Value for Money

Pros: Built on Salesforce, keeps the CRM and accounting together. The concept is great. The execution is terrible!

Cons: The service side doesn't know the product. Slow support response time. We canceled our license because of how poor the implementation with Edgeware was. (Edgeware is a partner that Sage Live recommended.) It is very telling about this company that their main support call in number doesn't have any option to get to Sage Live. We suggest staying away until the software and partnerships are more fully developed.
