Pros
Creates a very easy interface for RS to communicate to our customers and our customes to access valuable information. Also very dependable from an "Up Time" perspective. The service support has been very good when we have needed it.
Cons
No significant negatives from our side.
Overall
The iPortal has worked extremely well for our small company. We support over 200 customers with it. Many customers access it through our website on a daily basis. Very robust system from my standpoint.
