Pros: This is a very simple yet effective program that is easy to train new employees. The personal touch is key, when you call with a problem they do everything to help take care of it! George has always worked to make sure we get the most out of the program! Can't say enough!

Cons: I can't think of anything, all problems I've ever had George has adressed and helped adapt it to my needs.

Best customer service EVER, seriously. And the program integrates well with QuickBooks.

Pros: Rapid response with professional helpful customer service; ease of use; compatibility with QuickBooks.

Cons: We have been using this program for years and honestly, have no complaints at all. I guess if it were free, that would be cool.

Overall: Daily work orders, inventory, sales tax reports.
Best feature is the customer service.

Pros: Everything !!!

Cons: Nothing, Great Product

Overall: So long story short, my all in one office computer decided last week it was time to quit. after being in a panic I removed the hard drive from that unit and called WinWorks tech support. within a matter of minutes, the tech support help desk got me up and running again on my laptop which was a great temporary workaround. Today the representative from tech support helped me get WinWorks software up and running on my new office computer, Best tech service around as far as I'm concerned.

Overall: We have used Winworks Autoshop for 18+ years and have been very happy with the program. Creating work orders and estimates are very easy. It pulls info from Alldata and other labor guides for estimates that saves so much time not having to open and close multiple programs to transfer data manually. The work orders are very easy to read and understand for the customer. When a customer needs repair history or complains that their car is too expensive to maintain you can print them reports on exactly how much they spent year to year. We have found that is very helpful for them and us to sell future work. We are a worldpac speed dial customer as well and it makes it easy to keep inventory needs up to date.
Creating standard tasks for the most common jobs we perform makes estimates and billing for those jobs as easy as clicking the mouse button several times. Then print.
When we have had issues which are rare customer support has been helpful and takes care of the issue quickly.
This is a very easy program to use and we highly recommend using it, We have used it for at least 18 years and cannot work without it.

Recommendations to other buyers: When adding new part numbers from the receive inventory screen if you add a quantity in the part page it adds another when it goes back to the receive page which throws the inventory total off and is an easy mistake for less experienced users will make.

Pros: -Has all of the features our small 5-employee shop needs (can pay more for more features)
-Reasonable one-time fee
-Amazing customer service and support

Cons: -Looks outdated

Overall: Our shop has been using this software for almost two years and we had some technical questions, as well as pricing and feature questions. After looking online and looking throughout the program, I decided to finally call (usually not one to do this). I called the support and Kathy asked what type of questions I had. Once I told her, she said someone will call back. ONE minute later, I get a call from Steve. I described my technical questions and he knew right away how to fix it. He remotely accessed our software and showed me what to do. Super quick. Then, I asked about pricing and features, and he knew right away. Very straightforward and knowledgeable. I feel like great customer service and support is hard to come by but this was not the case here. I'm definitely a happy customer!

Pros: Ease of use and many featues.

Overall: When it comes to customer service, Winworks understands. When you get on the phone, the technician are with you 100% and always go the extra mile.

Recommendations to other buyers: Time delay from west coast to east coast and also waiting for a call back are frustrating sometimes.

Pros: Able to set up on a server for multiple terminals to use.
Download directly into Quick Books .

Overall: Have been running with Winworks for about 8 years. Checked out many different programs before settling on Winworks software. I have never regretted the choice. They have been very helpful and have kept us running in short order when ever a problem has arisen.

Comments: We were having problems with emailing finished work orders and estimates to customers that was professional looking as if we had done it in the shop. Ashly had helped us get this issue straiten out. This problem was one of my pet peeves that would always bring up conversations about looking professional. Now I don't have to worry about that anymore thanks to Ashly! Thank you very much Ashly we greatly appreciate it!

It is easy to use and has worked out well. This software is all we need for our business.

Comments: I purchased this software two years ago when we started our garage. At that time, I had no experience in the auto/ truck repair business. I am coming to finding out that I made a good choice. My husband, who has had a lot of years in the business but never used Winworks was very skeptical, but has come to really like it. It is easy to figure out and the customer service is great at training or just answering questions. The marketing features have been a money saver on advertising.

Comments: I love this program. We have a generator company and we can tweak this program to help run all our tasks and customer database. Anything I don't know how to do I call tech support and five minutes later I have someone on the phone taking over my computer and fixing or repairing the problem. The staff is friendly and so well versed in their system.

My only wish is that it would be interfaced with online Quickbooks. But all in all it is an outstanding program!

Comments: Being a Microsoft Solution Provider/programmer & ASE Mechanic for many years among my ownership of large businesses. This is good software that stands up against any monthly service their is, without the cost, doesn't hold you prisoner, pays for itself quickly! Comments: I recently took a position of an Office manager and service writer with a Diesel repair shop. When I started they had purchased a online software by the name of omnique. Comments: Winworks software (Autoshop for Windows) is not only a user friendly program, but the customer service is literally the best I have ever encountered. Every tech person is friendly, informative, helpful and patient. They have always (100%) not only answered my questions, but also helped me learn to use the program better. Their response time is impressive as well. The program interacts very well with Quickbooks. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say; I can think of no cons. I highly recommend the program and the slight extra cost for tech support is more than worth the cost.

Comments: WE HAVE HAD WINWORKS A LONG TIME THEY ALWAYS RESOLVE OUR PROBLEMS WHICH ARE FEW. WE DID A COMPUTER CHANGE LAST WEEK WHICH THAY HAD TO MOVE THE SOFT WARE AND THAT WENT SMOTH. THE NEGATIVE IS WHIN I FIRST CALLED I TOLD THEM I HAD MY I . T. PERSON THERE COULD YOU CALL BACK QUICKLY. Pros: Again your technical support customer service exceeded my expectations. Brian Bockie was your representative that helped us with our technical issues today. He was very helpful and courteous. His knowlage was perfect.

Cons: The individual who answered the phone seemed a little irritated with our request for assistance, but we all have bad days.

Pros: Their staff has been very easy and accommodating to work with over the years. Our unique environment of engine re-manufacturing and replacement does not allow us to fully utilize this tool, however, has been "custom" friendly enough to serve us well.

Cons: Tough to think of any at this time.

Overall: Great Product at a very fair price for not only the initial investment, but the support & upgrades as well.

Pros: The fact that we own the software is why we went with Winworks. The cost is affordable. We tried AllData's management software for a year and had problems. Also the fact that we would never own it and would be paying monthly forever was unappealing. The fact that we could make payments was great. Julie in tech support is amazing. The other guys are great as well but Julie has been the one that I have connected with. I know of some shops that have never done an update and are using the system with no problems. We on the other hand pay for support and all updates. Worth every penny. The system is easy to use and integrates well with Quickbooks & WorldPac's speed dial. We use most of all of the features that are available,

Cons: There are some things I wish were more like RO Writer but again you pay for what you get. I have many friends whose shops have RO Writer and are very happy with it. The reason we did not go with it is because of the upfront cost. Like I said just a few things I wish Winworks had but I am satisfied. Just like having a Tahoe but wanting an Escalade.

Overall: We have now been using Winworks for 5 years after already trying Alldata's management software. We looked at Mitchell but wasn't impressed. The thought of having to pay someone monthly for something that is not mine is not appealing. That is why I do not lease cars. But to each their own. We looked at RO Writer but the upfront expense was just too much. Besides a few bells & whistles Winworks is just as great. You will not be disappointed.

Pros: THIS SOFTWARE IS JUST WHAT THE AUTO REPAIR INDUSTRY NEEDS.THE WORK ORDERS ARE GREAT AND THE SUPPORT UNIT IS VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT PERSONAL AT THE SAME TIME. I CAN NOT LIST ALL THE PROS BUT I WIL STATE ONE LAST THING THAT I WILL NEVER USE ANY OTHER SOFTWARE.

Cons: THERE ARE NO CONS FROM RECO'S RENCHES AND FAMILY.

Overall: WE THINK EVERYONE SHOULD USE THIS SOFTWARE FROM WINWORKS THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH THIS HAS BEEN AND WILL ALWAYS BE A BLESSING FOR OUR BUS.

Pros: Like the separate tasks for jobs instead of all parts on one area it is separated.

Cons: Would like to see where you can change payment options more than one. Would like to see where you would have to enter new mileage before the program would let you print. Would like to see better customer follow up program.

Overall: I recommend Winworks to anybody that is running a auto repair shop.....
