Pros
The new SQL version of Maitre'D proves that POSERA is committed to ongoing upgrades and they have committed the company to invest in the system , rather than sit back as others do use 20 year old datastructures.
Cons
All new versions have issues but the issues we had we all resolved.
Overall
Outstanding new version, easy to upgrade and it's what our chain accounts want and need.

Great second level support to re-sellers

Hard to compete due to a high price tag for the software though I understand why there is a high price tag
