effective system of tracking donations
very responsive support staff
excellent customer service
setting up account is easy

I do not have experience with any competitors so I have little knowledge of deficiencies.

Overall

I highly recommend Yourpatriot it is less expensive, more user friendly and faster to set up with very attentive client services.
