling for busy roofing contractor. Our field reps love it. Historical data is a great management tool

Comments: I love the software. If I can't find out how to do something, their support is amazing.

I do a lot of jobs with custom pricing and unless there is a service item in the system for it they can't bill for that custom price. This is a problem. I'd love to see an option where a technician can put in a custom price so I can use razor sync on all my calls.

I like how I can make notes on the customer file, but I would love to see a field in the customer file that shows me where their last service was. Very important in the service industry that these are easy to find. If I could run a report with people who are due for service, I could use that to help market me services to my client base.

Comments: This is a great scheduling company. I love how you can except calls on the fly and schedule them. I also like how they integrate with quick books eliminating double entry. Also when I was learning how to use the product they were available by telephone to personally walk me through it. This is a must have for any service business!

Comments: RazorSync is amazing! The customer support team is phenomenal, the product is extremely easy to use and the tracking feature is very accurate. We are able to enter job tickets into the system and send them to the service trucks within seconds. We have saved time and money by using RazorSync. After spending a significant amount of time researching different options for our needs, RazorSync won my vote by a large margin.

Comments: Good evening: In response to your inquiry, I would like to state we are pleased with Razor Sync as our scheduling software. While it has some quirks which create some problem for us overall, it is solid scheduling software. I would like to see the ability to schedule multiple days and people from the work order entry screen as opposed to entering the info, then going to the calendar, then dragging the job to each person, adjusting the times, etc. This is somewhat overwhelming in a busy office.
