Pros: SAVES TIME! I am not a marketing person but it is my responsibility for my company. I tend to take way to long to create and publish content. Hubspot has several tools to help me get it "on paper" and online quickly and consistently.

Cons: Articles written for blogging are posted to my company page on Hubspot's site rather than on my business's website.

Overall: Time savings. Content. SEO tools.

It is a great solution. Just very expensive and similar functionality can be found elsewhere.

Pros: It has a suite that is easy to navigate that is functional and great to use. The overall automation is very smooth and the wealth of knowledge held by Hubspot is astounding.

Cons: It is so expensive and similar features and functionalities can be found elsewhere for less money. It is a great value though.

Pros: This software is very user-friendly and saves an immense amount of time by automating parts of the marketing funnel

Cons: I wish there were more integrations between HubSpot and analytics programs, like Tableau. The reporting feature is great, but I prefer making my own reports.

We've used it for a few clients to help automate their sales and marketing processes.

Pros: Everything is linked. The forms, landing pages, the images. You know where everything is being used.

Cons: This isn't really a con, but a small package for small businesses. This would help get more clients into the system and see the benefits. Then the customer could grow within HubSpot.

Overall: Everything for marketing to clients in one place. It includes social media managing, emailers, blog, landing pages. More people should use it.

Pros: Comprehensive inbound marketing suite that is easy to use and helps effectively improve marketing generating more leads.

Pros: It is an excellent platform with all marketing features you can think of, it also comes with a CRM, so perfect integration with sales as well!

Cons: I think sometimes the support staff doesn't seem to be knowledgeable, to the point that I feel like I know more about HubSpot than them, so they're not as useful in helping me with my issues.

Overall: Real business benefits, for example, increase in traffic, leads, sales.

Pros: Very user-centric. It's a full solution, integrate your sales funnel and marketing campaigns as well as your website. All the stats can be connected there. If you have trouble call your support engineers. I believe they're on 24 hrs.

Cons: Because they update and change the software so much, there ARE bugs. But this is a good thing because their support team is allllways on call ready to knock them out. I haven't had issues where they don't reach out when it's been resolved, or been able to take care of it on the spot.

Pros: Easy to analyse the important metrics like traffic and leads when it comes to managing your online presence for your business. All information is shown on an easy to use dashboard. Also has some other great features that help you achieve these metrics such as search optimisation tool, keyword information and suggestions for when you are writing content.

Also integrates with most CRM's easily - which is great. It's pretty flexible and covers a wide range of things many people in the team need access to.

Cons: It's not that easy to pick up quickly and it did take quite a lot of time to get the team up to speed and trained up on how to use this. If you're a really small marketing team with a small budget this might not be the best option for you.

Pros: It has truly helped launch our start-up on a good foot. We've used HubSpot for recommendation, email marketing, and email signatures. They have given us a profession foundation!

Cons: I do receive extra emails from them on topics that I don't care about, but other then that have liked their services.

Overall: a professional foundation to build on to keep us relative and market our business better.

Hubspot grows your brand and makes sales happen, but with a bit of difficulty.

Pros: It's insanely accurate with reports and behaviors of customers. I love the automation options and transactional emails. Everything flows together and there's a reason for each action taken along the customer journey. You can see your customer's journey happen as it unfolds.

Cons: The creative tools and styling tools for landing pages are cumbersome and bulky. This makes the landing pages quite difficult to integrate into a design flow and visual language that matches your website.

Overall: It made me look good to my executive team. They believe in the gospel I preach about inbound marketing now.

Pros: So much! It's easy to use. It does everything from email to landing pages to social. Aesthetics are great. The brand is cool. HS integrates into SaleForce and probably anything else you can think of. It's easy to incorporate forms onto your standalone website. Amazing systems for managing

Cons: It can be pricey and maybe overkill depending on what you are doing. I can only recommend if you're marketing for at least a mid-sized company or an agency with multiple HubSpot clients.

Pros: The platform is easy to use Hubspot have a beautifully designed product. Given the complexity of marketing automation software, they have done a great job of making it intuitive for small business owners with little or no coding ability.
7-day free trial Most marketing automation tools do a pretty bad job of mitigating the customer's up-front risk (high setup fees, no free trials, and long contracts). While Hubspot do require high setup fees and a contract, they are one of the only tools to offer a free trial.
Educating their users Perhaps the most impressive aspect of Hubspot is the extent to which they invest in educating their customers. Their blog provides an exceptional place for business owners to learn about online marketing.
A place for all your tools Hubspot is convenient in that it has everything in one place. While you could get 99% of Hubspot's functionality for

Pros: 1) The knowledge and experience of the team behind HubSpot. 2) Constant evolving product based on customer feedback 3) Success Manager that works with us 4) Cutting edge view of marketing automation.

Cons: This is not so much a con but a reality. You need to put in the time to learn Hubspot to get the optimal value, you have to have an internal champion within your own company to use well.

Pros: I love how intuitive the workflow is for my different marketing campaigns. We mainly use Hubspot for delayed Call-to-action's on our website, but have been using the landing page creation more and more. They make it really easy to incorporate professional looking marketing pieces.

Cons: My only gripe is that I can't seem to get live help. I typically have to submit a request and wait to hear back which can be troublesome in a tech world that moves at lightning pace.

Overall: We are able to promote our flash sales, offers, events, and more through Hubspot. They make it easy to track our different marketing channels through landing pages and inbound marketing campaigns.

It is a very complete and functional software and tool to make more productive your own company

Pros: The CRM it's a great toll and it's free for use, also it gets many other tools like email marketing integratión, templates, landing pages that you can build to your own taste.

In the CRM the pipeline and email integratión forecast it very usefull and highly customizable.

Cons: The software has so many tools that some times you can loose youself in the planty choises that the dashboard offers you, the first time you use it it can be a litle messy, i would recomend more VIDEOS to show how set up your company bussines with the software.

Overall: We could organize better our leads that come through our company email.

We can set up a pipeline just like we manage our business.

We can create a list of potential leads or lost clients to make the remarketing campaign.

Pros: Great crm platform with great functionality. Easily upload contacts from excel into CRM. Great contact management.

Cons: Lack of low-end email marketing pricing. Pricing seems to be set for big business, not a small business trying to get a start.

Overall: Being able to have a fully functional CRM for free starting out has been a huge asset.

Pros: Great features. You can check competitor keywords, schedule in bulk, automate social media post (must use excel, words only), and get leads through website forms.

Cons: It's nice, but there are too many features. Overwhelming at first. Also, the free feature does not have many functions.

Pros: It's easy to find all de sections of the App. It´s very visual and customer supporters use to give us a fast reply.

Cons: Some parts are not translated to Spanish yet. I'd like to find some more items translated into Spanish.

Pros: The interface is unmatched and I've already seen it improved a few times. They clearly have talented developers working for them which tells me they are serious about their product.

Cons: Two small things....
1. I'm waiting for the HubDB API to be released, which I hear is coming soon.
2. I gave 4 stars for "Value for Money" only because I don't actually pay for the account. I'm the guy who builds templates and applications my customers.

Pros: I love the email tracking feature where it shows when people open and how many times people open our emails. Let's us see who is responsive and who else might need phone calls instead. I also like the Deals feature, so our company can keep track of the proposals we make and how many we sell verse close without winning.

Cons: It is hard to understand how to turn on tracking. It took me a long time to find the resources for Outlook verse Gmail and even then it was a lot of reading. Maybe a video would be better for each type of tracking system and verse different computer set ups?

Overall: Email tracking, deal making, tracking of deals and our techs, integration of all customer information.

No A/B testing in their basic or PRO package If you want to run split tests, you are going to have to upgrade to their package. Given that A/B testing is one of their quickest and most effective ways to improve the performance of online campaigns, it seems odd that they wouldn't offer this at lower levels to help small businesses generate better results (and additional revenue).
Very steep price creep.
Most tools offered by Hubspot are free elsewhere Hubspot offers a well-designed set of tools, but there aren't any silver bullets in there that couldn't be found elsewhere for free or cheap.
Technical support is paid Implementing Hubspot is fairly straight-forward, but if you do require ongoing technical support, you will have to pay for it.

Pros: Powerful, feature-rich system that scales as you grow. Combines with social media, CRM, and sales functionality to give you deep reach into other lines of business. Easy as pie to create lists and workflows.

Cons: Can only build workflow steps based on yes or no propositions. Among the more expensive tools on the market. Doesn't offer the richest search marketing functionality.

Transitioning to HubSpot has been a decent experience so far for us.

Pros: -BEST workflow/drip program builder UI in the industry
-Easy to using reporting

Overall, out of the top 3 marketing automation solutions on the marketing (Pardot, and Marketo - I have used both), this is the best. It's intuitive and inventive. It will help you perform your day-to-day better, but it will also help you do completely new things.

Cons: -It's social scheduling tool is actually really good, but it's not the best I've used, so there's that.
-The CTA builder is .... clunky at best. In order to run CTAs on your website you better have a graphic designer who can make something pretty. You're also forced to use this builder to create any CTA buttons in emails, which means that you can't change the text on a button within an email itself.

Overall: I mean, it's a killer marketing automation platform. You will see a rise in email traffic, but Hubspot also focuses on an overall rise in traffic to your website. It's more than just a marketing automation platform, really. It's a total inbound marketing solution.

We started using HubSpot a little over a year ago, and it has been amazing every step of the way.

Pros: HubSpot makes sorting through contacts very easy and creating different lists for campaigns has been a breeze. We have been able to prove our ROI in ways that we have not before because of this platform, and I would heavily recommend it to anyone looking for a robust email marketing software.

Cons: The reporting options are very clunky and sometimes not easy to utilize or understand. There have been improvements, however, and HubSpot is amazing at innovating and constantly providing us with updates.

Overall: Insight into our website user behavior by persona and more in-depth analysis of email marketing efforts.

Hubspot is easy to use and navigate. I enjoy how simple everything is.

Pros: How easy it is to turn on and off and then how easy it is to review when it was opened and how many times.

Pros: The breadth of functionality, ease of use and the support. They are also consistently investing in building out new capabilities to help marketers now and to keep pace with future trends.

Cons: Nothing really comes to mind. Lack of out-of-the-box integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM might be one. However, there are companies that provide APIs to integrate easily.

Overall: One place to view all marketing activity. Combined view of the customer for search optimization, landing pages, social and email marketing.

Cons: Sometimes has a few bugs, but the support service answers very fast!

Pros: Excellent customer service, easily navigated, acts as my personal assistant (waiting for the ability to order me coffee and schedule gifts for my loved ones but it's cool I can be patient), the sales dashboard and analytics keep me on track and I couldn't do my job without them! (Seriously we wrote a whole blog post on how we couldn't do our jobs with them...)

Cons: There are so many features I know I'm not taking advantage of--to fully use HubSpot to its extent it takes continued education and time which aren't inherently bad things but is something to be aware of.

Overall: Organization, automation, quick and easy use, time saving

Pros: If you are a small company or a start up then you must try out this amazing tool. It gives you great insights and lets you reach the targeted audience with so much less work.

Cons: There is learning curve associated with this. That's why I recommend this tool for small companies since for large companies it might be tough to train large number of employees.

As a new user, I couldn't be more pleased with the on-boarding process and customer support.

Pros: The product is easy to use, and fairly intuitive. As a new user, I think the onboarding process and the times members of my team have reached out for support have been outstanding to keep us moving along in getting familiar with the product.

Cons: There have been a few confusing times (for example, in getting set up with emails, working with template creation/management vs. editing actual campaigns) which may have actually had more to do with those using it vs. the actual software.

Pros: The training is very thorough and prepares you for anything that might come your way. I am very likely to purchase the software to help with all aspects of my job as a marketing director, from managing SEO to tracking web analytics to keeping tabs on marketing automation.

Cons: I haven't found anything I dislike yet. The training takes some time, but it's worth the commitment.

Overall: It increases my ability to be responsive. As a marketer, I have many choices as to how I spend my budget, and I like to be able to change up tactics on the fly. This software helps me track the success of various campaigns and their component parts, so that I can see what's working and what's not, and when I need to adjust my strategy. It also gives me an overview of my overall campaign for each fiscal year.

Pros: I enjoy the ability to create forms, workflows, nurturing campaigns, and track customer activity through webpages.

Forms are easy to adjust on the fly without changing coding on the website.

Adding prospects to nurturing workflows is easy as well.

Cons: On the sales side, I use it based on what marketing creates. Haven't found issues with it yet. Just like any new software, there is a small learning curve.

Overall: Ability to track and study prospect behavior. Obtain qualified leads and convert more leads into opportunities for our sales team.

Pros: HubSpot offers a lot of support, education, and features. The suite of tools makes it possible to create sales funnels and automate various marketing tasks.

Cons: The biggest drawback to HubSpot is the price. With open source alternatives, like Mautic, available on the market - it's hard to justify the cost of HubSpot.

Overall: This software was already in use when I began working with a client.

Pros: The flexibility and ease of use when it comes to creating content and campaigns. The drag and drop capabilities as well as the preview options make is very easy to design any piece of content without knowing code or being an actual designer. I love the resource center, it's filled with ideas and tools anyone can use.

Cons: The organization system of older content. It's sometimes hard to find the CTA, Landing Page, etc. that you are looking for. Another big issue is the fact that every single contact is either a lead, partner, customer, or other. I'd like it if you could create an ex-customer list as well.

I also don't like how it syncs up with SalesForce and the way it treats Leads v. Contacts.

Overall: Marketing Automation Software makes it easier for a Marketing team of 1 or 2, to run campaigns, measure success, and make assumptions based on the data gathered with one simple product. It's great to be able to set up an entire campaign that runs over the course of a few weeks to a few months in one day and then be able to move onto the next effort.
It also offers amazing insight into visitor's behavior on your site as well as how they engage with your company.

Pros: It allows you to do what you need to do with a marketing automation software. Fairly easy to use and pretty intuitive if you are an experienced marketing automation user. HTML features are more robust than they used to be and I like the fact that you can manage your entire account from marketing & sales to accounting & billing online.

Cons: I hate that if you use it as a marketing platform you get charged for every contact in the CRM. There is no way to separate the two platforms, therefore there is no "master." Not being able to get a dedicated support person to help you with issues is troublesome as well unless you pay for it, and it's not cheap. I constantly feel like I am being nickeled and dimed to death.

Overall: it does what you need as far as marketing automation

Pros: I like that it's free, and easily synch's with Outlook. Getting notifications that someone is reading an important email is essential to our selling process.

Pros: My favorite thing about HubSpot is the CRM!!!! I have the Sales Pro upgrade, but even just the free version is amazing. The CRM is fully integrated with my marketing tools and website so I have deep dive analytics on every one of the contacts in my database.

Cons: There's not much I don't like BUT one thing that makes me crazy is the limited social media functionality (monitoring and posting to platforms like Snapchat or Insta).

Overall: Amplified scalability, productivity, ongoing education, and certifications, sales and marketing enablement/alignment capabilities.

Pros: It's great to have everything in one place. Professionally done. Lot's of content, both written and in video form to help during set up and learning.

Cons: The cost is very high and for a small company, it's not a good fit. The ROI (economies of scale) is incredibly low if you don't have a full-time marketing person or department to use all of the features available.

Overall: I learned quite a bit about marketing to drive SEO and engagement using the correct content. I just needed to find a more affordable way to do get that done.

Pros: I love how everything is right there in one system! The efficiency levels increase so much by being able to access everything you need without having to jump from system to system.

Cons: The pricing is a bit too high for individuals who are starting their own business. I believe there definitely is a lot of value and for a business that is established, the prices are amazing. I would suggest having an additional option for businesses that are less than a year old. i really believe this system could jumpstart a lot of the issues new businesses come into contact with.

Overall: The features in this software are actually the same things that I do every day for the company I work for. While I'm not sure if they would be interested in utilizing this software, I have definitely heard of it at work.
The benefits on my end would be more aligned with my boyfriend and his business partner. Both of which do not have the time to take on these tasks but would LOVE a system that can do it for them. I will be talking to my boyfriend about it tonight as I believe this can help not only his business but the two or three additional businesses that his partner owns!

Pros: Once mastered the software can measure everything from CTA, Sales, Blogs all your inbound marketing needs it is exceptional and fairly intuitive to learn. I was blown away with how powerful a tool it is.
Creating templates for CTA and customizing is easy. I like being able to quickly create and clone a template to use for multiple purposes.
The support members are the most knowledgeable. They will step you through your issue, and make recommendations to what else to further learn.
I am impressed at how the support team wants you to learn and leverage all the features of the Hubspot software.

Cons: There is a lot to learn.
I am fairly skilled in tech and take to learning new software, but there is just so much. I had to call in many times to get assistance. They have a comprehensive online university as well. But it is not the same as implementing a work project.
It takes time, but practice and using support and the online tools will help mastery.

Overall: Our entire inbound marketing efforts and so much more.

Pros: The CRM was incredible, after having tested out a couple others (Nimble and Pipedrive), I was really impressed with how it integrated with our email, allowed for flexible email sequences and had the ability to manually enter actions.
The marketing piece has been great over the last few weeks of integrating it. We're already very impressed with how it integrates with the site. More on this to come, but already our marketing person has been raving about all the capabilities.

Cons: Some of the features need to be tested out a little bit more before being set into the wild. The message function, while still barely out of beta, hasn't worked very well at all. It's supposed to be used on the marketing site, to chat with prospects coming on for the first time, however, the settings don't allow for scheduling. When you click offline and hit the refresh button, it puts you back online, so hard to tell if we've shut if off properly.
Outside of that, no big complaints really. But like I mentioned, still getting accustomed to a lot of features.

Overall: It's freed up a lot of our workflows that we were doing manually. The CRM has been extremely helpful, as with our other CRM's prior, we were needing to setup Google Docs and what not to cover everything we needed to track. Hubspot has been able to take it all over.

Pros: I can generally get done whatever it is I need to do in HubSpot. I'm not a web developer, therefore the tools offered by HubSpot really help me out a lot.

Cons: Editing a single page may require going to a few different places in the application, as well as several edits.

Overall: The company I work for had no landing pages, we had no calls to action. We essentially just had a bunch of pages of text that weren't driving any business. Since starting with HubSpot we have been able to get more targeted marketing to the clients we want to reach. We can tell who is hitting our website on a daily basis.

Pros: Writing blog post content and setting up email workflows is a breeze. Social media publishing is also very simple and I love that they assign campaign names to each social post.

Cons: Creating and designing landing pages is extremely painful. There's also a lot of limitations when it comes to your ability to segment and build customized triggers based on a user's behavior. Also, difficult to fully use with contact limitations that are very expensive.

Overall: Seamlessly publish blog posts and post to social media. Very simple to setup email workflows and design email templates as well.

Pros: Able to see and connect with the new clients that I am getting. It allowed me to see the activity for both phone calls, email and my websites.

Cons: Difficult to set up and use. It was too much for the 2 man team that handles both sales and marketing. The cost was prohibitive for us. I found a crm that was specific for my industry - screen printing that was more effective and cheaper in cost.

Pros: I enjoy how easy Hubspot is to use. It was a great solution for us as a very green marketing team. Hubspot walks you through every step of building an email campaign, landing page, etc. and there are templates for them so it doesn't require any coding.

Cons: The design editor doesn't always work and editing anything can become a lengthly, frustrating process. Customer support could also be better. It's quite difficult to get a question answered promptly.

Pros: 1) EXTREMELY easy to integrate the forms with essentially any type of website. The form embed feature allowed me to literally copy and paste a few lines of code to integrate the entire form into the website thats connected hubspots system.
2) The CRM system gives our sales/marketing teams an incredible communication tool that keeps everyone on the same page as to where the leads are in the buyers journey.
3) Freakishly responsive support. If I have any questions regarding the features of this software or regarding integration into other apps, my questions are answered almost immediately.

Cons: The pricing. While this program is WELL worth the price, I still wish there was a way to pay per use instead of the monthly retainer. With that said, a month for a package capable of handling essentially 100 contacts at once, is a great price. Not to mention again the FREE crm system

Overall: TIME! Hubspot has saved our team hundreds if not thousands of hours through the automation tools included.

Pros: Hubspot Academy is incredible - great resources for learning how to use the system and tips on strategy. The implementation team was very proactive and always quick to respond. I just wish we could have used them longer. The interface is easy to understand and navigate. So far the system has met our expectations and proven to be a good choice (we considered/demoed many different marketing automation software!).

Cons: It will be awhile before we are really using the system to full capacity. If you are adopting Hubspot with 7 years of existing CRM and marketing data, it is a long, phased process. Marketing automation is only as strong as your CRM/sales efforts integration - and if you don't use Salesforce it will take awhile to really sync your CRM with Hubspot. We're still figuring that out, but able to use the landing pages, email and social modules until we can truly have integrated client and prospect data, but it will probably be awhile. I also wish there was a better pricing structure based on activity rather than number of contacts, considering we have a ton of prospects but not all are very active. It is very expensive for a company our size (with multiple products) to import all contacts from the beginning.

Pros: I can control my social, email marketing, automation, landing pages, and so much more all from one spot. They are always coming out with new and innovative tools to add value to the product - - - for instance, their new lead flows is fantastic!

Cons: Designing a template or landing page can sometimes require coding if you want something that's not out of the box. I've been able to work around the restrictions with the little bit of code that I do know, and their customer support team is fantastic to fill in the gaps. Also, we just renewed our contract and I wanted to take away part of our service and replace it with another one of their products - our needs have changed since last year. Because we received a "package deal" I had to renegotiate the terms. They were very nice about it but something to ask about when you are signing up.

Overall: Marketing automation, landing pages creator, emails, CTA creator, blog manager, and so much more!

Pros: The LeadIn pop up form is very useful, and helped us grow our newsletter very effectively. The Sidekick tool also gave us a good idea of activity within our emails and website. Getting started can be a little tricky, but HubSpot has a comprehensive library of Academy materials and a helpful Support team to help you along.

Cons: HubSpot often makes changes (often for the better), so at times features were tweaked or removed without prior notice. The software also takes some time to understand and get used to, but Academy materials and the support team help a lot.

Pros: The best part of this product is that it brings all of your digital marketing efforts together in one place. You can blog, create landing pages, send emails, post to social and track your efforts from the same platform.

Cons: There are a few glitches when designing landing pages/blogs/emails on the front end. The front end design editor doesn't always work as easily as you'd think. I'm sure it's an easy fix for somebody who writes code on the back end.

There are also A LOT of features in this product, and it can be hard to use it to it's fullest capabilities. We have been implemented for about 7 months now and we are still learning how!

Pros: this is a really good marketing automation software for medium to large business with a ton of useful features available.

Cons: it's very expensive, and the fact there are so many features available means it can get very complex to setup without a specific vendor helping you which can get expensive.

Pros: This app does everything it tells you it will do - even if you are not very tech savvy :) Highly recommend checking it out

Cons: I was actually surprised at how easy this was to use. Not much negative feedback here; of course, I had a little help from my colleagues.

Overall: To be simple it just helps get the job done

Pros: The clear visuals and graphs made it extremely easy for clear understanding and explanations plus presentations.

Cons: Overall the software allows for clear breakdown of metrics that we can see however the granularity of the metrics can be further deepened.

Hubspot provides our company with a functional set of tools for our Sales team.

Pros: Reporting is strong and easy to access. It provides daily views into our Sales team's activities, giving senior leadership a clear view of any opportunities.

Cons: Customer support is not easily available. They send videos as answers to complex questions instead of having a conversation.

Overall: Good organizational tool for Sales team with lots of integration points.

Pros: If you handle all the marketing for you company HubSpot is one of the best marketing tools on the market.

Cons: I think for smaller business owners the price points are a little high. Maybe offering a smaller tier price point would gain more users.
