Pros: Acenda provides out of the box functionality with simple customization/configuration. They are quick to fix bugs (if any appear). Overall, very happy with their pace of innovation.

Cons: I wish they had video tutorials. We rely on their help desk documents. They fine. Still I would love to watch videos.

Overall: Acenda gives us so many tools in one. We got rid of our channel advisor account, magento store, and search provider. Not only are we saving thousands in IT but our business is back in the growth track.
