I no longer need a hundred post-it notes with my to-dos stuck on my computer screens. Customer support is very responsive and is welcoming of feature recommendations. Cons Can be a little time consuming initially setting up the towers and control points. Wish there was the option to send users an email notification when assigning them a control point.
