Pros

We turned to EPM Live to increase visibility into resource demand/workload vs. availability/capacity across all types of work

Cons

EPM Live offers so many features, we have been unable to use them all right away meaning we have not accessed all its capabilities to date. But with that said the tool has been easy to learn and is very flexible in nature.

Overall

EPM Live has helped us reduce spending on annual maintenance for standalone systems and increased efficiencies for users providing a single source for all work assignments and status updates.

Pros

Satisfies 95% of our pain points as a company trying to capture project data across departments and standardizing a uniform process across the enterprise.

Cons

The majority of our implementation issues were around Kerberos and SSRS Reporting. It is important to have internal resources available to help you troubleshoot any potential issues with your environment/architecture.

Overall

I recommend this product for any company that is trying to collaborate on project data.
