It is customizable to fit your organization. Provides for as much or as little input as is desired. Recent upgrades have made it even easier to use.

I don't really have any "cons".

Overall

I would recommend this program to anyone who wants more than a "cookie-cutter" tool. It is customizable and has numerous options to fit an organization
