Pros: I love the ability to email members within the CRM. Hubspot makes it easy to manage and stay on top of all my contacts

Cons: While I find all the trainings and certifications helpful they are all geared for b2b and we are a b2c company

Good for starters but tends to create more work than lighten a workload for a sales team.

Pros: I like the amount of features that come along with the price tag of zero. Exporting and importing is a breeze and it's very user friendly.

Cons: You can outgrow it very fast. There aren't enough AI based insights and therefore you have to create more work for yourself as opposed to switching to a competitor.

It started out as a barebones CRM, but they keep improving it!

Pros: We started with the Hubspot marketing software, and CRM became a free option for managing our leads throughout the lifecycle. I love the seamless interface between marketing and sales, and they keep adding features every time I look.

Cons: It's not (yet) as fully featured as more established CRM options. Reporting is probably the biggest weakness, although I believe there's an add-on we could purchase if it became an issue.

Overall: Functional CRM bundled with the Marketing Automation software we were already invested in - and as we grow, they keep adding functionality!

Hubspot's CRM is the perfect compliment to the Marketing Tool

Pros: The tool works seamlessly with the marketing side so customers and companies flow back and forth. Also, the documents allow you to see how long someone has looked at each page. The templates allow for customized emails to prospects however you are still able to customize them to each situation. You can see how an opportunity is progressing and how much dollar wise is in the pipeline.

Cons: The learning curve was hard at first however the training and certificates have given me the ability and confidence to move from Salesforce to Hubspot.

Overall: We are able to run our marketing automation efforts seamlessly with our sales efforts. Everyone is on the same page about prospects, and pipeline.

Pros: The ease of use. The emails interact with your sales process. I can see when my clients and prospects and open my emails and download the documents. This lets me know if they've received the proposals and a possible level of interest.

Cons: I don't like the scheduler much personally because there are easier tools out there to schedule meetings. I think hub spots could be more interactive.

Overall: A cohesive hub to house all clients and prospects and leads.

Pros: Clean, intuitive interface.
Customer Support is top notch - extra responsive.
Seamless teamwork between sales and marketing.

Cons: Inability to direct which deal an email goes in to when the contact is associated with more than one deal. The email goes into every deal they are associated with...

We're using this CRM's free version and have been very pleased with it.

Pros: Hubspot CRM free version has been easy to use, allows enough flexibility to create our own fields, and easy to track everything we can about our clients. The Task features really help with reminders to followup so that nothing is missed.

Cons: Cannot respond to an email directly from Hubspot. So replies to emails to keep thread intact are in Gmail and logged in Hubspot. Would like to an online chat support but this may come with a paid version only.

Overall: Captures all of our contacts, prospects, and clients in one location.
Easy to use and you receive a lot of features for the free version.

From the beginning, learning HubSpot has been an amazing experience!

Pros: I love the capability to make lists of the different contacts and learn more about their utilization of our website. Consumer behavior has come such a long way in marketing and we can learn so much about how our existing and new customers interact with us.

Cons: Sometimes the dashboards are not intuitive, but there are great resource articles and the HubSpot Support staff are always there to help.

Start up service business trying to acquire clients & keep track of clients and the services used.

Pros: Customizable pipelines for each of my services, with the Kanban style to visually see where each deal is in the pipeline as well as anticipated revenue flows at a glance.
The outlook integration keeps all of my client emails associated with the "deal" for that client. No more manual email logging or in-box searching.

Cons: It took me a while to figure out the outlook integration. More instruction or a more intuitive interface would be nice for integrations.

Overall: Increased efficiency. Customer relationship management is crucial to my business, but NOT my core competency. As a one-man startup I needed a tool I could use to quickly and efficiently keep track of my clients, meeting, tasks, and deals.

Pros: Hubspot CRM is super helpful with automation with email and notification of those items. It's also helpful when linked into their marketing platform allowing for your entire team to co-exist in one tool. Seeing important marketing and sales data on a potential client in one spot.

Cons: There isn't much, I do wish there was more Outlook/Exchange integration. We are moving to Google Mail since that is their major mail integration, partner. Otherwise, I love the tool and their support.

Overall: Team communication went up drastically as well as the ability to see the data from marketing and sales in one place on contacts. Things we never thought we'd have all in one place.

Cons: No hebrew support.
Some settings can be hidden under several clicks but for the most part it seems like everything is in logical places.

Pros: It's easy to use, fully integrates with other HubSpot tools, you can't beat the price (free)... This should be everyone's first CRM.

Cons: It doesn't have as many bells and whistles as other (much more expensive) CRM's do. However, for a free product, you are getting amazing features.

Great CRM, especially if you use other Hubspot tools (marketing, sales). Best part is that its FREE!

Pros: Realy nice and easy to use user interface. New users should catch up with it quickly.

What is more, I really liked that it automatically finds data about new contact or organization and inserts it into CRM. The contact card overall is really nice and displays all the interactions with the client.

Cons: It has basically no reporting built into it, only few dashboards. In order to get reports you need to pay per month extra, which is a lot if you only have a few users.

Overall: Great contact database and place to store the whole history of interactions with them.

Everything you need in a CRM system when you are starting up!

Pros: Intuitive platform helps me develop Sales engineering processes for my company. Support has been key, and additional Help tools have been great to develop usability.

Cons: Does not sync with My Office 365 system for client calendaring. Have to double-entry all meetings in these systems to ensure tracking on one side and calendaring on the other. Calendars don't sync, and I have missed a few meetings because if it.

Overall: Overall pretty easy Sales process tool to manage selling systems.

For a free solution, this is a pretty good CRM software

Pros: Hubspot CRM is very flexible so it can be set up to suit the needs of individual users. Custom fields make this possible, even if it takes a bit to understand how the whole thing works. I appreciate the integration with Outlook (and Gmail, but I don't use it for that), so emails sent in Outlook appear in the CRM.

Cons: I found it a bit difficult to learn how to use the software at first and setting up customizations are a little cumbersome at times.

Overall: Organizing all contacts and people in the sales pipeline.

Pros: The ease of use and the templates and how it connects with email platforms. Being able to use the templates through the email platform and notifications when they read the email(s).

Cons: Some features are limited or available for marketing instead of sales which the cost jumps excessively between Sales and Marketing especially for a start up business with low revenue.

Overall: Faster way of contacting clients and sending out emails/templates. Increases productivity.

Worth what you get, but other products are more robust.

Pros: I have used Hubspot for a while now, but admittedly intermittently so. I use other products for more functionalities, but Hubspot is still really good.

Cons: Some features and functionalities are more simple to use in products from other competitors, but Hubspot is still worth the cost.

Pros: Email integration and tracking has been fantastic, especially when combined with templates. It's very easy to create tasks to email multiple prospects in a quick amount of time.

Cons: The limitations of the free software including only 5 templates and tracking for 200 emails is a little annoying.

Cons: The thing i like the least is a complaint of many SaaS software in that the updates are slow and can be sporadic.

Pros: The CRM is an evolved product, not just a new idea, it's always changing and adapting to the needs of its customer base and sales teams we work with genuinely wonder how they worked without it.

Cons: The constant change does mean you need to keep on top of your learning and there will be lots of questions from your sales guys, thankfully all the customer support and documentation is very well maintained and operated.

Pros: Love that the sales system is directly integrated into the same platform as the marketing system. It creates a perfect combination for a one-two punch that helps get things done.

Cons: There are some features that you would miss having used larger sales systems, however the direct integration with the marketing side of the house far outweighs those small features. Plus they are always adding things so it is likely it will be added in the future anyway.

Pros: The new social media scheduling and preview feature is really great. Being able to manage everything in one place is helpful. I hope that Pinterest is added soon.

Cons: I wish that we could create a 'library' of content that recycled itself automatically, like MeetEdgar.

Pros: Below are the 3 biggest benefits to us in using Hubspot sales:

- Sequences
- Templates
- It gives you the ability to track the sales process/funnel

Cons: - It would be nice if you could limit user uses based on landing pages or how they came in.
- HubSpot's company information can be incorrect at times.

Overall: Our sales and marketing departments use HubSpot Sales to help measure the success of both our marketing team (to help funnel leads to our sales department) and the success of our sales team (to see to ROI and close rate). HubSpot Sales helps keep our team organized as we can track who has reached out to a specific lead and where that lead is at in the sales funnel.

Pros: No sales professional wants to spend time filling out information or record information in a CRM. HubSpot Sales Professional makes the entire process easier by automating these time intensive activities. Allowing every sales professional more time to do what they want, make money!

Cons: The call recording functionality has its limitations. If you live in a state where the recording of the all requires both parties consent, the feature is not available.

Overall: It allows our sales team to spend more time working on generating sales, it allows our marketing team to better understand what is working, and it allow our administrative team to know who is being most impactful.

HubSpot is an excellent CRM! It integrates with the HubSpot marketing platform and is easy to use.

Pros: SimulTrans moved from SugarCRM to HubSpot CRM to integrate with the HubSpot marketing platform used by our company. It provides centralized intelligence of marketing and sales activities in a unified platform. Our sales team receives more leads, closes more deals, and spends less time on administration. Our company benefits from greater efficiency, lower costs, and increased revenue.

Cons: We have complex commission reporting requirements that the HubSpot reporting add on could not accommodate. We used a connector from cData to access the HubSpot CRM data from our JasperReports Server to calculate commissions.

Overall: HubSpot brings more leads to our sales team and allows us to win more customers. We benefit from greater efficiency, lower costs, and increased revenue.

Great product - hands down the easiest to use and implement.

Pros: Easy to implement & train to use the tools, exhaustive toolset, integration with Salesforce and other popular software, great innovation - new things are coming out constantly and the tool is improved.

Cons: Part of improvements means changes, and sometimes the changes come in piecemeal, meaning that the UI is buggy and sometimes you do things one way on one screen and then another screen has you do it another way. Inconsistent experience.

Overall: Great way to run a marketing program!

Pros: Ability to make lists, contacts, easy to export. Follow contacts through the customer journey. Make conditional email lists, add custom fields. Custom forms and ease of integrating new forms and lead generation content.

Cons: Need to learn a lot of the features with videos and ready the Q & A section to get a feel for the the dashboard. Customer contacts imports and exports can be tricky at first. Setting up analytics and integrating all the email components.

Overall: more leads, more contacts. Ability to create custom fields for new content. Smart Forms and lead generation sharing with marketing and sales.

Pros: HubSpot's Sidekick tool helps me keep track of email opens and website activity as and when it happens, so that I can react quickly and keep an eye on things.

Cons: The only con I can think of right now is that the tracking tool becomes inaccurate when an email is sent to more than one person, forwarded, and so on.

Really loved it, quick onboarding and really helpful team!

Pros: This product is free, and given the great features, the value is high. We've hooked our clients up with the HubSpot CRM and have been able to prove the ROI they are getting from marketing. It's not too difficult to get behind that!

Cons: I'd like to be able to review sales rep activity en masse in one place. Other than that, I can't think of anything that's wrong with the software or things that could be done better.

Overall: Proven ROI, better sales funnel tracking, sales efficiency

Pros: Social publishing, lead scoring, easy to use, calendar, i like that I can do a lot of different things in one platform

Pros: Ease of use is definitely my favorite part right next to the fact that I can design an entire campaign and basically "set it and forget it." The analytics are very helpful, and give the entire team insight into what is working, and what can be improved. There is a huge library of resources that I can check out as much as I want, anytime of the day to help me build my skills at my own pace.

Cons: There are a number of areas where I wish the customization was easier for me and did not require developer intervention. It's an expensive product that sometimes requires significant additional expense with a HubSpot agency to help get projects over the finish line. But overall, it is still an amazing program.

Overall: Makes life as a Marketer easy.

Pros: It's simple and user-friendly. If I have a question then I just reach out to support and they answer it very quickly.

Cons: Sometimes it can a bit buggy but it is software and I understand that comes with the territory. It may just be our network that is causing the issues.

Comments: We use HubSpot for campaign management, lead generation, lead management, nurturing (sending follow-up emails, campaigns, etc), inbound marketing, and tracking. While my personal experience in the Sales platform is lesser than the Marketing platform, it has still been an excellent tool. The tasks option is also an interesting feature I look forward to working with.

Pros: Easy to use, good range of integrations, closed loop reporting, good training and support - clarity on responsibility for all our team across departments.

Cons: Not much - it would be nice to see a few more integrations with other CRM and sales platforms, and other 3rd party tools like chat, but there are always new updates such as these being rolled out by HubSpot.

Overall: As agency partners, we use and recommend HubSpot, and have been using the whole growth stack for a around 3 years.

With Hubspot we now have a fully integrated platform that it used by all members of the company across all teams - aligning sales and marketing.

With HubSpot sales everyone in the business - not just sales -gains clarity on what's in the pipeline, what the priorities are, how qualified each lead is - and we can track all nurture actions and engagements back easily.

If you're planning to do inbound marketing and sales effectively this software gives you all you need in one spot.

In addition to the sales platform and CRM, we use huspot to manage out marketing - bear in mind that everything is hubspot is closed loop so we can align out sales efforts with our content management, social management, paid ads, marketing automation, reporting and more.

Overall: Many of the client sales teams I work with use Salesforce, and whenever I show them the HubSpot CRM is the are all blown away by how easy it is to use. It's designed around speed and efficiency, and some of the built-in features (like email templates and an autodialer) are only available in Salesforce with add-ons. Clients I have gotten to switch to the HubSpot CRM have all seen a quick increase in productivity. I use the HubSpot CRM for my own sales process and I highly recommend it.

Overall: At our Organization Sales & Marketing are using HubSpot, and the integration between the CRM and the marketingapp is perfect. Our sales can instantly see the interactions with our website, mails, social,... So they can see what marketing has been doing with a specific contact and how to reach out to this specific contact. That's a very usefull feature to get that customer intimacy!

We are using the CRM from the moment it launched. Every problem or bug that we encountered we reported to HubSpot. In a couple of weeks thos bugs were gone, so thats wonderfull! Today the tool is becoming more mature. It offers more functionalities and its getting easier to use and to monitor. The only problem with the app is the possibility to have double contacts very easily. The only primary key is the email and the domain. It would be helpfull if it would be possible to decide which field we want to use as the primary key when doing an import into the database...

Comments: We used to salesforce as our CRM, and as an SMB it was VERY expensive. Salesforce is great if you have VERY VERY deep pockets and can pay a salesforce partner to customise it to your needs. Even after that, you really need someone to be the 'salesforce administrator' for your company. So great CRM, but expensive.

HubSpot CRM was a seamless switch - with the native integration it didn't take much effort, no export/import.

For our sales team, HubSpot CRM is much more intuitive, much nicer UI as well. And the fact that lots of data is fetched automatically means it's less time my sales team is spending on data entry and more time spent on actually selling. The fact that it also is, naturally, integrated with the rest of HubSpot means it's easy to get a full look across the entire sales & marketing funnel.

The mobile app is great as well. The feedback I get from the sales team is only positive.

Overall: I've tried a lot of CRM's. Pipe Drive, SalesForce, you name it. The problem will the other is that you either have the ability to over customize or you have no ability. The beauty of the Hubspot Sales CRM is that it's simple to use and it gives you enough customization to make you happy without going overboard. I highly recommend for small to mid-sized sales teams.

Overall: I am an inbound marketing exec who uses HubSpot on a daily basis. The company I work for, Strategic IC, is a B2B digital marketing agency that helps clients generate qualified leads via inbound marketing and sales, social media and open source web development. We are a Platinum Certified HubSpot partner and therefore also promote the use of HubSpot to our own clients. We use HubSpot to run various different Inbound campaigns, and create lots of landing pages, blogs, workflows etc through HubSpot. HubSpot is used throughout the whole of the company and is a very easy and intelligent tool to use.

The biggest pro is that the HubSpot CRM is completely free! It is well worth using and trying out to see if it suits all of your needs before upgrading to any other packages. I find the CRM tool to be very intuitive - it really helps when tracking what a contact has been doing, for example if an email has been delivered into their inbox, or whether they have read the email etc. Additionally, the dashboards provided by the CRM are a very helpful snapshot of your metrics, however I do feel they could provide a lot more depth.

There are only a few cons to the HubSpot CRM - sometimes it can be slow at loading changes to the database and occasionally it does crash and needs to be refreshed multiple times before it returns to normal. Also there is a big jump in price (from free) to add on the reporting features, which can put some clients off upgrading the tool further.

Comments: We've been using this product since it was released. It has been constantly upgraded and new features are added all the time. For what we do, B2B sales, it is almost all we need. The fact it is integrated with the Hubspot Marketing means you do very little data entry. It takes less than an hour for us to set it up for new clients, compared to many, many months for other more complex systems we've implemented.

Strong Points:

Does a lot of work for you, keeping you from having do a lot of data entry. The meetings tool has resulted in a lot of customer engagement that would have not happened without it.

The templates and sequences are a great help and really make you think about what you want to say and how you want to say it to customers.

The ability to modify the Sales Pipeline stages is very helpful and the ability to create different sales pipelines is also very critical.

The available free training is also a great addition to the tool.

Weak Points:

The lack of a Configure, Price and Quote system means you have to buy a third party system if you want to actually be able to close deals from within the tool.

The mobile app is constantly being improved but needs a few additional pieces of functionality.

The ability to call from within the app is great however, it lacks the management systems large volume call centers require. It isn't really the same as an Inbound Call Center application and users should bear that in mind.

Overall: I have been using Hubspot CRM for a year now. In my company we are seven different business units and each business unit is kind of ran like an independent company so the challenge to have them all in one CRM was compelling. Some of the business units had never have a CRM before and some other were using different ones: I had 3 using vTiger, a free Open Source CRM, and another one SAP.
I started the migration of CRM with the business unit with most experiencie on the use of vTiger CRM. The migration went on pretty smoothly for my surprise and mostly everyone was happy with the change specially because of the ease of use. I do had to create some training slides and get together all the sales group to train them, but after that session mostly everyone started working on the CRM without problems.
I then followed with the rest of the business units and Hubspot has been working perfectly, but.. I do have some complains from the users which have more to do with the way we do business than with the CRM itself.
Since we are different business units but usuaaly work with the same customers, we have a problem assigning one owner to each contact. We would need each contact to be able to have multiple owners that can help us create filters accordingly to the owner. Right now we are not able to do it and I have lots of complains about since because of it I need to have everyone being able to see or edit all contacts, not only the ones assigned to them.
Besides this, Hubspot CRM is a great tool and very easy of using.
We are still waiting for the App for Android though!

Pros: I love the user interface, how seamless the experience is between marketing and sales, and how helpful the HubSpot team is. Whenever I'm trying to accomplish something, they're right there to help.

Cons: I have one complaint. Lead distribution. It takes 10 minutes to assign a new lead to an individual because the system is hunting for conflicting assignments. I like that part, but not that it takes 10 minutes.

Overall: As an early adopter of the HubSpot CRM, it's been awesome watching new features roll out. What started as a light CRM is now full-fledged. I had previously thought we would outgrow it, but after the last two years using the platform, I see no reason why that would happen.

I've previously used HubSpot's Marketing platform with a Salesforce integration, and the experience is night and day. For an inbound-focused organization, it's a much richer experience (especially for our BDRs) with HubSpot CRM. Everything we do is available on one pane of glass -- all social, email, landing page engagements, emails and calls. All in one system.

After trying several software products, we found our solution with Hubspot, whose CRM, marketing tools, and detailed reporting features not only solved this fundamental problem with measurement but whose platform has become an intricate part of our everyday sales and marketing efforts.

With accurate data, we¿re able to better serve our customers. The knowledge of which inbound marketing strategies are most effective - and where, when and how visitors are converting on our website - allows us to strike the right balance between educational and sales content and improve the specification process. Pros - Hubspot platform is simple to use yet super powerful. Strong metrics everywhere you turn - Ads, Landing pages, etc. Hubspot employees - You know how most companies have that one rock star who customers love? Well, Hubspot seems to have a 100 rock stars at the company. Everyone is bright, helpful, and most of all is an advocate for your business. My implementation specialist made simple suggestions that have had a huge image on our business. If you ever need help, the Hubspot Academy is great for quick answers and support is fantastic for more detailed questions.

Cons - If you asked me about my previous sales and marketing platform, I could give you a list of cons. With Hubspot, it's hard to find something that drives you crazy or limits your ability to the point that you would want to complain about.

You do need to have at least one committed user in the software, keeping up to date on the new features and how to use it

Overall: This is a great value-added service for the Hubspot website hosting and CMS. I am not sure of how useful it would be as a stand-alone product. The add-ons for Microsoft Outlook and Google Chrome browsers are work being installed and loaded every time you start these applications.

You do get some great insights into the activity of leads, prospects, and customers. Emails sent have reports that beat most CRM and Email delivery systems in that you can see within the record how contacts are interacting with your emails and content.

Comments: We moved from sugar crm to hubspot crm after our marketing team jumped to the hubspot marketing platform. Our sales team actually use this CRM. They love the notifications. They like the simplicity. The contact view filters are quick and easy to use. The integration with the marketing database makes it over-the-top better than any other CRM and marketing tandem that exists. We absolutely love this CRM. Pros: Very easy to use, intuitive, easy to learn, provides all the basics anyone could want out of the box. You start to benefit day 1, without any customization or expensive consulting setup or support.

Cons: May be limited in certain situations, like sharing an opportunity with competing distributors, or integrating to ERP systems when that's really critical as part of forecasting process.

Overall: We've been a HubSpot partner for 6 years, and started using the HS CRM 18 months ago. I don't know what we did without it! For us it's almost purely a PRM (Prospect Relationship Management) tool, because that's what we use it for. There's almost no burden involved in using it, nothing but keeping in mind the features that allow us to all keep current on each prospect's context. I would heartily recommend it to anyone who knows they could improve with a tool that isn't a burden or a huge financial commitment. And HubSpot keeps improving the product based on user input. I couldn't be happier with it!

Pros: Modern UI, not terribly expensive, does just everything I really need.

Cons: Not as widely used, so new hires have to learn it. That's ok though, because it's easier than what they're used to. They grumble at first, but after the transition, love it more than whatever they were using before.

Overall: Hubspot CRM feels like a tool you'd build if you'd been using bloated CRM software and were fed up with it. It has a much more modern approach that equates to better usability, and ultimately better results. It is a young product relative to others, but they seem to focus on what's most important to customers FIRST and so new useful features are added constantly. It's rare I run into a situation where I want to do something with Hubspot CRM but there is a limitation in the software but it has happened. I'd gladly trade this for a bloated, more complex and more expensive solution. I also love that it integrates with Hubspot's marketing tools.

Pros: I can get info auto-loaded into the CRM with just the website. I also like the flexibility to customize the fields I need specific to my business.

Cons: A LITTLE challenging to learn, but I see that more in my team - I really didn't have many issues.

Comments: I originally heard of HubSpot when my company was evaluating Salesforce. We decided to purchase Salesforce and use HubSpot for our marketing automation. a few months later HubSpot released their CRM and I was in love. Overall: I have been a long-time fan of HubSpot's marketing automation platform and just implemented the CRM platform for our Sales team. So much easier than Salesforce! The reporting is very intuitive and easy to configure, and the workflow is efficient, and the dashboards are great. Unlike SFDC, no need to hire a consultant just to configure dashboard reports.

I wish we had the ability to change lead source data, and the lifecycle stages can be a bit confusing (they live at the company level, not the contact level) but overall, very happy.

Overall: The single best part of the HubSpot sales tools and CRM is that salespeople actually USE them. They're not just user-friendly; they are designed with salespeople in mind. The tools help save salespeople time by doing some of the formerly manual and cumbersome work for them! Plus, the way the pipeline and deal stages work - they actually are easy to use and report back with not just designed for top level executive reporting. Overall: I have been using Hubspot for the last 6 months as part of a new role within my organization. Having never used the product before I was amazed how easy it was to complete the majority of the tasks within Hubspot.

Hubspot has world class customer support. Any time I ran into a problem I couldn't solve on my own, their team was only a phone call away and they would do everything they could do solve my problem. In the rare instance, the representative wasn't able to immediately find a solution, they'd tell me they were on it and get back to me a few hours later with an answer. As a bonus, they're not only dedicated to helping you complete your task, but they're actually a pleasure to talk to.

The Hubspot platform is easy to use, intuitive, and a powerful marketing tool. There is a lot of great functionality, but my personal favorite is the workflow tool. Here, I have been able to create a number of marketing automation and even A/B test treatments to see what works best in delivering my product to my clients. Plus, they just revamped the look of the workflows so they're even easier to use and look so good you could show them to a client and they'll go "Wow!"

My only criticism of Hubspot is that at times the text editor has proved lacking. For instance, it will bold your text easily but won't always bold the accompanying bullets, to do that you have to go in and edit the code. Other minor annoyances include it indicating what size font you're using but not indicating in the same fashion in the drop down menu what font style you're using.

Comments: We've used the Marketing side of HubSpot for 2.5 years and absolutely love it, but we've only recently started using the CRM. As we expected, the system is extremely flexible and we've been able to customize it to meet almost all of our needs. Our HubSpot representative has been a tremendous resource for us and has been extremely responsive to our requests for assistance and recommendations for the system. We have submitted several ideas for improvements that will help us with our specific use case, such as creating hierarchies for sales teams and areas (for example, we have an Area President who manages a team of Sales Officers, and we'd like for them to be able to see only their team instead of the entire organization, but it's either you see your own or you see it all). HubSpot is wonderful to accept, thoughtfully consider and often implement feedback and ideas, which we love. The ONLY problem we've found is that the system changes and updates often, in our case it has changed during our training, so half of our team has seen one set of features and a certain look/feel while the other has a completely different interface. The functionality seems to be the same but we've had to find things mid-training-session which hurts our credibility with folks who are skeptical about using a CRM in the first place. We also encountered an issue with functionality on Internet Explorer and were told the system was built to run better on Chrome, but our IT team prefers that we all use IE so we had to create some temporary workarounds until the issue was resolved. I love HubSpot's spirit of innovation and enthusiasm to upgrade and improve, but in this case, it was a hindrance.

Overall: Moving to Hubspot Sales for us was a difficult decision but ultimately the right one. We were already utilizing the Hubspot Marketing Platform and wanted to bring our entire buying journey together in one platform to provide the type of data we needed to power our acquisition efforts. Pros: Great CRM, completely free and easy to use

Overall: This CRM is great. It enables me to do the majority of things any other CRM would and it's completely free. Really happy for the way it is working with the sales representatives and how easy it is to track progress.

Cons: It's expenive. But through WeWork, we get a discount. I don't think we would have purchased it with out the discount. I've had trouble with the app. I wish you could do more with it, such as edit blog posts, or create notes for blog ideas.

Overall: I mostly use the marketing platform. I love the content management, it's very easy to upload and schedule out posts. I also use it for the blog managment, I wish there was a better way to collaborate and write the posts with outside writers.

Pros: It is user friendly and easy to onboard new staff

Cons: Lack of existing customer management system

Overall: The interface, operability, and user friendliness are the top in their field. We have used a number of stems over our company's short existence and we plan to use Hubspot for the long haul. The reviews would be all five stars but it struggles with existing client management.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you ever have an issue, their customer service is incredible

Comments: We Implemented HubSpot 3 years ago and couldn't be happier! We use it to host our blog, run email campaigns, view reports, publish & monitor social and create landing pages. We even host our website on it and although there are a few kinks, we appreciate the ability to go in and make changes without a front end developer. BUY!

Pros: The facilities with data and automatization marketing when a company work with inbound marketing. And the support is so fantastic because we have any information about everything.

Cons: I miss some reports more completely.

Overall: I love the facilities about data, with dashboards and how can I see a lot of data about our site and blog. And I like when my time knows what to do when they need some help from the company.

Comments: HubSpot CRM is great, and is perfect for small businesses. Only problem is permissions and profiles are limited - which means that ultimately if you want to grow your business and use HubSpot CRM - be prepared to switch CRM at some point in the future.

Comments: I love the integration with the marketing tool and from the sales perspective I don't think it misses on any needs i have as a rep. The only thing I don't really like is that sometimes it takes too much time to update the info i just submitted on the "deals" section and that bothers me a little.
