Pros: I have a small digital advertising agency and iMeetCentral makes it very easy to create a project area for each client with access available for the client and to the correct team members from my own company. It's also worked well for storing confidential administrative files for running my business since the user access levels are well defined and it has a honeycombed structure.

Cons: Sharing files with client from iMeetCentral is easy but some clients share files with me from Google Docs which of course creates some clutter in regard to the location of things. The value of iMeetCentral directly relates to how much it is used. For me it's great value since I use it for organizing my own team and sharing files within my own team, not just with clients.

Overall: iMeetCentral goes a long way toward keeping my projects well coordinated within my team.

Pros: Works great for planned and on demand meetings. User friendly regardless of interface, works with both stationary and mobile devices

Cons: There really isn't anything I dislike about it. They have tutorials and excellent customer support and are very accessible.

Comments: I love the fact that it can call you and schedule meeting that have one touch dialing to get into the meeting quickly. Web interface is also nice.

Comments: Great that it has a free trial and only starts at $8 a month. Easy to use and great support.

Comments: iMeet solves our virtual meeting room needs, screenshare capabilities, and most importantly, the ability to work across great distances.

With its adoption, we have been able to hire across physical landscapes, and coordinate with clients face to face despite the physical barriers.

Meeting setup time has decreased, and hiring takes on a new form with video instead of just audio.

Pros: Great team collaboration product. Very helpful for tracking tasks and noting things planned in the future so you don't lose them when don't have time to complete immediately.

Cons: Sometimes hard to find which workspace/folder something is stored in (although great search tools are available if you know what to search for).

Overall: Highly recommended. Great product at a reasonable price!

Pros: I use CD multiple times daily for calendar, document reference, research collaboration, secure data storage, and personal use areas. I could not survive without it! I also find the ability to email discussions and documents to convenient online storage a big help. And the flash viewer lets me quickly browse files without having to download files and open word or ppt every time just to get a quick look.

Cons: requires my IT department to avoid accidentally blocking it on web access

Overall: Highly recommend this for any team that needs to get organized and out from under a pile of saved emails!
