Pros

Fast, Easy, Reliable. Has the features you need all under one roof. No need to go with third party apps. The system's redundancy has saved our neck on more than one occassion. RAP did a great job on the installations - Well planned and smooth. The training was very comprehensive, and ongoing support is excellent.

Cons

A bit more expensive than some of the alternatives out there, but I have used most in the past and can tell you it's well worth the additional investment.

Overall

I wouldn't consider any other product to run my restaurants. I've been using POS systems for over 15 years, and nothing comes close to Aloha..
