Pros: The hands on service that we got with it in the form of a dedicated account representative. It really allowed us to utilize the software to it's full potential. It also had great tools with regard to engaging warm leads and increasing close rate.

Cons: The need for in depth training on it in order to realize its full effects. Not super intuitive off the start, service rep intervention and hand holding is almost always required.

Overall: Increased close rate - more frequent interaction with inbound leads - better idea of the types of prospects contacting us

Pros: Amazingly easy to use.
Many features to help move along the sales process like email sequences and templates.
Being able to see when a customer opens an email is a game changer.
I love being able to see all of the Activity log in a scroll-able timeline to easily know what was communicated to the customer last.

Cons: The mobile app needs a little work, but I can tell it's getting better every day. Seems like every time I log in from the road the app seems to more closely resemble the desktop version.

Overall: We have increased our sales by at least 30% just from using Hubspot.

Hubspot CRM is free and has key features that paid CRMs often don't have

Pros: I like how it will tell me when someone has opened my emails. I used to pay for PipeDrive and PipeDrive didn't even integrate with my email unless I went to the higher $30/month or something like that plan. Hubspot did it for free! I also really like how it automatically pulls data about the companies of your contacts. It will tell you where the headquarters are, revenue, and number of employees etc.

Cons: This seems silly but it is actually kind of annoying. The columns in the deals pipeline are too wide! I have to scroll over to see the steps in the pipeline. I want to be able to see all the stages at once, not only half of it at a time. This could be accomplished with a slight reformatting of the page.

Overall: I now get to know when a prospect has read my email. That is really useful.

We have used Hubspot's marketing automation tools for a few years, now jumping in using the CRM

Pros: I love how well the CRM links with the rest of the Hubspot tools that we are already using. It really makes it easy for our marketing and sales team to work closer together.

Cons: It has taken a bit of time to get our sales team adjusted to using the CRM and they have found it a bit confusing. It would be great if there were more short, simple videos for instructions.

Overall: It's a great way to help our marketing and sales staff unite around common goals and information.

Pros: Pros: usability & flexibility to set goals and reach them. Scalability is a huge deal with this tool. A nice way to meet sales and marketing needs. You feel outstanding support from the kitchen folks.

Cons: It's too expensive if you don't have an strong capital base or just have a few clients. Most of the tools may result complex when your team is growing.

Overall: High scalability, smart way of track your goals and procedures.

Fantastic software sales have increased since we have installed this CRM

Pros: That the software is cloud based. This has allowed staff access the records remotely, which means they can view proposals and records while at clients premises.

Cons: Haven't found anything to complain about yet. We haven't tried bulk emailing our customers that may be the next step.

Overall: Easy to see which clients are being maintained and who is being neglected.

Hubspot helped our company a lot to store our data and keep track of the business opportunities.

Pros: Extremely user friendly. Very easy to set up and to manage!! Also the Hubspot Community and the Forums are very good when you have any question.

Cons: They do not offer chat support. More video content should we available on the web with tutorials.

Hub Spot is great and really easy to use.

Pros: Track ability of my emails is great and its easy to look up previous phone conversations when people call you back 3 months later

Cons: I sell a service so stages of sale are not relevant. There is no search engine to find contacts in hub that i have entered.

Overall: The ability to show my boss who i am talking to.

Pros: Awesome features and UX; the blog articles on the website are also really helpful, even for unexpected topics

Cons: Chrome extension doesn't let me insert email templates without someone in the to field, which means you can't only BCC people conveniently

No other way I can build a relationship with thousands of connections.

Pros: All the ways I can categorize contacts, prospects, low lying fruit, clients and keep communication streams.

Cons: I honestly can't think of anything I don't like. It's as if I designed the program or my specific needs.

Overall: Numerous: control of email lists, target marketing, effective communications, easy follow up, all important information in one place.

I have used many CRMs and Hubspot is by far my favorite.

Pros: If I typed out all the pros of Hubspot this would be a novel. That being said I believe that Hubspot's biggest advantage is ease of use for the end user. For some reason UI and UX is overlooked when it is not customer facing. When evaluating CRM software upper management seems to place a higher emphasis on analytics and reporting than they do understanding how the software will be used day in and day out. Reporting and analytics is important, but how accurate is all of that information if your employees are cutting corners logging data into the CRM?

Hubspot does an incredible job increasing productivity and taking the tediousness out of using CRM software while providing upper management the reporting capabilities they need to be successful too.

Cons: Hubspot is always coming out with cool new features and constantly partnering with innovative companies. I spend more time exploring new features and integrations than I should. It's not really a con, but that's the only thing I can think of for me.

Overall: increased productivity and clearer insight into my companies sales pipeline.

Pros: Task management and tracked emails with notifications directly on my Mac makes Hubspot my most versatile tool

Cons: I would like to see a white label version that we can resell to our clients, apart from that, no comment.

Pros: I love the tracking feature for the email. Knowing when, how often, and the location of where the email has been opened provides invaluable insight!

Cons: Tighter integration with Google Apps, for example, the ability to revise a google document within the software, would be awesome!

best product for anyone who does not currently work off a CRM system.

Pros: Easy implementation, easy to navigate, quick reporting, everything you want and need in a couple clicks. Best product I have seen on the market thus far.

Cons: Have not found anything yet that is a con, the only con for us would be making that next step out of the free version and adding addtional functions by which more internal employees would need to be brought up to speed.

Overall: Streamline all of our sales processes

This is a great CRM, and has all the features that I need for my business!!

Pros: Easy to use. A lot of features that are included in the package. The email tracking is probably my favorite feature.

Cons: There isn't a whole lot not to like about this CRM. There are a few features that other CRMs have that would be nice to have like some additional email integration.

Overall: Email tracking and better client management

Overall, HubSpot has been a huge improvement for my SMB over SalesForce which we came from.

Pros: Ease of use, UI, integrations, email tracking, Prospects feature, organization of the info, and Tasks features are my favorites. Plenty to like about it.

Cons: Some limitations like adding multiple email addresses, dealing with complex child-parent relationships, being able to track deal revenue using more complex models.

Overall: Helped us analyze our marketing efforts and prioritize our initiatives. HubSpot also helped us cleanup and organize much of the data that was confusing to find and associate within our previous CRM, SalesForce.

Pros: It is really user-friendly and intuitive. Reports are really detailed and data is easy to filter and export.

Cons: There is no standard customer care support if you are not a paid customer. There is only the forum, which is not really helpful.

Overall: We can now control the sales team in terms of pipelines generated and contacts created. The task manager helps us keep track of the sales performance and reward our sales rep. for their actions.

Pros: Ease of use and navigation. Very straight forward layout, with some opportunity to personalize it and make it your own. The automation within the software can be useful at times as well.

Cons: The customization is limited, and you can't do anything about a lot of the characteristics which take up space and make the settings pages convoluted. The automations (eg scanning the web when you upload a contact's email) can be comically inaccurate. They to some extent force you to format your sales process to their vision in terms of functionality, which has been a hinderance for us. Beyond the free package it gets expensive quickly, even if you only want to add one or two other features.

Overall: Easy organization. Easy to learn. Large contact capacity in free version.

Simple. Incredible. Useful.

Pros: I highly value and appreciate the ease of integration with existing team platforms such as email, calendars, and blog software.

Cons: It's takes a few hours of training to become a pro. There are many many many options but at least they are broken down into three main focuses.

Overall: More time to myself and more time with family and more deals closed and... and... and....

The CRM is easy to set up and easy to use! Very intuitive.

Pros: I really like how easy it is to get started with the software. Set up is a breeze and it's super customizable to match the sales process we specifically need. The ability track emails is also a big plus. We love sending emails and then getting the update when someone opens it or clicks on something, we really learn what our users like with this.

Cons: I really can't say anything I don't like about the software. I guess the only thing would be that to connect contacts and companies together you have to turn that setting on, it would be nice if it automatically was on, but it's like 2 easy steps to turn on, so it's not hard to do.

Hubspot is an incredible CRM tool, for sales teams from one employee to a thousand.

Pros: Having used Salesforce in the past, I knew there must be an enterprise grade CRM available that would make data organization more intuitive. I wanted something that was highly customizable, but easy enough that I could quickly onboard other team members to. Hubspot fits that need perfectly and after implementing it in our organization I've helped several friend's startups begin using it as well.

Cons: Nothing yet, can't wait to see how machine learning impacts copy suggestions over the next few years.

Pros: Seeing the opened emails instantly is a great feature for follow up calling. Have made great business relationships using Hubspot.

Cons: Was hard to pass the test, sometimes Inhad to have two windows open to make it and still failed a few times

Pros: Easy of use. Understandable. No training required with a good intro explaining almost anything you will need. The features include almost anything I need.

Pros: There is a lot to like on HubSpot. You can find nearly everything inside the tool, from Marketing Automation to reports. But I really like most the opportunity to change immediately everything on our website - I don't need an IT admin.

Cons: You really need a lot of time to get common with the tool. But it's worth the trouble. No other tool can give your more data in one.

Overall: We can easily measure our ROI and learn a lot about our customers/contacts. And we save a lot of time because of Marketing Automation.

Pros: It helps you to focus on sales. It's possible to make your own deal stage. Mostly every thing is flexible.

Cons: No sync between outlook Kalender if you set en meeting directly in HubSpot. So you also can not see when you are free.

Pros: So easy to use, contacts super easy to upload, LOVE notifications and tracking features, and the tasks, I love it so much, it has made my job so much easier!

Cons: Exportation in the free version, it doesn't give you many options. The app could improve so that it matches all the potential the web page has.

Overall: I can focus on what I really need to do, it helped me organize my team.

Pros: HupSpot's CRM sits well with the rest of the product and gives extra capabilities for handling information on your leads and clients. And you just can't beat the price.

Cons: The software could be more intuitive to use. I often get the feeling that I could get much more out of the CRM if I just knew the right tricks.

Pros: I program myself the further steps towards customers to get order, I revise all fields, but the software adapt itself to the new conditions I program.

Cons: I still have some difficulties to handle the program, since I am doing it by myself. If there would be technical support into Portuguese / Spanish, it would help a lot.

Overall: Programming next steps to get order.

Pros: Really nice user experience working in the product, the interface is clean and lightweight. It can be nicely customized to add additional fields and design the sales stages. Search is fast and works well. 2-way integration with GSuite is really nice too. We run marketing on HubSpot so the integration with mailing, seeing who visited your web or filled a form is really nicely integrated.

Cons: Basically no social capabilities. For example, if I have someone's email I would expect it would connect the LinkedIn profile, download the picture, connect Twitter feed etc. So now I'm doing all this manually - created a field for LinkedIn profile URL. The sales part is really basic but that is OK for your first CRM. Hope HubSpot will keep on investing in the product

Overall: nice contacts & deals overview integrated with our marketing efforts

Great product, reduces the input at minimum, with mobile app and integrations with Gmail and Chrome

Pros: Easy to use interface, minimum user input. Seamless integrations. Insightful reports. Easy to customize. Tons of free features.

Cons: The only thing that I can think that would really improve my workflow is to be able to filter which email tread belongs to a opportunity, because sometimes a contact share two or more deals.

Loved using it. It's better than Salesforce in many ways.

Pros: Deals section with drag and drop management.
Task section with drag and drop management.
A Timeline like Facebook, for all kind of entries.

Cons: We can use only 5 email templates in the free version. (There should be no limit of templates.) Its such a small thing, but makes a big difference.

Overall: I moved to Hubspot from Infusionsoft. Where I was spending $300 every month. It's pure $300 saving every month for me :-)

Pros: Well the fact that it's FREE is nice, but what's really great is that, even with the free version, their platform integrates with more other business solutions than most. I can automate form submissions to update info from my website, to my mail chimp, and my hubspot, all automated.

Cons: You definitely want to go through the tutorials to understand the power of the tool, but also in order to customize the platform for your business type. Wish there was more options for analytics in the free version, but they do have an upgrade for more reporting.

Overall: Robust business CRM solution for FREE!!! Customize to meet your needs, integrate lead capture from your website, sync data across multiple platforms with a wide range of integration.

Cons: While I find all the trainings and certifications helpful they are all geared for b2b and we are a b2c company

Pros: I like the amount of features that come along with the price tag of zero. Exporting and importing is a breeze and it's very user friendly.

Cons: You can outgrow it very fast. There aren't enough AI based insights and therefore you have to create more work for yourself as opposed to switching to a competitor.

Pros: We started with the Hubspot marketing software, and CRM became a free option for managing our leads throughout the lifecycle. I love the seamless interface between marketing and sales, and they keep adding features every time I look.

Cons: It's not (yet) as fully featured as more established CRM options. Reporting is probably the biggest weakness, although I believe there's an add-on we could purchase if it became an issue.

Overall: Functional CRM bundled with the Marketing Automation software we were already invested in - and as we grow, they keep adding functionality!

Hubspot's CRM is the perfect compliment to the Marketing Tool

Pros: The tool works seamlessly with the marketing side so customers and companies flow back and forth. Also, the documents allow you to see how long someone has looked at each page. The templates allow for customized emails to prospects however you are still able to customize them to each situation. You can see how an opportunity is progressing and how much dollar wise is in the pipeline.

Cons: The learning curve was hard at first however the training and certificates have given me the ability and confidence to move from Salesforce to Hubspot.

Overall: We are able to run our marketing automation efforts seamlessly with our sales efforts. Everyone is on the same page about prospects, and pipeline.

Pros: The ease of use. The emails interact with your sales process. I can see when my clients and prospects and open my emails and download the documents. This lets me know if they've received the proposals and a possible level of interest.

Cons: I don't like the scheduler much personally because there are easier tools out there to schedule meetings. I think hub spots could be more interactive.

Pros: Hubspot CRM free version has been easy to use, allows enough flexibility to create our own fields, and easy to track everything we can about our clients. The Task features really help with reminders to followup so that nothing is missed.

Cons: Cannot respond to an email directly from Hubspot. So replies to emails to keep thread intact are in Gmail and logged in Hubspot. Would like to an online chat support but this may come with a paid version only.

Overall: Captures all of our contacts, prospects, and clients in one location.
Easy to use and you receive a lot of features for the free version.

Pros: Customizable pipelines for each of my services, with the Kanban style to visually see where each deal is in the pipeline as well as anticipated revenue flows at a glance.
The outlook integration keeps all of my client emails associated with the "deal" for that client. No more manual email logging or in-box searching.

Cons: It took me a while to figure out the outlook integration. More instruction or a more intuitive interface would be nice for integrations.

Overall: Increased efficiency. Customer relationship management is crucial to my business, but NOT my core competency. As a one-man startup I needed a tool I could use to quickly and efficiently keep track of my clients, meeting, tasks, and deals.

Pros: Hubspot CRM is super helpful with automation with email and notification of those items. It's also helpful when linked into their marketing platform allowing for your entire team to co-exist in one tool. Seeing important marketing and sales data on a potential client in one spot.

Cons: There isn't much, I do wish there was more Outlook/Exchange integration. We are moving to Google Mail since that is their major mail integration, partner. Otherwise, I love the tool and their support.

Pros: Realy nice and easy to use user interface. New users should catch up with it quickly.

What is more, I really liked that it automatically finds data about new contact or organization and inserts it into CRM. The contact card overall is really nice and displays all the interactions with the client.

Cons: It has basically no reporting built into it, only few dashboards. In order to get reports you need to pay per month extra, which is a lot if you only have a few users.

Overall: Great contact database and place to store the whole history of interactions with them.

Pros: Hubspot CRM is very flexible so it can be set up to suit the needs of individual users. Custom fields make this possible, even if it takes a bit to understand how the whole thing works. I appreciate the integration with Outlook (and Gmail, but I don't use it for that), so emails sent in Outlook appear in the CRM.

Cons: I found it a bit difficult to learn how to use the software at first and setting up customizations are a little cumbersome at times.

It provides centralized intelligence of marketing and sales activities in a unified platform. Our sales team receives more leads, closes more deals, and spends less time on administration. Our company benefits from greater efficiency, lower costs, and increased revenue.

Cons: We have complex commission reporting requirements that the HubSpot reporting add on could not accommodate. We used a connector from cData to access the HubSpot CRM data from our JasperReports Server to calculate commissions.

Overall: As agency partners, we use and recommend HubSpot, and have been using the whole growth stack for a around 3 years.

With Hubspot we now have a fully integrated platform that it used by all members of the company across all teams - aligning sales and marketing.

With HubSpot sales everyone in the business - not just sales -gains clarity on what's in the pipeline, what the priorities are, how qualified each lead is - and we can track all nurture actions and engagements back easily.

If you're planning to do inbound marketing and sales effectively this software gives you all you need in one spot.

In addition to the sales platform and CRM, we use huspot to manage out marketing - bear in mind that everything is hubspot is closed loop so we can align out sales efforts with our content management, social management, paid ads, marketing automation, reporting and more.

Overall: Many of the client sales teams I work with use Salesforce, and whenever I show them the HubSpot CRM is the are all blown away by how easy it is to use. It's designed around speed and efficiency, and some of the built-in features (like email templates and an autodialer) are only available in Salesforce with add-ons. Clients I have gotten to switch to the HubSpot CRM have all seen a quick increase in productivity. I use the HubSpot CRM for my own sales process and I highly recommend it.

Overall: At our Organization Sales & Marketing are using HubSpot, and the integration between the CRM and the marketingapp is perfect. Our sales can instantly see the interactions with our website, mails, social,... So they can see what marketing has been doing with a specific contact and how to reach out to this specific contact. That's a very usefull feature to get that customer intimacy!

We are using the CRM from the moment it launched. Every problem or bug that we encountered we reported to HubSpot. In a couple of weeks thos bugs were gone, so thats wonderfull! Today the tool is becoming more mature. It offers more functionalities and its getting easier to use and to monitor. The only problem with the app is the possibility to have double contacts very easily. The only primary key is the email and the domain. It would be helpfull if it would be possible to decide which field we want to use as the primary key when doing an import into the database...

Comments: We used to salesforce as our CRM, and as an SMB it was VERY expensive. Salesforce is great if you have VERY VERY deep pockets and can pay a salesforce partner to customise it to your needs. Even after that, you really need someone to be the 'salesforce administrator' for your company. So great CRM, but expensive.

HubSpot CRM was a seamless switch - with the native integration it didn't take much effort, no export/import.

For our sales team, HubSpot CRM is much more intuitive, much nicer UI as well. And the fact that lots of data is fetched automatically means it's less time my sales team is spending on data entry and more time spent on actually selling. The fact that it also is, naturally, integrated with the rest of HubSpot means it's easy to get a full look across the entire sales & marketing funnel.

The mobile app is great as well. The feedback I get from the sales team is only positive.

Overall: I am an inbound marketing exec who uses HubSpot on a daily basis. The company I work for, Strategic IC, is a B2B digital marketing agency that helps clients generate qualified leads via inbound marketing and sales, social media and open source web development. We are a Platinum Certified HubSpot partner and therefore also promote the use of HubSpot to our own clients. We use HubSpot to run various different Inbound campaigns, and create lots of landing pages, blogs, workflows etc through HubSpot. HubSpot is used throughout the whole of the company and is a very easy and intelligent tool to use.

The biggest pro is that the HubSpot CRM is completely free! It is well worth using and trying out to see if it suits all of your needs before upgrading to any other packages. I find the CRM tool to be very intuitive - it really helps when tracking what a contact has been doing, for example if an email has been delivered into their inbox, or whether they have read the email etc. Additionally, the dashboards provided by the CRM are a very helpful snapshot of your metrics, however I do feel they could provide a lot more depth.

There are only a few cons to the HubSpot CRM - sometimes it can be slow at loading changes to the database and occasionally it does crash and needs to be refreshed multiple times before it returns to normal. Comments: We've been using this product since it was released. It has been constantly upgraded and new features are added all the time. For what we do, B2B sales, it is almost all we need. The fact it is integrated with the Hubspot Marketing means you do very little data entry. It takes less than an hour for us to set it up for new clients, compared to many, many months for other more complex systems we've implemented.

Strong Points:

Does a lot of work for you, keeping you from having do a lot of data entry. The meetings tool has resulted in a lot of customer engagement that would have not happened without it.

The templates and sequences are a great help and really make you think about what you want to say and how you want to say it to customers.

The ability to modify the Sales Pipeline stages is very helpful and the ability to create different sales pipelines is also very critical.

The available free training is also a great addition to the tool.

Weak Points:

The lack of a Configure, Price and Quote system means you have to buy a third party system if you want to actually be able to close deals from within the tool.

The mobile app is constantly being improved but needs a few additional pieces of functionality.

The ability to call from within the app is great however, it lacks the management systems large volume call centers require. It isn't really the same as an Inbound Call Center application and users should bear that in mind.

Overall: I have been using Hubspot CRM for a year now. In my company we are seven different business units and each business unit is kind of ran like an independent company so the challenge to have them all in one CRM was compelling. Some of the business units had never have a CRM before and some other were using different ones: I had 3 using vTiger, a free Open Source CRM, and another one SAP.
I started the migration of CRM with the business unit with most experiencie on the use of vTiger CRM. The migration went on pretty smoothly for my surprise and mostly everyone was happy with the change specially because of the ease of use. I do had to create some training slides and get together all the sales group to train them, but after that session mostly everyone started working on the CRM without problems.
I then followed with the rest of the business units and Hubspot has been working perfectly, but.. I do have some complains from the users which have more to do with the way we do business than with the CRM itself.
Since we are different business units but usuaaly work with the same customers, we have a problem assigning one owner to each contact. We would need each contact to be able to have multiple owners that can help us create filters accordingly to the owner. Right now we are not able to do it and I have lots of complains about since because of it I need to have everyone being able to see or edit all contacts, not only the ones assigned to them.
Besides this, Hubspot CRM is a great tool and very easy of using.
We are still waiting for the App for Android though!

Pros: I love the user interface, how seamless the experience is between marketing and sales, and how helpful the HubSpot team is. Whenever I'm trying to accomplish something, they're right there to help.

Cons: I have one complaint. Lead distribution. It takes 10 minutes to assign a new lead to an individual because the system is hunting for conflicting assignments. I like that part, but not that it takes 10 minutes.

Overall: As an early adopter of the HubSpot CRM, it's been awesome watching new features roll out. What started as a light CRM is now full-fledged. I had previously thought we would outgrow it, but after the last two years using the platform, I see no reason why that would happen.

I've previously used HubSpot's Marketing platform with a Salesforce integration, and the experience is night and day. For an inbound-focused organization, it's a much richer experience (especially for our BDRs) with HubSpot CRM. Everything we do is available on one pane of glass -- all social, email, landing page engagements, emails and calls. All in one system.

Pros - Hubspot platform is simple to use yet super powerful. My implementation specialist made simple suggestions that have had a huge image on our business. Overall: This is a great value-added service for the Hubspot website hosting and CMS. I am not sure of how useful it would be as a stand-alone product. The add-ons for Microsoft Outlook and Google Chrome browsers are work being installed and loaded every time you start these applications.

You do get some great insights into the activity of leads, prospects, and customers. Emails sent have reports that beat most CRM and Email delivery systems in that you can see within the record how contacts are interacting with your emails and content.

The HubSpot CRM made it easy for me to suggest moving our marketing automation needs to HubSpot as it adds another level of information for my salespeople in that we are all using the same contact records and can easily share information.

Recommendations to other buyers: HubSpot makes a great product- the CRM just made it easier to convince the higher-ups that this was the CMS that we should switch to with its ability to one day replace or integrate in with the tools that the sales team is using.

Overall: We've been a HubSpot partner for 6 years, and started using the HS CRM 18 months ago. I don't know what we did without it! For us it's almost purely a PRM (Prospect Relationship Management) tool, because that's what we use it for. There's almost no burden involved in using it, nothing but keeping in mind the features that allow us to all keep current on each prospect's context. I would heartily recommend it to anyone who knows they could improve with a tool that isn't a burden or a huge financial commitment. And HubSpot keeps improving the product based on user input. I couldn't be happier with it!

Cons: Not as widely used, so new hires have to learn it. That's ok though, because it's easier than what they're used to. They grumble at first, but after the transition, love it more than whatever they were using before.

Overall: Hubspot CRM feels like a tool you'd build if you'd been using bloated CRM software and were fed up with it. It has a much more modern approach that equates to better usability, and ultimately better results. It is a young product relative to others, but they seem to focus on what's most important to customers FIRST and so new useful features are added constantly. It's rare I run into a situation where I want to do something with Hubspot CRM but there is a limitation in the software but it has happened. I'd gladly trade this for a bloated, more complex and more expensive solution. I also love that it integrates with Hubspot's marketing tools.

Pros: Easy to use. Provides real time insight on the health of marketing efforts and sales pipeline. Great tools for automation and follow-up - all at a great value.

Cons: I have no complaints about with this software.

Great way to manage leads, delegate and manage tasks and know what is working to generate sales. The CRM is easy to use and integrates flawlessly with other marketing or sales tools. Pros: I can get info auto-loaded into the CRM with just the website. I also like the flexibility to customize the fields I need specific to my business.

Cons: A LITTLE challenging to learn, but I see that more in my team - I really didn't have many issues.

Overall: Although I am only using the free version, I am super impressed with the tech that's loaded into this application. I can customize and keep track of everything I need to so my clients' details are not forgotten.

Pros: Does everything a good CRM is supposed to do; and, it is free.

Cons: Not yet compatible with Android.

Overall: Outstanding CRM and the price is right. My only complaint is that I can not use it on my Android smartphone. Hubspot says that they are working on it but I am still waiting.

Comments: I originally heard of HubSpot when my company was evaluating Salesforce. We decided to purchase Salesforce and use HubSpot for our marketing automation. a few months later HubSpot released their CRM and I was in love. It took a few months, but eventually we replaced Salesforce with HubSpot CRM because of it's superior user-friendliness. Since then I have started my own business and use HubSpot CRM here as well! I love HubSpot and their support it top-notch!

Overall: I've used various competitors to HubSpot over the last 2 years and have found none can match the capability of HubSpot. This coupled with their free academy help HubSpot stand head and shoulders above the rest

Comments: This is an incredible product. I've had experience with Salesforce and Dynamics, but this CRM was less expensive and easier to use. The workflow is exactly what I was looking for in a small sales and marketing team. The one drawback is on reporting. I wish they could find a better way to add on reporting into the Hubspot Sales platform.

Cons: Would be nice to have helpdesk and project management features as native options, but for free you can't really complain!

Overall: The HubSpot CRM provides you with all the essentials needed in a good sales-focused CRM. It's simple to set up, the support is great and there is a really good short course in how to set it up and use it properly in the HubSpot Academy.
IIf you're a business with up to 15 sales staff it gives you just what you need, if you use it in conjunstion with the Hubspot Marketing software then you're in for a real treat!

Pros: We loved the CRM features built in, as history of the lead, the pages it navigate, the evolution of that lead came in a opportunity and the excellent reports.

Cons: At the moment, no cos about the Hubspot CRM Software. It works fine for us and for all the clients we had onboard.

Overall: Hubspot CRM is a free tool that can be used as a plugin in your website and gives us a highest amount of data collected when a visitor came to our website and navigate in it.

Comments: Good and easy UI, customizable deals parameters, deal stages, report dashboards etc, it¿s extremely easy to record calls, adding call notes, and moving deals in the pipeline. Easy connection with Gmail, email tracking, snoozing and much more.

It¿s both good for existing customer relationship management and new deals.

The great part of Hubspot CRM is that it¿s free of charge, although if you want to add any extensions like marketing prospecting or sales extension, all together, it¿s pretty expensive for a mid size startup.

Pros: I love that you can create a call queue and call right from the CRM. I also really like how it integrates with the Marketing side of Hubspot.

Cons: Could be more robust.

Overall: The company I work for has been using Hubspot for Marketing automation and hosting our blog for a couple of years now. Recently we decided to work on building up our sales team and we have started using the Hubspot CRM. Since we are already familiar with Hubspot the transition was easy and we had a lot of marketing tools set up that could work together with the CRM. It's a great way to keep track of customer interactions especially when coordinating with a marketing team.
