Pros

Ease of use and reliability is second to none.

Cons

call charges to mobiles seemed expensive at first glance but when you take into account there are no other fees whatsoever then it actually works out far cheaper than a static dialler and on a par with other less reliable diallers.

Overall

Would recommend to any business looking for a hosted dialler. We were up and running in less than 24 hours, dialling and fully compliant instantly! Fantastic support and really helpful staff.
