Pros: How much it has improved our business. Customer lookup. Warranty tracking.

Overall: From the moment I started to trial RepairDesk I was helped along the way by a very patient Usman. Everynight for a week after, as well as numerous times since (even tonight) Usman has rung me, & setup team view so he can tutor me on how to get the most out of RepairDesk for myself and my team. As i've made suggestion, the software has modified itself to suit my needs as well as others. I am looking forward to seeing the many more integrations to come, that will better my business.
Now my business is running efficiently, my staff and customers are happier with the systems RepairDesk has helped m put in place.

Recommendations to other buyers: If weighing between this software and another, make sure you choose RepairDesk. It is the best.

Cons: Some features when you pay other clients benefit on your ideas and thoughts which can be good and bad depends on thier thoughts and input I suppose

Overall: Repair desk is an excellent point of sale software for any repair shop from single user to enterprise level .
The back up an support is second to none for service outstanding experience
Would highly recommend .

Pros: The analytic tool (report generator)

Cons: some functions need to be password protected

Overall: Repair desk give me an edge over the competition cause now my shop look more professional, it makes it easier to handle my inventory, my invoices and to manage my time and work. More importantly it give me an idea about what¿s work and what doesn¿t. And the fact that the software is updated regularly with new improvement makes it even more appealing.

Pros: Fairly straightforward and easy to use makes life so much easier. No. more writing out receipts.

Cons: Has features that I don't want and can't get rid of but this does not mean these are problems as other users may like them

Overall: Since beta testing I have seen this software go from a good product for this type of business to an excellent one. A few glitches at first but they are always quickly rectified. Constantly upgrading and adding new features

Pros: Ease of use at POS
Being able to track all repairs in store easily
Constant improvements
Website widgets for tracking repairs and instant quotes

Cons: Not everything is absolutely perfect - mostly cosmetic. (Eg. Spelling errors, layout, etc)
POS has no customer rewards programs or support for us to add our own
No android app available
Monthly fee is a little high in Australian Dollars but is still worth it

Overall: Very nice software to use. We use it in my repair shop.
Very handy for keeping track of almost everything.
Constantly adding new features and perks.
When they have time - they listen to customers input and impliment features requested by the common majority.
There is a great support forum for issues, FAQ and requests for changes to the software.
In short... brilliant software!

Recommendations to other buyers: This has changed the way my shop runs for the better. We would never use a pen and paper system again.

Pros: Beautiful. Does a lot of the work for you. Fast tech support that listens and is always ready to help. Generous as well.

Cons: Can't really say there's anything,...

Overall: Switched from Premier Wireless and although this software is simpler, all my needs were QUICKLY added and it helps us keep better track of our business. I've improved in many ways using this software.

Pros: The price is on point and comparable/cheaper than many other repair POS options out there. Customer service is excellent. POS is straight forward and easily customizable for your business.

Cons: The spreadsheets of information were not uploading correctly at first - Usman went above and beyond at 1a.m. to upload them and make sure they were working correctly for the next business day.

Overall: We have used multiple repair POS systems at Smart Fix. When we came across Repair Desk, we had several questions and concerns. Usman answered all our employees' questions quickly and updated the system to fit out needs. Repair Desk has been exceptional and we look forward to expanding with them in the future.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you trial RepairDesk and find something that doesn't fit your needs perfectly, simply submit a suggestion and it will be looked at. We have never had another POS system cater to use personally, as well as updating the options for everyone else at the same time. They are driven by feedback, not just their ideas.

Very good repair POS software. Highly recommended.

Comments: New on the iphone/pc repair market? if yes or not, this is the best POS software you can find out there, very friendly, complete, and constantly update that let you work in harmony... Comments: Was previously using just a retail POS. When I come across RepairDesk, it combined and streamlined about 3 separate systems I was using, plus more!

Has made it so much easier to manage inventory, and track the cost of each repair. I can now also see how much time I am spending on each repair.

The support received is fantastic as well. I found a small bug in one of the reports and it was fixed within the hour. They are always a quick email away for any questions you may have and respond promptly!

Recommend for even the small repair shops like me, but looks like we will easily be able to scale our business with this software!

Comments: No cons to share as issues mentioned to the support team are sorted too fast to worry about :)
It has simplified the way i run my store and my staff love it also.
Tracks literally everything and is now integrated in with my Xero Accounting Software also which makes life much easier.
Great service from the Support team and a big thank you for making my day to day tasks much easier :)
Couldnt go back to pen and paper again - our business is beginning to revolve around RepairDesk!

Comments: For a while we have looked for a great pos for our locations. We were having trouble with inventory and customer relations. Using repair desk has made it vital to our success. With inventory tracking and customer management I can now focus on other things that need to be done. The interface is really simple and it even links to your current website so customers can track repairs and create orders. Usman has been there every step of the way. Even when its inconvenient for him. This makes repair desk stand out from the rest and we appreciate everything! Great Job Repair Desk!

Comments: Repair Desk has such a comprehensive range of features it would be hard to imagine running the day to day business operations without it now. The team have thought of everything we needed to manage and are constantly adding new useful features we hadn't thought of!
What we find particularly good about RepairDesk is the instant communication we have with Usman & the development team - they are always there when we have a query
The platform is so intuitive we can teach a new member of staff how to greet clients and book jobs within minutes - that's invaluable.
We would highly recommend RepairDesk - although armed with this solution we feel it gives us a competitive edge over local competition :)

Comments: We've been trying a few systems for out repair business and Repair Desk even though very new system but on the very right track. It looks like the team has been doing their home work to intergrade good feature into this system. We have POS with most of important functions, Inventory, Payroll, and of course Ticket system. And yet they are still working hard to build more functions.
Don't pass on this one, give it a try and you will say for yourself.

Comments: After looking around for POS software to run with this type of business I decided to give it a try. There were a few glitches at first but after emailing a quick response was always received. I even got telephone calls to see how thing were progressing. Different features are always being added after suggestions.

I can only see this getting bbetter over time

Comments: I'm about to pay for my subscription this morning and start using repairdesk for the shop. I've trialled it and love it. I've used repairshoppr and also repairiq but both are confusing. I showed my repair techs repairdesk and they instantly feel in love with it. I'm really looking forward to the iPad app ¿¿¿¿

Comments: Usman and his team provide exceptional support and training for the system. I have tested and used three widely recognized POS CRM systems over the last 6 years and I have never had support and direct contact with the developer like this EVER. I have been communicating with and requesting details functions and Usman has been personally available. The system is pure simple and thorough. These guys build the system for businesses just like mine, I could not leave a review good enough to reflect my approval. 5 stars all the way.

Comments: the program is easy to set up, i only use the accessories sales option at the moment as i already have a tracking system on my site that works well for me i don't feel that its ready for my business at this stage or i m not ready for it.
reporting still needs work and needs to be able to display statements for account customers
also need to be able to enter date on start of invoice
overall i like the program and cant wait until it gets faster and ready for corporate accounts

Comments: I've tried a few softwares but found Repairdesk is so far the best choice for my mobile phone repair business. It's easy to use and straight forward, especially for someone like me want to book in customer quickly and watch the work flow from home.
I give it 5 star even it still needs some improvements, their customer support is great, always there and listen to what customer suggest.

Comments: I'm a small independent repair shop who used to hand write every invoice from a pre printed sheet. Looking for business invoices and anything that needed referring was a pain as months went past. I was looking for a bit of software to take the pain staking taking of writing the invoices out plus all the downtime with it, I found repair desk and was very impressed by the initial look and feel. After having a chat with usman the founder and signing up I found that it was feature full and hardly anything was left out regarding mobile phone repair. I can recommend to all repair shops like mine. Saves the time for different systems!
