Pros: I like that it is very easy to use and teach people how to use it. Also all of the features that it has, makes it easy to book clients.

Cons: When clients try to book online through Booker, it sometimes does not put them on the books, or the slot is already filled and we will get double booked.

I started with Booker a short time ago and learned it's functionality really quickly

Pros: How easy it is to pick up. Some software packages have too many intricate parts that you need a lot of training to figure out

Cons: Some of the reports appear to be duplicative - I do like the fact that if you point out situations to make them better - Booker listens to you

Overall: It helps me keep track of what is going on at the salon in Florida while I live in Michigan

Booker has been a life changer for me and my Therapeutic Massage Practice.

Pros: I love the way Booker works directly with my web page. My clients and potential clients can book right from my web site, purchase gift certificates from the comfort of their homes or offices, and print them or email them right from their computer without having to come to my office. I am often in service with a client and don't have a lot of time to answer or return calls during my work day let alone meet people to hand deliver gift certificates. I don't have a receptionist or assistant to assist in these matters. I love the fact that I have my very own App to give to my clients so they can save ME to their phones and book on line any time of the day or night, without having to try to find me first. I'm just a click away. The best part is that after you set up your booker to work with your website, it just makes scheduling my clients appts soooo much easier. They get an email notification with Appt details and directions. Then an appt reminder 24 hrs before their Appt so they can click the confirm button, so I don't have to make confirmation calls the day before, then a text reminder notification 3 hours before their Appt which cuts down on no shows, and late cancellations. I love it!!

Cons: I have 2 locations and Booker does not have a place to differentiate either location. So when my clients book on line, there is no way of telling them which days I am at one location and which days I am at the other. So when they are looking at my open appts, they don't know which location they are booking for. This kind of takes my 5 star Status and brings it down to a 3 because this causes my clients much confusion when trying to book, and me soooo much stress, because what good is it if I always have to call them anyway when they are trying to schedule on line?? This defeats the whole purpose of online scheduling. This needs to be fixed and upgraded. Another thing. The mobile app is limited to its back of the house functionality. It's very easy to schedule appts, but looking up Gift Certificate numbers and entering them for payment after a client redeems them is time consuming and not user friendly. I also wish I had Email/ text Marketing built in so I could send my clients daily, weekly and monthly specials. There are days that I would love to send out a quick text telling my clients what time slots I have available. This would be soooooo easy since all of their contact info is already in the system. I would also like to see yearly reports and just imagine how great it would be if the accounting software was built right in! All in one place! Now that would make Booker the leader in the industry!

Overall: The ease and functionality for my clients to have my app on their phone for scheduling wherever they are, no matter what time of day or night it is. It's also a reminder for them to schedule when they see my app At a glance! The reminder notifications allows me to focus on servicing my clients instead of scheduling appts, and making confirmations calls every day.

Pretty good, need a more affordable tier for solo practitioners

Pros: Seems to be everything I need, like that it's cloud-based, like that it tracks inventory and gives me reports, allows me to keep great notes....I do think it provides all that's needed.

Cons: Problems with SPEED this past year! Especially if you are in minimum itier. I will say that I'm seriously interested in switching to another company. mindbody offers ASCP/ABMP members a program. It doesn't have as much capability as booker, I think I wouldn't be able to sell products online, etc., but that's not something I use very much anyway.

Overall: In general I already covered the benefits....but one thing I forgot to complain about is the difficulty in moving a client with multiple treatments!!! I may have a client booked for 3-4 treatments lasting 2-3 hours, and say the opportunity comes up for them to come in an hour earlier. I can't just move the whole appt up! I have to edit each item one by one, updating the appt after each adjustment!!! or just cancel the whole damned-able thing and reenter it?!

Pros: Very easy to train new staff in how to use the system. It makes sense in how you process appointments and collect for services. Good inventory management system.

Cons: It will not process returns for products purchased. It does not close out a gift certificate once it is used fully.

Booker has always been bug-ridden. It works most of the time but when it doesn't, it's bad.

Pros: I think the calendar layout is good and clear. I like the right-click options list and appreciate that it covers most client/user needs.

Cons: The fact that when you are ringing up someone with Clover, the lag between both sides during the few stages of processing is sometimes very tedious. Somewhat related: Entering in multiples of any item takes way to long since you must enter them separately.

Pros: Email and text reminders, series and packages, the link features to use in my own marketing products.

Cons: Have to make sure to use correct web browers, font changes or color feature in SOAP note section. Alot of down time, the app is really basic.
Would like weekly email software (constantcontact) and text message marketing to be added to the plans without costing extra.

Pros: I love how the software is able to tie so many different factors into one system, customers-credit cards-scheduling. Employees-schedules-payroll and more...

Cons: I wish that the notifications were a bit more customizable. I also wish that the software was a bit more intuitive regarding repeating series and the rooms that the appointments are placed in, but I'm not sure if that is a possibility.

Overall: A much more organized business system and schedule.

Pros: Appointment Calendar is easy to read, Booking online feature is helpful. There isn't much more I can say.

Cons: Wish it could search by animal's name.
It seems to go offline frequently. Not user friendly, and unreliable.

Pros: This system is very easy to use, for both myself, my co-workers and our clients. My clients love the convenience of being able to book their own appointments online.

Cons: Every now and then the system will be unavailable when I am needing to access it to check a customer out, but the issue is always quickly resolved and doesn't cause too much inconvenience.

Overall: Many more return clients because of the convenience of the online scheduling feature. Also, a more efficient working team because the system is so easy to learn and understand.

The best system we have used, and we have been through 3 others!

Pros: Easy to use, functionable. All of our staff caught on very quickly, adjusting the schedule is the best part! No headaches.

Cons: Not being able to set up notifications per stylist for each item according to what they want for their own clients. (Cancellations, bookings, etc) not everyone wants them, but those that do only want their clients and not everyone elses.

Pros: data storage reports ease of use in most situations even though it's not the most user friendly

Cons: gift certificate processing and data, on line booking inconsistantcies, blocking, clipboard, some employee settings create problems, many counter intuitive situations ie add another service, changing money on payment processing, customer pages are empty till half way down the page, data at 10 a page default, adjusting data after the appointment etc...

I have had a very positive experience using booker so far.

Pros: I like the speed and ease of navigating through Booker to follow my schedule and appointments, create notes and track client history.

Cons: Most reports are for management only. It would be nice if there were more features for staff to run specific reports relevant to their individual needs.

Overall: I am able to see daily appointments, clients are able to book online, commission and rates are tallied, I can enter notes for clients, track clients' history and client information.

Pros: The system is easy to learn even if you never have been in a training, is very easy to use and they have a good customer service , could be better if they have more people answering the phone but most of the times they are in contact with you in a short period of time .

Cons: We have a beauty salon and when you made the appointment is showing gaps in between the appointment so if you want to make the appointment on line is showing that we have space available and the truth is that we don't have so we need to call the client and apologize bc that space was full even if they didn't saw it , is very embarrassing that situation, but that is the only thing

Overall: Was very easy to learn and use . You didn't have the beauty industry like an option

we provide mobile massage and it is difficult to get our options to fit within the Booker options

Pros: I absolutely appreciate the customer service, being able to call in for help is really great. I like the follow up emails as well

Cons: The mobile app doesn't allow customers to view all of our services because we have separated them by city so I have to give direction to use the full site. I have had more than one therapist have issues with saying they have blocked time and it doesn't show up.

Pros: Scheduling is pretty simple and looking up individual schedules. Checking in and out is easy and the program is very user friendly.

Cons: Some times the system books an online appointment over an existing one. I can't think of any other problem.

Pros: Pricepoint is good. Easy to learn and set up necessary products/services. Like that you can access it online from anywhere.

Cons: Lots of issues logging in from various devices. Can't always book appointments or block time when needed. Logins seem to need to be changed and updated frequently. Reports don't print in a nice format always. Online booking needs some work.

Pros: I like that I have access to all of my clientele's information at my fingertips. I can put notes in and keep appointments at accurate time levels.

Cons: The only real complaint is I can't find or maybe it is not offered, but an old program we used to use let me know what my commission was on each service I offer.

Pros: It offers a business everything they need. With the option of customization to their liking. Other programs don't offer that. It makes the business feel like it's really their own website.

Pros: It's ease of operation is the best feature. I also love the reminder texts that are sent out! It's also nice to be able to customize to each stylist!

Cons: Not being able to use all features on a mobile devise that are available on a computer. I wish that when a price was adjusted, the system would remember that price for each individual client.

Pros: I like that there is an app for me to download, so that Booker is easy to access on my phone. I don't have to go to an internet page to access it. I also appreciate that I am able to view appointments, or schedules, or changes by accessing the app at any time of the day or night.

Cons: Inability to store password on my phone. Either need to use phone stored finger prints or type in password each time

Pros: All the different types of reports that can be produced. Also that it is easy to combine client profiles when they make a new one online. I love that people can book online for various appiintments, they absolutely love that...and that their CC stays on their too so they can do it on the fly.

Cons: The online training sessions arenxt recorded to be seen at a later time if you miss the actual meeting time. Some of the trainings i would like to be a part of or at least view, but the times dont work with my schedule...if they could be accessed at a time more useful to me that would be great! Another thing is that i wish we could personalize the wording on the reminder text messafes like we can with the emails that are sent out!

Overall: All my scheduling and appointment processing and business organization with it everywhere i go!

Great for salon stats, not great for clients.

Pros: Great for salon POS, great for keeping track of inventory. Daily cash register end of day functions are straight forward and easy to use.

Cons: Online booking's lack of a feature for clients to be able to search for next available appointment with a specific stylist. Literally every booking software does this. It's our number one complaint from our clients. The end up getting frustrated going day by day and eventually call the salon instead.

Pros: I like the ability to see the schedules of other people at my wellness studio. I can see who will be working, in which rooms, and all on one screen.

Cons: I dislike the checkout options. I would like to be able to choose if an email goes out to a client when I go through the checkout process. Many folks are sick of receiving an email every time I check them out and I don't have the choice to send one or not. The app is kind of a nightmare. It's handy for setting up a new appointment but horrible for checking people out. It throws up errors every time I try, so I have stopped bothering. So I have to wait to get home to my computer to check all of my clients out. Very inconvenient.

Scheduling, moving, canceling, and changing appointments is easy.

Pros: I love the client profile. You can look back and see everything he/she has bought, what services they got, and you can also make notes about the client if they are allergic to anything or have any preferences during their appointment! With this feature, we can see everything we need to know about the client's appointment when we print out the itinerary for the day. This way, we have all of the up-to-date info for the client and mistakes are less likely to be made. I love that.

Cons: I would love to see the "document storage" feature to become compatible with tablets and phones. I would like to see our service providers be able to look at their phone or tablet and see their clients profile before they perform their service. I love that we have gone paperless and have stored all of our Client Intake Forms on Booker, but I would like to see easier access to them.

Overall: We are able to schedule, complete orders, keep up with client profiles, and take inventory with ease. It gets the job done for our spa and we rely on it completely! It was a great software choice for us. We would not use anything else.

Good for a basic software. Not super customizable.

Pros: It is easy to learn the ins and outs of this software. It's fairly basic and upfront. Being cloud based is a plus.

Cons: Tech support takes forever to get a hold of. There are often "Slowness issues" or problems with the server that result in a lot of down time.

Overall: Super basic, cheap price, cloud based allows our barbers to access their schedule wherever and whenever.

Pros: A lot of useful features for a reasonable price. Can book appointments, collect payment, track inventory, and clients can book online.

Cons: Can't customize service categories, cant scan documents to storage directly (scan to computer then upload), customer service is too scripted and doesn't do anything to implement changes to the software that the users need

Good experience - my only complaint is the sometimes inflexibility of the system

Pros: the ability to create and share appointment schedules with employees and having them to be able to view the appointments on their smart phones

Cons: The inflexibility of some features related to scheduling (when a client has multiple employees performing a service for him/her) and product management

Pros: I love the online booking for clients, and they love it too. Being able to log in from anywhere is amazing.

Cons: I do feel like it runs slow quite a bit, but it always gets resolved quickly. Cancelling appointments online is too confusing for clients to figure out and they always end up emailing or calling to cancel and it's time consuming for us.

I regret switching to Booker! Horrible!

Pros: online booking but the page clients connect to is ugly and clients tell me to update it but I can't.

Cons: CC processing has to many clicks and clients actually become irate. System is cloud based only and lags or crashes CONSTANTLY! So nothing works! too many clicks to do everything. looking up client info from appointment on calendar screen should be a simple 1 click. the voting or suggestion area on their site in hopes to involve users so booker can provide the service we actually want IS A JOKE! booker only adds or removes or fixes when is core to website or what they believe we want. cc process is important, the multiple clicks and extended time to do everything is important and what should be what booker changes but no they change nothing. check out the request on that page and you will see complaints current and same complaints going back years and no solution. Pros: How easy it is to use. Everything being in one place is extremely convenient and helps keep my business running smooth!

Cons: I do get very annoyed when the system is down or is running slow. The app could use some updating. It is not as easy to use as the computer system. I usually just use it to check what appts i have.

Overall: Keeps my appointments and clients neat and organized. I love the online booking. Being able to see my reports for the week.

Pros: I like that i can schedule my clients and withe they service to be in already. Great for my spa. My staff can use it and put in all the clients. They love that it reminds them of the appointments. It is a great tool to use in the salon.

Cons: I am still learning how to work in the software. I have most of the scheduling down. But i still need help doing other things in software.

Pros: its easy to use. Customers like that they can book online. I like the way it categorizes product so it makes it easy to access st checkout. The booking process is also easy and convenient

Cons: Sometimes it is slow or won't work at all. The app crashes a lot so I find myself using the desktop site more.

Overall: I use it on a daily basis to book appointments, take payment from clients, and store client info. I can write notes about each client to provide a more personalized experience at future visits. Online booking it great.

Pros: I love the Frederick part of the program. I also like that a client can schedule on line. I like that it sends out text reminders and email reminders to my clients. As well as follow up thank youse and Survey

Cons: I do not like that my employees that have admin access also have access to their time clock┬┐ I need for them to take care of important Booker features┬┐ But I do not want them to alter their time.

Pros: I used another software where I couldn't add services at check out but with Booker i can add, delete and even modify services at checkout.

Pros: Very easy to use and easy to train. I find that scheduling is the best of any system that I have used or tried out. It makes sense in checking people in and checking people out. The ability to move appointments and change the schedule is wonderful.

Cons: The accounting side of things does not run as smoothly as I would like. I do not like that we cannot do a return in the system for product sold. Our only option is a gift certificate that does not track the product being returned.

Pros: It's great to have access for all the stylists on their phones so they can see their schedules without contacting me directly!

Cons: The text and email confirmation system lacks consistency!! For many months I've been trying to get customer service to fix the Verizon bug in the text messaging system, but not only has it not been fixed, they've just stopped contacting me about it. Not cool that Verizon people don't get texts unless I manually send or rebook. And even the email confirmations, and other carrier texts don't go through all the time. I need consistency. When clients don't get their texts, they think they can not show up for appointments, and then my stylists lose money. Not cool

Overall: I think that my stylists can access their schedules on the go, and not have to bug me about their day. But this system leaves much to be desired.

Pros: I like the fact that Booker can be used for multiple locations and is helpful with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics. I can use the data to determine what I need to do differently regarding sales, promotions, etc. I can also use the data to determine what services, promotions, etc. are going well and should definitely be continued.

Cons: The customer support is lacking. It has been so frustrating to speak to so many different reps. The notes they take and calls they log has been very inconsistent, making follow-through to a resolution impossible. Even when issues have been pushed through to technical support or the development team, we have gotten little to no helpful feedback. I feel the software could use some updating to improve on the ease of use. Mostly, I feel customer support reps should be trained to actually offer "support," rather than offer a "pat" answer and such as, "This is not a Booker issue," or "I can't really tell you why that is happening, call us again if the problem reoccurs." Overall, our experience has been frustrating. In all fairness, our particular "case," which includes many different issues has been escalated to someone in management, but this has taken several months.

Overall: The ability to serve multiple locations and the ability to book appointments and sell retail simultaneously.

Pros: I love the online booking feature and the control of having each employee have their own log in. The visual presence is also nicer than any other booking system I have used. The app just keeps getting better.

Cons: I wish there was an easier pre booking feature. We purchased a clover mini expecting to be able to integrate the two and have not been able too.
I wish I had more control of what staff log in's could see regarding client information.

Overall: Management of my salon, althought I now have to cross check everything with my clover because my credit card processing is no longer integrated.

Pros: I love that it streamlines all of my processes into one platform. Being able to access Booker from anywhere is a huge plus.

Cons: There is a lot of functionality on some things and not a lot on others. I would like to be able to build reports or at least see the back end of reports that are built so I can see where data is coming from. Lastly, sometimes being able to do the same thing multiple ways is just confusing. It would be neat to have greater admin control over features.

Overall: Having all of our client info, booking engine, payroll and financial reporting in one tool is the best.

Pros: Easy, good functionality, decent customization options. Navigation is pretty simple an intuitive for the most part - orders is a bit clunky as you have to hit add order 3 times to get to actually inputting an order.

Cons: Reliability. There are/were quite a few slow downs and when it goes down it really impacts my business. I know it's not fool proof, but it would be great to have a back-up streamed line version that could operate when the main one goes down. Kind of like a safe boot mode in Windows. Also, the pop-ups are a bit annoying - most are not useful and dismissed out of hand. It would be better to have these in their own tab and like a badge icon indicate new info so I can review at my own pace. I am usually trying to do something when they pop up so I dismiss them and they are never read.

Overall: easy to use and navigate and get my business running from day one.

Pros: I appreciate having offsite access to all of the administrative functions of the software. I also appreciate the access to customer support via email or chat.

Cons: My inability to customize descriptors and categories and use those categories for reports. For example, I would like to customize the categories for adding/subtracting items to inventory.
I find the deposit feature too cumbersome and unmanageable. I would like Booker to be able to
calculate over-time for payroll and I would like to be able to apply unmovable schedule blocks for our clinicians. We need the expiration date function to work for loyalty points. I also need better report functioning for customers (ability to search on custom categories). Finally, I need more capability when creating specials and setting restrictions in applying them to an order.

Overall: We use Booker for all aspects of record keeping and payment processing for the business.

I enjoy the booker program but I wish the reports were a little more detailed.

Cons: Software glitches more often than I would like. Pros: It's helpful to achieve monthly numbers and totals. It helps organize inventory and is great for confirming appointments. One of my favorite features is being able to make repeating appointments and view history.

Cons: I do struggle with booking appointments in certain time slots and being able to alter time to make certain services fit and keep them with that specific person. It also kicks me out and tends to run slow a lot even after clearing and refreshing.

Cons: I don't care for the glitches, internal server errors, and downtime! I also am not happy about not having the proper software/card readers to be chip compliant.

Pros: Access anywhere using mobile application for phone. I enjoy being able to access and modify my schedule on the go.

Cons: I find it difficult to use the scanner hardware with Booker software. I've had challenges maintaining and updating my inventory using scanning devices with the software.

Pros: I like that it is easy for clients to book online on their end. another example, doing this survey i had to come up with 100 characters for this section.

Cons: Booker is slow constantly on the app and software. It goes down frequently and I am debating of switching.

Pros: I enjoy being able to check my appointments whenever, and I enjoy that I can book or block out times from the app.

Cons: I struggle with it crashing quite a bit on me, and during a busy day it is the worst.
I also struggle that I can't take payments over the app, and have to log on to the site on my phones browser (our internet went down at the spa, so it was difficult to do over my phone)

I have had many issues with the booker/clover integration. I have issues processing payment everyday

Pros: I like that I can take appointments and process payment all in one software. I just wish it didn't have so many glitches.

Cons: I don't like that I experience issues almost every time I process a payment. I also get a lot of error messages. It has issues connecting to the cloverGO. I also have issues with the appointments.

I love using booker. It's very easy to use and customer service is always friendly and helpful.

Pros: All the different functions that you can use to make our business run smoothly from booking appointments to check outs.

Cons: There are a few things that are frustrating such as not being able to give store credit to someone for a return if you don't initially put the purchase under a specific name. The only other I can think of is the functionality of typing in price when you override a total. If you delete the price it brings the cursor to the end so you have to click on the first zero in the 00.00 format. It should just be more convenient.

Pros: that it is web based, I can log in from home. Is easy when closing a drawer, but does not make it easy to find a mistake.

Cons: can not check out 2 customers on the same ticket and have the product/ service go into the correct history

Pros: I love the loyalty points for my clients to be able to earn, I love being able to precharge and charge for no-shows as well as charge premiums for certain days of the week. And all of this happens while I focus on doing hair. I do not have to sit around and do anything but set it up. They give you a training call and help you with the features and setup. I learned it quickly but if I have a question I can simply call and speak with someone promptly.
I did have it once before and cancelled because of the price, then I came back because I found they were going to integrate with the clover mini as I already had one but it still hasn't worked out for that. I'm really waiting for that feature. Its just all around inclusive just somewhat costly.

Cons: Wish add-ons were visible to clients and can be set individually to desired service. Also client facing terminal is needed. Hate having to manual input charges outside of the system. I have to have 2 different merchant processors because of the issue with the clover. App works horribly for taking appointments over the phone. Deposits cannot be charged so I have to go into the browser version from my tablet.

Overall: Pretty much everything

We have been using Booker for at least 5 years now and really enjoy it.

Pros: We like how easy it is to you and the help section is there if you needed anything. Also anytime we call customer service everyone is always so helpful!

Cons: Sometimes it tends to run slow on busy weekends which is an inconvenience. But they usually do an update and then it runs great.

Overall: It makes booking our appointments for our clients so much easier!

Pros: The online training classes are frequent and thorough. The reports that it generates we use to keep track and turn into payroll. It also helps us with keeping inventory on our retail products.

Pros: It's the most intuitive interface ever. Better than google calendar. You can teach someone how to use it very quickly.

Pros: I love the ability to customize reports. But for a quick snap shot nothing can beat the Visual Dashboard. It gives you a quick look at key indicators to push you forward!

Cons: I'm sorry to hear that the online shopping cart is going away! Also- I used to love the live chat- but that is now gone too!

Pros: I am really pleased with the fact that I can use one software to track all of my business activities the features are user friendly and very helpful I like the reports that you are able to pull down

Cons: I paid $99 per month and I feel that's a little expensive because I am a suite Salon Suite owner with only one operator so there is only one person using the software and that is just a little expensive in my opinion.

Pros: Sure you don't what I like most about Booker is that it pretty much does everything for me including payroll as well as booking appointments and online booking and a wide variety of different things that you can do with the software

Cons: There is a companion marketing tool called higher Frederick. However it is quite expensive relative relative to other marketing softwares I have seen.

Pros: It's pretty easy, coming from a different system for over 7 years...everyone is loving the clover system as well.

Cons: Sometimes the system is a little bit slow... or it freezes for a short second...sometimes you have to refresh the page to get a clients name to appear, ever with the treatments, sometimes when you type in a treatment, it doesn't show.

Pros: Being able to use the online booking feature for clients, all the reports that are available. I really love the ease of using the client list as well. Being able to add Frederick to this as well is very helpful.

Cons: The inability to rearrange a few things such as drop down menus throughout various things. Otherwise, nothing.

Overall: The ability for clients to use the online booking feature, being able to link to Frederick, the variety of reports available, the marketing tab is a great tab as well.

Pros: Online Booking.
Flexibility with using Rooms vs. Employees.
Reporting.
Ability to manage all aspects of clients and employee data.

Cons: There's a lack of Sales Funnel Integration with Frederick i.e. There is so much data that is in Booker/Frederick, that should allow us to create customized sales funnels in order to remarket and market to our existing clients.

Frederick is limited into the emails sent, and there should be more control/flexiblity given to the owner.

Currently, i'm using Clickfunnels and other email software to close that loop to create email sales funnels as well as other sales funnels from paid traffic sources.

Digital Marketing is the future of all businesses and a crucial component of that is Sales funnels from organic traffic and paid traffic from FB ads, Youtube Ads, Instagram Ads to enter into Sales Funnels. The power to remarket and retarget those clients from Booker/Frederick Data can really scale each business and should be in the hands of the business owner/marketer.

We have been doing that manually using Clickfunnels and Other Email Software providers.

Pros: Lots of options for scheduling, clear and easy to read, handy payroll options, notifies when appointments change times

Cons: The site is down often, bugs out or won't refresh at times, gives notice every time an appointment is changed even in the middle of the nig by with no option to delay notification to certain times

Overall: I was aware of my schedule at all times and could clearly see what to expect in my work day. I can easily check what I will be getting paid. The software keeps notes on the clients so I know of any special circumstances

Pros: This software makes it easy to run my business. My favorite things about Booker are the simplicity of the UI and all of the thought put into the administrative functions (reports, billing, marketing).

Cons: Booker can be, at times, slow. However, this usually only lasts for a few minutes and is usually preceded by Booker customer support letting me know what the problem is.

Overall: This software has allowed me to run my business more efficiently - it has allowed me to mostly forget about the administration end of things. This allows me to better serve customers as I do not have to worry about "the system" - whichever that may be.

Booker is generally reliable, easy to use and offers some neat functions like online booking.

The email reminders work well BUT being in the UK I cannot use the SMS which is a bit annoying

I don't like that many of the cool features I really want with my top level subscription aren't available in the UK ... most notably the App. Feels like I'm not getting what others are getting despite paying the same

Pros: Easy and efficient, Booker helps us keep connected with our clients in various ways, including text/e-mail/etc. It's been very helpful with clients that can confirm via e-mail and have something to refer to, besides a phone call. The ease of learning the software has been awesome and the customer service is top notch!

Cons: Sometimes (rarely), Booker operates in slow speeds. People cannot click to confirm via text message, and it would help if they could. There have been a couple of times where Booker has been down during business hours and it became really hectic trying to get things sorted during that time, but other than that, we appreciate the apologies about that and the constant communication about issues.

Overall: Ease and efficiency. Accurate booking.

Cons: There is nothing I do not like about the program. It wasn't hard for me to pick up, and I had not troubles navigating it.

Pros: Online and able to access from phone is a nice touch. It gives my providers a chance to look ahead and see their schedule.

Cons: There is no guest type.
Only able to redeem 1 series at a time
Group booking is clunky. Should not have to remove guest from group to pay

Pros: It's easy to use and tends to give me most of the reports I need. It is also easy for the therapists to see their appointments from home.

Cons: When it crashes, it crashes HARD and for days. That's not optimal during busy season. I wish that the APP was easier to use, especially for the therapists to change their schedules. A lot of unnecessary steps.

Pros: Connects to website for appointments made by customers. So it's convientent for my clients and for me to schedule the appointment.

Cons: Unreliable, sometimes doesn't work and not all features work. When appointments are scheduled they don't send emails anymore to clients that the appointment has been set or a reminder.

Overall: Not as expensive as most, I had 4 locations so it helped that I didn't have to spend a lot for the software. I like that clients can take appointments for themselves from our website because the software links to it.

Pros: Great training materials and access to software information. Also happy with automated e-mail scheduling and communication. We have yet to even be able to fully utilize the customer reward programs that Booker offers to us.

Cons: Not quite fully optimized to offer classes in school format as opposed to spa format. This would be a great area to focus on for Booker to compete with the online scheduling community.

Cons: (1) Elimination of the "we want you back" email that went out to those who haven't been in (Frederick is way to expensive for us!); and, (2) Elimination of the quick log-in codes, we are busy with multiple users and now there's no way to be sure who actually completed a transaction. **These were some of our most favorite features that we no longer have. We are very disappointed.** ALSO, it would be nice to have a dedicated support rep to work with, who knows how we use Booker, helps us to optimize, etc.

Pros: Online booking with very powerfull personalisation feature like prefered hours, this is a true Revenue Management software

Cons: design is now not very up to date. Various feature that was very good like "we miss you" email disapear that is sad.

Pros: It is very accessible, our therapist can check their bookings even at home. Booker is also easy to use, our new staff can easily learn the basic things such as how to make an appointment and how to take payments

Cons: What makes me disappointed to the software is when the process sometimes is slow and hanging especially during there are so many guests paying and making appointment. I find the system a bit slow that we sometimes need to ask the guests to wait for a while because we need to update the bill, and print it out.

Overall: It helps me.yo check the booking anytime anywhere

Pros: I appreciate the features on the program that help navigate with ease. It wasn't difficult to understand the program when first learning about it.

Pros: Booker is relatively easy to use for us Non Techies that's huge!! The initial set up was difficult for me but the Support Staff was amazing

Cons: So far so good! Some of the reports could tell us more. Be more customized

I found the initial set up to be more difficult than expected and connecting a printer was a nightmare, The credit card scanner had many problems in the beginning too. We still have occasional printer issues . We ordered 3 different printers until one actually worked.This made our opening and first two weeks very difficult and frustrating, Then we had to deal with packing up all the little pieces and returning them.

Overall: Support team always willing to help!

Pros: Being able to check my schedule and see my coworkers schedule in one place so I can book appointments and ease of use overall

Cons: I get timed out from entering gift certificates numbers, during check out, that were generated online.
