Pros

Easy to use, Several features, Quick to get installed, large database of drugs.

Cons

Horrible support, every additional feature will cost you 275.00 or any modification. Printers can have multiple problems, also the transmission application locks at times and needs to be reset often.

Overall

It gets the job done support is lack luster,

We are sorry to hear of your experience, this is certainly not what we want our customer to experience. To be fair, I know we did experience growing pain problems with customers support and I am happy to say we have expanded our customer support area, hired more experience pharmacist and pharmacy technicians for our customer support area and it has been worked out. We would like to get an opportunity to make it right.
