Very straightforward and easy to learn.

Quick and simple capacity planning.

Negates the requirement for time consuming spreadsheet planning.
Allows us to effectively investigate production process changes before investment.
The software is completely customised to suit our process and facility.

Overall

We initially got in touch with Production Modelling through their website in order to establish exactly how and why bottlenecks were occurring within our production process.

They demonstrated how their software would provide the answers we needed and how we could maximise throughput and cut costs.

Through variation of various process parameters, we established a theoretical maximum process throughput per day.

Following implementation,we can now consider alternative processes far faster than previously and the animation allows our shop floor teams to see the whole operation in action and understand the importance of timing to all processes.

In summary, Orchestrate is incredibly easy to use, the software was supplied within our budget and we receive superb customer service and training.

We would heartily recommend this software to any business requiring a production scheduling system and cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding customer service that we receive.
