Comments: It was a good experience using this software especially the boards that have been introduced. I would like it to get even better if you can provide suggestions about how different companies are using the different feature of this software to make work easy. Pros: Helpful features like messaging and calendar milestones; privacy settings help you control who sees what information; Gantt chart capabilities.

Cons: Can be difficult to get team members to learn the system and thus get them to use it, but this is a minor problem.

Overall: Teamwork Projects is a subscription-based, online project management system that tracks all tasks, messages, events, documents, and files for projects in one location. It is a great tool for team collaboration, project management, group work on a document or event, and archiving information associated with a project that all team members can access. The milestones calendar feature is a great way to keep track of due dates and remind team members of their responsibilities with a project. Helpful task templates allow a project manager to utilize frequently used templates across different projects. A Gantt chart feature is also helpful to take a comprehensive view of an entire project. Customer support is also very comprehensive. It is a superior product to Basecamp and other project management products I have used.

Pros: Easy to use right off the bat and easy for new employees to navigate quickly

Cons: Lack of detailed reporting or moreentricate task constraints and organization options

Overall: Great software that allows any size company a single program to accomplish many aspects of business from task management, customer portal, and document storage and organization. The customer service is outstanding- I almost always have a live person on the phone within five minutes or can do a quick live chat to get answers or report a bug. The program is missing a lot of reporting features though. It's hard to get the metrics we need about the time and money spent on specific tasks or types of tasks or projects. It's easy for any employee to pick up and start using. The customer-facing aspect could be more thought out and should allow some customizable details the company can share without being completely transparent about every little thing.

Recommendations to other buyers: Great for small companies that need one software to serve many roles and don't need complex structures on their projects.

Comments: Teamwork is a must-have tool for every team. With Teamwork you can create the projects you are working on it, assign tasks to your team members, deadlines, priorities. You can also upload files and share links and notes. It also have a chat where you can have a "meeting" with your team in the case they are far away.

Pros: Very flexible to accommodate how you want to work. Continually adding new features

Overall: We've continually been delighted by Teamwork's features and ease of use. My team has used a number of PM applications before but no other service has provided the same level of functionality that helps us manage our projects every day. And as a bonus, new useful features continue to be added.
We initially came to TW because we were looking for a PM application that would be easy to incorporate our clients into... features like having visibility by task and task templates have allowed us to manage dozens of projects simultaneously. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Teamwork PM to anyone else looking for a great and scale-able PM solution.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you're new to setting up Teamwork, take some time to explore the features and determine how to set it up for your needs.

Comments: Our foundation started using Teamwork about a year and a half ago. It was one of my first assignments when I came aboard to find a online sharing platform that has more capabilities than a Dropbox, for example.
I compared Teamwork to Basecamp and another online project management plateform that I can not remember at the moment. Teamwork, in my opinion, was the better version of basecamp. I am sure basecamp has caught up but, I have not interest in switching. Teamwork has everything we need. We have the 40 projects version. I love that we can customize the site. We love the active versus inactive to free up more projects, which we haven't even scraped the surface by using 10 projects. The annual fee is nominal for our orgnanization hundreds of organizations benefit because that's how our organization works, in partnership with other community based organizations. This software is a jewel. The customer support team is awesome. I just sent a helpdesk request the other week and within about 30 minutes someone has responded and I am pretty sure they are in a totally different time zone (night vs day). I can't say enough.

Overall: First of all my congrats to your service. It helped me a lot to become more professional and to have more control about whats going on financially (and what not). Nevertheless there are a few things I dont like about Freshbooks:

- When you have written a description and change the item/tasks , the description is deleted. sure, ther is a workaround (cmd+c) but it can be nerve wrecking when you are in a rush
- I would love individual reminder intervals and text per client
- The big advantage of german systems are the integration of your bank accounts and the automated check (money has arrived? has not?). Clients are irritated regularly because they get an reminder though they have already payed

Comments: The advertised roadmap barely happens/ed; I've been waiting for the ability to define actual departments/teams since we signed up and still have nothing. Yet plenty of features have been added that aren't even on the roadmap. The product is called "Teamwork" for goodness sake, and you can't even define teams.

When creating a task you can add a low, medium or high priority to the task. When you say no admin confirmation for doing a job - are you talking about a review process? Overall: It as been very helpful for the company in financial, time analysis and cost.
Nevertheless it would be a great improvement for the software if the Chat could be more efficient, the communication we have still to use either Viber or Whatsapp as the chat doesn't refresh at the same rate as others and there's no possibility of phone or video calling,
The communication for our setup is really important as we operate in 2 distant countries.
This would make the usage of Teamworks as fully integrated platform.

Other issue is that we use a @aap.company email address your survey doesn't allow to enter my company email that should be something to work out.

Overall: Hi all,
It would be great if you made SSO available to anyone on a paid plan. Other SaaS providers offer this. The expense of Enterprise licensing just to gain this feature is very prohibitive, which means that the user experience isn't as great as it could be, nor as secure as it could be.

Comments: I love teamwork and have been very impressed with the new features in the recent UI upgrade. I have found it one of the most easy to use intuitive systems in a long time, considering how much functionality it offers. I also love its flexibility as it has worked for every type of project we have worked on so far. However I have experienced quite a few bugs with the new UI so do feel the quality has slipped slightly in recent months. That said my colleagues tell me if I log them they will be resolved quickly!

Pros: The functionality to keep all project details, messages, and notes in one specific area. I especially love that there is a dedicated YouTube channel with informational videos.

Cons: I am dreaming of the day I could add another 'generic/open' field to the Project Settings area, so I could capture more information in an Excel report format.

Overall: Teamwork, I don't even know where to begin! This PM Tool moved our 300+ creative project schedules from gMail into one system. The phrases of 'send me that file,' 'how much did that cost', 'create a spreadsheet graph of everything, today' are a thing of the past! I truly feel this tool makes our department shine, and gives upper-management a 360 view of our day-today projects. Without being too over dramatic, Teamwork honestly changed my entire work life! The support is top notch, and I've ALWAYS received prompt answers. How can I give this product 10 stars?!

Pros: Great value. Love that it's unlimited users. Love the capacity to collaborate outside my company.

Overall: I love Teamwork. Only thing I would change is expand the mass-task-edit functionality, which is still very limited.

Pros: Feature packed, great value for money, quick and thorough customer service

Cons: Gantt chart features are basic and need to evolve more

Overall: Everyone in our team loves teamwork, its ease of use, functionality and features. There has been a marked improvement in team efficiency with the help of Teamwork including task tracking, scheduling, prioritizing, making sure everyone is on the same page, etc. The customer support is quick and thorough in their response and we definitely think that Teamwork is great value for money.

One issue however that needs further looking into is page loading speed. Sometimes, it takes longer than it should to load a page or for the page to reflect the changes/selections made. The slow page loading issue is especially apparent when launching the webapp, but sorts itself out after a few seconds. Definitely an potential area to look into for improvement.

Pros: Simple to: Use, Deploy, Comprehensive, Scalable, Feature Rich, Very Affordable

Cons: I would like to see more integration with other software -which will come as they grow.

Overall: 23 Years ago I began using Ecco Pro a group project manager in the office - pim for my medical sales company - I dreamed of one day having a system that could combine the entire enterprise, inside and outside, seamlessly working together like the Borge on Star Trek - Teamwork Projects accomplishs this goal like no other platform.
Teamworks also solves the two deployment challenges we faced with Ecco and Microsoft Project - learning curve and the minimum intelligence level required to use. Teamworks is simple to use while also having the comprehensive features of the more powerfull project managers.
Prior to Teamworks we had used a number of PM's inclunding basecamp. Basecamp was simple but limited.
Couple of other mentions: The Teamwork Team is constantly adding features at fairly quick pace. Tasks and sub tasks - critical paths all make sure you got your "i"'s and cross your "T"'s. I have a wish list but haven't submitted it because the Teamworks team is sure to have it on their Teamwork Projects Todo List.
Summary: Simple implementation, Simple deployment, Feature Rich, Start using today.
Don't ask your IT girl what she thinks, you won't need her to deploy Teamworks - IT is included in the price.
COST: Should be 10x the amount. We are a startup prefunding, when we get funded I would pay 10x what their asking.

Recommendations to other buyers: Stop looking, and use. We have tried the other platforms. You won't. Find lower cost. Or more features except with ms projects

Comments: Problems we identified:
1. Inability to keep one comprehensive list of all Partner contacts with all necessary details in a convenient to use and share format (external from Teamwork) - no personalisation with user profile entries.
2. Too many separate mailing lists to keep (e.g. roles under each project) ¿ mailing lists (e.g. role lists) do not get updated automatically when the main contact list is updated
3. Technical bugs:
a. recent precedent - losing half of contacts in lists of roles
b. many Partners not receiving emails (still goes to spam!)
c. impossible to save messages during editing
4. Duplication of documents as they have to be uploaded inside the project from which email is sent (e.g. a document from the Key documents section cannot be added to the email that goes to the Working Group) , Partners have problems with finding documents, as they are duplicated

This holds all the contact details of that company and it's users. Each user can personalize their profile, with contact details, avatars, job details, notes and more. 2. Regarding mailing lists - as long as you add the necessary people to a project and to a role then they will automatically receive email notifications provided you selected to email notify the person/ role in task in question. You do not need to keep email lists yourself, Teamwork Projects will automatically pull this information to notify your users. 3. I'll pass on all of these reports to the team. Pros: Everythign is "under the same roof", and could be used in all devices we need t use!

Cons: Could be more graphic designed, so it would be even more easier to use.

Overall: Everything works well and easy. We are satisfied to have TWP for handling tens and tons of projects with students in our University degree program of Media. First I tested this in my tiny company and then after we took this TWP for heavier use!

Pros: Permissions management

Cons: Few reminders, in my opinion. I would like to have pop-ups.

Overall: It is excellent for us. The super easy management of permissions and users is best Teamwork asset! Good job.
I have not tried the Customer Support, please do not consider it as honest.

Recommendations to other buyers: Interesting for me to save templates of "permissions" depending on the project or the person. Or copy the permissions from one person to another in the same project. Once you create a new user: copy permissions from X.

Using Teamwork has been a very useful and professional experienced. Even though it still is not used for all members of our company, those who had used it. Love It. They will never quit using it. !! Congratulations!! you have a excelent product and your team is very customer experienced oriented. I think we need to explore even more issues offered by Temawork that we have not discovered yet... In general we are very confortable and happy with it!! keep this momentum!!!

Recommendations to other buyers: I would like to link the Risk Module with the task performance. In other words, if ther is a task that has a direct relation with a risk issue, the system give us an alert message.

Comments: Overall the experiences are good, but I need more templates to kickstart the project easily. Besides, sometimes loading the tasks is a little slow not like Trello or Asana. This is definitely value for money.

Pros: Managing multiple priorities is easy - the app makes it even more easy to stay connected.

Cons: Sometimes there are things that seem logical and are not in place, but even with that said, the customer service is great!

Comments: After spending months testing every SAAS project management software I could find on the Internet; Teamwork won hands down on user interface, ease of use, and features. Amazingly besides being superior in almost every aspect it also wins on price point. Customer support is instant and effective and feature updates regular. I have been using this system for 10 year on a number of big construction projects and also run my entire firm on it.

Comments: Teamwork Projects is the best suite of tools for PMs in small and midsize projects, with lots of features related to getting actual progress and keeping a team on track. It falls apart a bit when it comes to advanced risk management and also more detailed project plans, but with some clever use the good parts of Teamwork Projects far outshine this.

Highly recommended.

Pros: Time tracking, UX, hierarchy levels, and sub-tasks.

Cons: Genuinely there is nothing I can say that is a con about the software

Overall: I started using Teamwork in 2011 after having evaluated and tested it versus 9 other tools. It was the best solution then, and it still is now.

I've subsequently introduced it to the last company I worked at (to replace their existing tool), and to my latest company. The feature list is also constantly growing with incredibly useful updates and enhancements.

From a UX point of view, Teamwork is incredibly well designed, and the latest dashboard enhancements are testament to this. Being able to add team members, clients and external contractors is also hugely beneficial. You can provide access to the relevant projects and tasks, and also restrict certain features - such as time tracking.

I can't recommend this tool enough - different league to everything else.

Recommendations to other buyers: They have a free plan, where you only get a handful of projects, but you still get most of the features you will need. Give this a whirl and you will see why the tool is so fantastic

Pros: The "comlexed easyness" of the way of building quality projects.
The extensions in Chrome and Gmail - timesavers deluxe.

Cons: Still working on the onboarding of my non-tech clients to make it even simpler for them to follow, but it does actually not matter since they get an email daily on the progress.

Overall: I have used Teamwork for almost 2 years - trying other things on the side to see if there is somethings better out there - but my still my first choice.

I know about project tools, and they all are good, but they are too complicated and all fashion in their way of use - Teamwork has done something different - and while I tested it out I also tested multiple solutions.
They are constantly getting new features and optimizing reporting and UI and UX. The one thing I have been waiting for is the Kanban or Board that they call it - then it will be complete.
The cool thing is they are open about their roadmap - so I constantly reach out to push features through - I am sure they listen to us as customers because things happen all the time.

So let´s get down to business.
Pricing and solutions beats everyone else, trust me!

So what is it that makes it so good?
Teamwork Project - besides as everyone would expect a project tool - they have another mindset to getting things done - and building performing teams - that I do not find everywhere else. I believe others copy them and try to do it simpler - but then it is a lack of other features that you need in a professional system.
Since we have multiple projects, and we connect our clients and give them the overall by onboarding them to follow us in an easy way. We give them an ease of mind, and send them reports daily. So when we meet, we stop the chatter on where we are and can focus on how to go further.

We use Teamwork Desk for support sites - and can also build up support for my clients -so we can charge for and outsourced service, that makes their services extend further. Do you think they love it?

Teamwork Chat - I can be in contact down on pure tasks, and also the ability to create task as we speak. No waste of time.

But my favorite tools are the extensions in chrome and Gmail. Saves me time -and makes me be so effective that I have no words - That is why: Teamwork is True, My business is Teamwork, and Teamwork is my Teamwork!

Just a Butler gone Digital, and that is also true. I have high standards - and been digital for 40 years - so I know my ground. Thanks Teamwork!

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are in Business - it is actually so many ways you can even make money on putting together client packages to earn on the solutions features. In normal project tools - they are so costly or they lack features. With Teamwork Desk you can service the clients support as a member service. If you do not get the ideas from using it, talk to me - because I know.

Cons: Needs a more feature rich consistent reporting interface OR a choice of integrations for analytics services/applications

Overall: Threefold Systems have been using TeamWork for over two years now. We have looked at other systems such as Jira and Assana but none have come close to TW with respect to its flexibility and ease of use. Our developers and PM's find it easy to use and rarely have any issues with it. In addition the price point is just right and makes TW excellent value for money.

TW allows us to apply our own project management structure where other application force you to adopt their philosophy. This is important to us as our business environment is somewhat different to a traditional software development agency.

We have been impressed by TW's drive to continuously improve the application by adding new features and enhancements. Also where we have experienced problems the support from the TW team has been excellent.

What would I like to see and improvement in? If there is an area I'd like to see a focus on it would be a either 1) a choice of integrations for analytics services/applications or 2) a flexible built-in visual report builder.
While TW does provide some useful reports, it is probably the weakest area of the application feature wise. As an ops manager, I need to be able to go from high level statistics and drill down in to detail. Currently TW is missing that high level view of what's happening across all our projects.

Comments: I can not explain in short how much have Teamwork Project helped me, but I can say that its the best project managing systems that I've seen.

The only thing missing (and I'm requesting it all the time) is a personnel rotations chart in the calendar since we work at offshore facilities for Oil and Gas industry and our personnel is on and off shifts by 28 days with 28 days. It would be nice to integrate that so that all of the activities in the system can be assigned only to the "on-shift" personnel.

Pros: I like the ease-of-use, the depth of features balanced with the intuitive way of using it. I needed almost no training to get going with it.

Cons: I'd like to see the Google Drive integration built out more. One feature in particular that annoys me is that it doesn't recognize if you've already added a Gdrive file to another task, resulting in linking in the same file over and over.

Some things, like turning a task list into a template, aren't intuitive and you have to dig through the menus to find out how to use them. Same goes for many template-related features... I wish it were easier to work with templates.

Overall: Teamwork is one of those programs that's as simple or as complex as you need it to be. At first, I mostly used it as a collection of checklists and files, and I've been gradually expanding upon the features as I refine my business processes. I love how you can turn off the features you don't use, tag everything, slice your data any which way you need to get the reports you need, and control client and team access to different features. I've had a few bugs and a bit of downtime over the past few months, but I found the staff to be candid and transparent about issues and I like that.

Cons: The font style for the description in the time entry is too small.

When creating a new project, there is no way to define a project for yourself or a client. Most of our project are for clients and we should have a way to set the default preference to clients.

Overall: We switched over to Teamwork about 4 years ago and it's been a great tool for our small design firm.

Comments: Usually we don't have complex or very big projects so it very easy to handle TW Projects. I'd been struggling with my team to get away from old bad practices like excesive email messages and stuff like that, looking for a total integration and management throught TW Projects, but until now we don't have any issue.

Pros: Power, flexible and easy to use all at an affordable price.

Cons: It would be very useful if it had built in screen sharing and file transfer to help my customers.

Overall: As a small independent consultant/developer the ability to quickly start a project for a customer and add task list, tasks and subtask work great. The ability to control what a user can access and edit allows some fine grain security control - very easy to setup. Then you add documentation with version control, instant chat messaging with your users, a ticketing system integrated with Teamwork and the results are amazing. All for just a few dollars a month. I use the per ticket charge and some months I pay nothing, and some times a couple of dollars for a powerful but simple ticketing system. I strongly recommend Teamwork due to features, reliability (down one in a year for a few minutes), support and low cost.

Pros: I like the multiple different ways that i can tag and organize tasks to manage projects.

Cons: I need additional permission settings that only allow admins to create or delete projects but still allows all users to manage people and tasks within projects.

Also, the calendar function for me would be much better if it allowed me to view multi day projects on top of one another. For instance, I need to visually see how much overlap my various marketing campaigns have on a calendar.

Overall: This product is life saver for me. I manage my association's marketing department and have projects and deadlines coming at my team from 50 different directions all the time. Teamwork makes it infinitely easier to manage everyone's needs across departments.

Pros: I love how easy to use it is!! I can gather many different file types (including emails) in one location, and I know exactly where to go to find them later. On the off-chance you cannot find something, the search functionality is great. I spend most of my time either adding files, messages, notebooks or links. I don't often use the time or billing sections, but I can see how they would be useful to other people.

Cons: The only thing I would like to see improved/changed is I would like the ability to have single sign on with some other common tools, such as the atlassian suite. If people in my company did not have to have ANOTHER login to another product then so many more people would use it.

Overall: I am a big fan of Teamwork Projects! I am a UX designer and I had a problem in my company where all of my research files, notes, recordings, ideas, etc. were stored in a number of different places and I needed a way of keeping this information in a single place with the easy ability for other people to see it and to easily search and find what I need. Before Teamwork I would spend ages trying to track down files that I knew existed somewhere, or wanting other people to look at files that turned out to be saved on my local machine.

Since discovering Teamwork all of that has changed. It has such a clean and easy UI that makes it very easy to organise my work. The search functionality is great, and the licensing does not charge per user so I can give everyone from my company a login if they want. On top of that, Teamwork has a whole bunch of features that I didn't realise I needed until I used them, and now I could not live without them. Within each project I can attach files, I can forward emails straight into the messages section, I can add a list of tasks and check them off once complete, I can record deadlines and time worked on a project, and I can record any risks the project has with severity levels and impacts. I can even setup people from outside of my company and give them limited access to certain files.

Teamwork has amazing capabilities whilst being simple and easy to use. I really cannot recommend it enough. And at such a reasonable price for licenses I would struggle to find an equivalent competitor out there.

I have only given it 4/5 stars for features and functionality purely because there is one extra feature I would love to see (if I could have done 4.5 I would have but alas it does not allow half stars on this site). The only thing that is stopping the rest of my company from logging in and looking at all my files is that they need to remember another login. If they could add single sign on and allow it to integrate to other systems we use (such as the atlassian products) then I would be able to get many more people in my company using it.

Recommendations to other buyers: It is great. If you haven't got it yet you should. It is so cheap you cannot afford not to, and the value and benefits it gives to its users are great.

Overall: I think that Teamworks is a great software. The issue is, as an engineering company, we need resource allocation, and this functionality is not part of the software. With the lack of this feature, we are not using Teamwork.

Comments: it checks 90% of everything we need to successfully manage a complex programme with the remaining 10% reducing frequently as new features and functionality added

Top of the list for missing functionality at this moment in time are:

Baseline - somehow having a way to track current schedule against baseline plan
Linking risk register to tasks
Being able to add groups of projects to have a consolidated dashboard

Workload allows you to compare the totals of estimated time against logged time on all tasks assigned to a person on projects. Comments: This system makes my job so much easier, rather than a billion emails being fired to me every day this saves me so much time with admin and not only can i see my upcoming deadlines clearly it makes communicating with different team members so easy and adds a level of satisfaction being able to tick off tasks and archive projects. What i would love to see being added to the system a button which shows a project as on proof so it can temporarily be assigned to another user to go on their radar without the project coming completely off your list whilst making it obvious that you need to chase the project.

Comments: We've been using Teamwork for the management of international research projects, and while it's not perfectly tailored for it, we can use it to effectively track tasks, deliverables and milestones for all partners over a long period (these projects generally last 4 years).

The main problem we're facing is adoption of the platform by our research partners, but this is obviously not an issue with Teamwork Projects itself.

Comments: We use Teamwork daily and it is good. Not great, but good. I like that its easy to use and onboarding new team members can use the system almost intuitively. That is great and the reason we stay. But things could always be better. I miss for example the option to track expenses and integrate into our accounting software Xero. Or the ability to see when team members logged on. That would be great.

It also provides little comfort that data is safe. How do you encrypt data? Where, physically is it stored?

Comments: Going from Basecamp we found a tool in Teamwork that helps us keep track and manage more advanced and complex projects. We really like the task management and surprisingly enough it was also quickly adapted by the most production oriented team. They have really improved the way the work in managing day-to-day production.
We have also invited our clients to this tool which has been really appreciated by both parties.

The only thing that we would like to add to this tool, if we could, is resource planning on a day to day overall basis.

Pros: easy to use, mobile client, notification and dashboard

Overall: In our Holding we have multiple countries with very different structure and needs for getting thing done. On the other hand we had the desire to become with our project management as mobile as possible. Teamworks gave us on the one hand cross border swift setup and follow up of approved projects as well as control and initiation via the mobile app. Just what we need at this very moment.

Comments: We've been using the Teamwork PM system for a while now and it has really helped focus our task management and project systems.

It was a really easy system to use out of the box and with the availability of web hooks and other like features we have been able to integrate with our other in house systems nicely.

The transition from the old to the new system was a little clunky but it seems like this has been ironed out.

All in all, we have had a great experience so far and will continue to use and further explore the Teamwork PM system.

Recommendations to other buyers: For smaller agencies or business owners that are not accustomed to managing many projects at once, it will take you a few weeks to get used to using a system like Teamwork. Pros: It is a Simple setup

Cons: Not having the ability of extracting the tasks into a user friendly timeline
Not having shortcuts to add time
Not easy way of pulling up time reporting

Overall: The experience overall has been good but I would like to see a more user friendly interface. I use the tool to manager my project but I would love to be able to have a more simple way of displaying a timeline to my client and edit the name of the report and so on. If I can leverage the tool to also display some of the PM deliverables in a more consumable way it would me 5 all around.

Pros: Customization, ease of use, multiple ways to organize your projects and workflows, employee interaction.

Cons: Needs more robust and customized reporting features, could use individual calendaring.

Overall: Our office has been using Teamwork for several months, and while not everyone in the company has moved to the system, those that have are quite happy with the way it functions in general. The level of customization that is available is robust enough to be useful, while simple enough to be functional for even an untrained employee, and has improved even in the few months we've been using it. It does require a lot of effort to build the systems and workflows that work for your company and industry, but once that is done maintenance and usage are fairly straightforward.

My only recommendation to anyone considering this software is that you make sure you have executive buy-in. If the executives in your company don't get on the system, it will be much harder to get the rest of the organization in line. Executive time is certainly precious, but make the case for the software hard, and well before launch, because it is vital they be on it.

Pros: Ease of use and ability to onboard employees and clients with very little training. It is intuitive and works well.

Easy to set up new projects and timelines with templates.

Cons: Ability to customize reports would be great and I think that is coming but it is really needed for us to help give reports to specific clients to give them a snapshot of where the products are in the order cycle.

Overall: We really find this has helped us centralize and organize work and projects for our company. It is great that we bring clients on so easily to be a part of the process. In our line of work keeping information and communication centralized is very important as small details can have major impacts to cost and timelines. This really has helped with any communication loss.

We really would like to extract more info out of the program easier and are hopeful that is coming so that we can easily sort reports by customer for customers to give them snapshots of their projects.

Recommendations to other buyers: It would be great if we could have areas to store general notes/procedures about/for customers. So for an external company if there were notebooks available to thos companies not attached to projects I think would be useful. Also if we could have a more segmented side of each project so that it would be more obvious what the client would have access to and what they do not. Sometimes I am nervous my employees may make mistakes with privacy settings on sensitive documents.

Comments: We have started using Teamwork for a range of reasons, including: to manage projects better, to provide information on deployment and workload, to plan delivery of an increasing project workload and to give the company a better idea of the cost (i.e time taken) to generate project income.

We have been trying to slowly introduce TW to project managers and team members. Getting buy in has been quite hard - some people are naturally attracted to using these kinds of things and others just aren't - it is a matter of personality! We also didn't want to introduce full timesheet processes, be too dictatorial, or force people to use something they didn't see value in using. So we are taking a different approach right now, which we hope will give people options, beyond providing basic information of estimates of time inputs and deadlines. I have only started rolling this out today (!) so will be interesting to see how it pans out.

One key issue we are trying to resolve is to set and manage tasks at the right scale. My current view is that TW works best when tasks are short jobs of a few hours to a few days, rather than the much longer consultancy-type tasks I'm more familiar with. Tasks (or sub tasks) at this scale are more tractable and form the basis of actions between team members, better than something nebulous like 'model development', which is hard to get a handle on. Again it's early days so will be interesting to see how it goes.

We are also still in the very early stages of using TW for messages, and getting settings right, so that users receive the right amount of notifications from the system.

Pros: It looks pretty and modern, but to be honest, so do all the new apps and websites these days.

Cons: It is extremely laborious and time consuming to add tasks, set start and finish dates, and assign the task to people. Too much requirement to use the mouse pointer to select these. It should be just really basic where you can 'tab across' to the next thing. e.g.
type in task *tab* start typing who the task is assigned to and it picks up the name *tab* enter start date *tab* enter end date *tab* t all upload to the folder I initially dragged them into. So then I end up with 10 files randomly spread over all these folders and have no idea which ones they were saved into because these folders already have many files in them, and it just becomes an absolute nightmare to try and find them and move them back to the correct folder they were meant to be saved into in the first place. This is EXTREMELY frustrating.

Recommendations to other buyers: Yes, make it basic and functional, less pretty with pop up calendar here and all sorts of other less useful features. I would say, focus on getting the fundamentals right before adding all the fancy features. The main areas that are current terrible are: 1. Gantt chart 2. Filing Also, we should be able to allocate tasks to people who are not invited to the project e.g. external parties. Often, a task is required to be done by e.g. an interior designer, but she doesn't work for us, nor do we want her to see our whole project.

Pros: Tasks, Messages and Notebooks

Cons: The Scheduling/Milestones still seems a little clunky. We're working on getting a better picture of overall project timing and it's a bit difficult.

Overall: Teamwork Projects has helped us keep our studio on track and our Clients engaged in our projects. We start each new project with a quick onboarding session and let them know how we'll organize their project using the tool. From there we generally create a set of Task Lists based on templates and post a first Message with general project information.

Lately, we've started to use the Notebooks feature more and more. It's great for capturing call notes that would otherwise need to be posted as a Message as well as organizing other types of content that we'll need throughout the project.

Next, we're hoping to take a look at some of the more advanced features of the system such as managing workloads by assigning time estimates to Tasks.

Overall, we've been really happy with Teamwork and it's been an asset to our business.

Pros: Robust functionality of tasks and projects. Clean intuitive design. Collaboration ability and allowance of unlimited users.

Cons: Time reporting lacks in depth data, customization and visual graphic representations.

Invoicing is almost embarrassing in its looks, almost no customization, and zero financial reporting.

Overall: I found Teamwork when the necessity for time tracking, project management and employee/client collaboration was needed at my job. I had already been using a similar system called Paymo at home for my freelance work. So I had an idea of what I needed, and knew Paymo wasn't structured very well for my use. I researched the heck outta these kind of sites, like close to 15 ones, and test drove at least 5 of them with trials. Teamwork wasn't the best, but it was only outdone by others that were ridiculously priced.

There are many things I like. The robust functionality of the task lists is probably the most useful. And project organization is nice too. Shortfalls in this area are that project categories are shared across multiple set up companies, not company specific. I don't like how tasks are hidden once completed. And how limited you are on active projects, I'm archiving like crazy, just to save money.

I like that the entire system is cleanly designed in a cosmetic sense and for the most part intuitive to learn and use.

I also love that it is not user based pricing, being able to add as many users as I want opens up more collaboration with coworkers and clientele.

A hard thing to find in these systems are time based reports. Teamwork has great time tracking tools, but kinda falls short in how you can report these. Within the system its just a list with a somewhat useless filter. And exporting this out to a pdf looks plain awful. Customizable, exportable, graphical representations of the time data would make an awesome addition to this system, and would improve and simplify review of time analysis with "less data minded" collaborators and clients. Still, I haven't found one system that really buts much effort into reporting and how it stands in Teamwork is still better than others.

All those flaws aside, where Teamwork REALLY drops the ball? Invoicing! No customization, no templates, plain and boring invoicing, and not much can be said for financial tracking or reporting here either. I really hate the financial end of this system all together. Even Paymo did better.

So for a single company, looking to only organize and collaborate projects and tasks, to improve speed and efficiency, Teamwork is superb. If you need data analysis and reporting on financials and time invested. You'll need a second system to do that with or one of the way overpriced systems that offer that advanced stuff.

Recommendations to other buyers: Despite the cons, still super useful and one of the best systems I've tried for the price point. Hopefully they will fix these areas in the future!

A fully robust CRM would have made this perfect software for a client

Overall: We have been using Teamwork.com for a couple of years now. We find it works very well with our small staff of 5 on software and design projects. We love the ability to add consultants and clients to their projects so they can track their tasks as well. Two wishes: a more robust CRM and the ability to output time by person to Quickbooks.

Comments: We've been using Teamwork for around 2 years and it's now become an integral part of the business. Previously we were using Basecamp but I find the Teamwork interface much easier to navigate and more aesthetically pleasing. It's feature rich although we don't use a lot of the more in depth aspects of the software. For us it's primarily a way of posting proofs to clients, getting feedback, and having a central platform for communications and it does all this very well. I consider it a bargain as building and hosting a bespoke CRM system this good would be out of reach of a small business like us.

I've requested a couple of features that would be really helpful to us, namely default project files, or some sort of permanent library of assets. Apart from that it's perfect for our needs.

Overall: Good people and great support. Good value for the $ -- that's why we're using it.

Lot's of useful features but hard to find them. UI is very clunky/difficult to navigate, especially when you have a large number of projects. Need to slim down, improve the UI. That's our biggest gripe.

Need more development on the "meta" side -- across all projects/teams. That's what makes it so hard for us to navigate. It's really more geared to the project rather than the "enterprise" level, but how many groups that need software like this have fewer than 10 projects? Probably not many. So, further development of the site with the "meta" perspective in mind should be a priority.

Also would be good to be able to generate timesheets that integrate salary/pay rate by person/project (you already have that info, it just doesn't do the math, creating the need for work arounds).

Comments are troublesome -- it's convenient to use the comment function because often communications are driven by the needs of a given task. But then, when you mark the task as completed, the comments (and associated attachments) disappear too. I know there are other ways to get to them, but it's clunky. Messages don't feel like the answer, because then you lose the task context. I think you could do a comment board per project, separated/demarcated by task list or task, and get rid of messages (or, make messages enterprise wide)

Finally, I'm not finding the "integrations" all that...well...integrative! I'm not really getting the advantage of the Dropbox integration and the Freshbooks integration is so limited as to not be very valuable.

Lest I come across as disgruntled, let me emphasize that we like the product and the people running it. We want to stay and grow with you. We switched to you from Asana and there's no comparison in terms of features and ability to manage a large number of people and projects.

Pros: Ease of use, rich features list ... which is always growing, API access to data could not be easier!

Cons: Mobile application may need some additional attention...it is good, but not always fully intuitive on 'where to click' to get to what I'm looking for

Overall: We have been using Teamwork for some time now...the platform is growing as an asset to VeraData, with new features, functions and integrations being added regularly. The support team is fantastic, and responds normally within minutes whenever we have a question.

We have recommended and referred several other companies to the Teamwork family collaboration and tracking tools, and will continue to do so!

Pros: Easy to use and nice to have on iphone

Cons: Its a big app... it would be nice to transfer tasks or trail of conversation we did i a wrong project transfered to the good one...

Some time people start taliking about things on email that are related to many projects

Overall: We looked at many options and we found teamwork working better for our engineering. We are are introducing this with our marketing department in order to better use the ''check'' list.

We are also adding people outside our company to projects.

Pros: Intuitiveness of all of the tools. Integration of all of the tools to work together. The appearance and flexibility to customize it for each unique organization. As an educated graphic and interactive media designer, I applaud the UI designers. Very clean, no-nonsense, where the design and placement of interactive objects don't get in the way of the use.

Cons: Love the new calendar. Would like to see how it could populate both ways to a Google calendar. This may already be possible and I just haven't explored it yet. Really can't think of anything, though.

Overall: In my last position our organization of 80 people evaluated multiple project management tools over six months. Teamwork was the clear winner. After we adopted this software the Teamwork staff worked directly with our team to help us find the best ways to use their tools and even made enhancements at our request! I've since used this software for two non-profits and my own company, founded just over a year ago. The choice was never given a second thought. Teamwork continues to make enhancements, they find ways to make their software more intuitive, and they add new tools regularly. Their service is exceptional. I send an email I get a response no later than the next day but usually in a matter of hours. There is no comparison to Basecamp, the tool I've seen other organizations use and the tool I was using before adopting Teamwork. Teamwork is far and above the better program.

Cons: Does Not have a system of approval files.

Overall: We have been using Teamwork for controlling a huge number of artwork. I looked a lot of system and we decided to use teamwork because in our opinion it's the best in the market.

One thing that could have in the system, that would make our service better, is the possibility of approval artwork. It's mean, submit a PDF to someone to approve. We are using the file tab to do it, but if it was native, the system would be better.

Overall: I've been using Teamwork Projects for years in both my companies. We do our project management within Anser and are running our operations within Sellian on it. Especially when we cooperate with customer teams they first are somewhat holding back on the platform, but onze they've put their doubts aside and start using it they're up and running in minutes.

Pros: It's extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons: There are still some features that I can't find enough information on in the FAQs, but when that happens and I email the TW Support team, they are always quick to reply with help!

Overall: I've used Teamwork for several years, both for my own business and with clients. Prior to that I used Basecamp and Excel spreadsheets to keep up with everything. I am a virtual assistant, so I typically have 3-6 clients at one time, managing many different projects and tasks for each of them. Teamwork has saved my reputation and my sanity! It's easy to set up, easy to learn, and wonderfully easy to manage. I have also set up and now manage Teamwork accounts for several of my clients, and they love it as well. TW Projects keeps the entire team on track with their tasks, allows management to follow the progress of every project, and makes tracking time a breeze. I've just recently become a Certified Teamwork Expert; that's how much I love this program!

Recommendations to other buyers: I just love it. I still use Basecamp with a group I volunteer with, and Teamwork continues to outshine BC and that wretched Excel spreadsheet!

Pros: How customizable it is by project and within a project. The ability to set permissions and privacy on almost anything in a project.

Cons: Adding users to specific projects at a mass project level is not easy. I would like to be able to both add users and filter items (milestones, task lists, activity, Everything items) by Category of the Project. I would like to report on Category of project. I would also like more ways of exporting the milestones in an easier to read report. We want to use milestones as a way to get our entire company in-the-know of upcoming items. But we have so many overlapping milestones the calendar view doesn't work, and the exported excel list isn't appealing for a quick read.

Overall: Teamwork has been incredibly helpful to us. One thing about our company is we work in segments, so we have about 20 "categories" of Projects, yet we can't do anything around those categories. I would like to view things with the Project Category as the filter. Milestones for a specific category of projects, tasks for a specific category of projects, add new or existing users to a specific category of projects. This would make our interaction with Teamwork incredibly more useful. I appreciate all the work that has come out over the summer to update the code base making it easier to add new features. And I have been excited about a lot of the features coming out. I would love to see a more robust JIRA integration (rather than just Zapier) since our company uses JIRA on the product/dev side and Teamwork on the operational/project management side.

Comments: I have used Teamwork for over 8 years and find it easy-to-use, intuitive, constantly evolving and very complete. This is the second company I have introduced Teamwork to, and have never had any regrets. Whether the user is a novice to project management software, or an expert, it is easy for anyone to take advantage of just the features they need - without being overwhelming. The Teamwork staff is always keeping us apprised of new features and soliciting input and feedback (without being annoying in the process). Very nice product, great support, PLUS it is actually fun to use. Nice job!

Cons: The API is great, but could use a few more data points, and is fairly slow. There are a few elements missing that are crucial to us, such as tracking and viewing invoices across all projects, a gantt style view for all projects, etc.

Overall: Teamwork Projects is great-- we rely on it daily. We've been able to take our small agency's process and migrate it into Teamwork. We have built an internal tool using the API for building out functionality that is important to us that Teamwork doesn't offer-- methods for tracking budgets, project health comparing estimated time and time spent for specific members of our team, and a whole-organization project scheduler. Teamwork has the right tools for us, though the many different methods to accomplish similar tasks can be overwhelming. All that to say, we enjoy using it, and it gets the job done.

Overall: Overall the user experience is head & shoulders above Basecamp, however, there are still essentials missing from the product in terms of reports, views and even small tweaks here and there that an experienced PM would want in their software.

Pros: Ease of use, great support, clear development roadmap, great training videos, easy to get team buy in to use the platform.

Cons: We'd love to have a better templating system. Either a more robust import from excel (like relative dates or bulk assigning responsible team members on import) or a way to collect Task List templates into groups. We have several repeating types of projects for clients and it would save a lot of time to rubber stamp templates in one go.

The iOS app is ok but it's not good enough to make me stop using the web version on iPad. Not a complaint but I'll always favor a native app on any platform if I can.

Overall: We have been through 2 bad project managment experiences before finding Teamwork. Teamwork checked all the feature boxes we needed to manage dozens of client projects at once and the support is always very responsive.

Comments: When first tasked to find a user-friendly SaaS PM solution, I looked and tested/demo many platforms. From the initial trial, it became very clear that Teamwork was hands down the best option for our company. It has a very user friendly interface, is powerful enough for what we need, is flexible in the way you can manage your projects, has great tools for copying tasks/milestones and projects (which saves a lot of time) and has fairly good reporting (would like more custom reporting options). Since subscribing (I guess about a year ago now), we have not regretted our decision. The tech support is very quick to respond and have on occasion presented an alternate solution to my question. We have experienced no outages, was a bit slow for a day or so, but they quickly resolved that issue.

They have great training videos through their YouTube channel and are proactive in notifying you of enhancements and are transparent on their future development road map.

I also think the value for money is great, we really appreciate the pricing being based on the number of projects and not the number of users, this allows us to not limit the number of users assigned to a project to just those critical few and therefore allows more exposure to our projects from a larger team....this is critical for us.

I would highly recommend Teamwork, certainly worth a demo if you are looking for a SaaS based product....its intuitive design will make your decision an easy one.

Overall: Teamwork is fantastic! Our in-house marketing team uses it for project management. As a graphic designer, I can organize and plan my workload for the day, week, or month. All the details I need are right there and gone are the days of lost folders or notes. Pros: -short learning curve.

Cons: -no particular structuring to most things. like files, notes. messages etc......

Overall: It will very good if we can have better structure for the below:

-Better and visual task management (currently we can only enter main tasks and sub tasks are difficult to manage)
-Kanban and scrum boards (+ GitHub integration for issue management)
-Better messaging/conversations
-Better structure/grouping for files and notebooks.

My biggest problem is files being thrown to a single level and no particular structure to them.
(for example: who wants to see a screenshot attached to a message within the files section which we keep major documentation.) It is very easy to get lost in files. We defiantly need a structuring for it.

Recommendations to other buyers: You guys need to be proactive and improve with more features. It feels like product is not being improved with major functionality but only with minor feature improvements and some new integrations. There are loads of major features which you can/need to add or soon people will start to switch to other software which do improve themselves.

Pros: Fully functioning feature list. Intuitive but not complicated to figure out. Harvest integration.

Cons: I wish there were a few more pricing tiers. Like a $90 per month for 250 projects tier. I also wish we could have a few more features from Harvest. We love that integration because we use that for timetracking and invoicing but wish we didn't have to "bill" our company when someone uses it. I also wish we could automate project creation through TW into Harvest.

Overall: We chose this product after trying about 6 others and this one had the capability features that allowed us to scale our use of the product to match our larger organization. We love that we can add as many users and streamline workflow for everyone involved. Very intuitive user experience. Love all the features and don't have too many issues with it.

Comments: I would really like to see more functionality with scheduling dates associated with tasks. It seems like this is such a manual system. For example, if we miss a deadline on a early task, I have to manually go in and change every following task. It would be helpful if there was "predecessor" feature - where subsequent tasks don't start until prior ones are complete. Also, if templates could be built with days assigned to each task, with a schedule that can flow in just based on the project start date, that would be much more efficient.

You can do this for all tasks in a project (https://support.teamwork.com/projects/tasks/bulk-edit-all-tasks-in-a-project), task list (https://support.teamwork.com/projects/efficiency/bulk-editing-tasks-on-a-task-list) or all subtasks (https://support.teamwork.com/projects/efficiency/bulk-editing-sub-tasks). When creating task list templates you'll be able to schedule the start and due dates, just like you would for any new task. Comments: Overhaul very positive. Customer service is excellent and so is the product. There has been a few glitches lately, especially when changing dates on the dashboard late tasks and the application being off-line or very slow.
Looking forward to the cleaner dashboards, resources and analytics (this is badly needed and I think, like us, other companies would be willing to up to sign up for the enterprise package when these features arrive).
The new integration with Office is excellent, one extar feature if possible - would be great if you tick off a completed task while still in it.
I deal with quite a few service providers and Teamwork has by far the best customer support.

Overall: Hi Teamwork Team,

We have been using Teamwork PM for a while now and found in general it works fairly well for what we do. We are a consulting engineering company doing projects that range from a few thousand to a few million dollars. Right now we have eight employees but have had as high as 11.

We often have lots of projects in various stages and we have clients for which we operate on an "on-call" basis. For example, right now we have 48 open projects. Obviously, with eight employees we can't be working on all of them at the same time and several are clients for which we have an "on-call" contract with so we keep at task list called "on-call" open with those clients. It helps to keep some visibility for all the clients we have active.

One of our biggest frustrations with clients is and TeamworkPM is we can't suspend a group of tasks or a task list and then have it not show up as a late set of tasks, etc. We often have a client suspend tasks we are working on because they do not have permits ready, are still working on funding, or have to wait for something else they are working on to be completed. We can take the end date out of tasks but then we lose the history of when the task was originally supposed to be completed. The same happens if we simply extend the end date. We have tried putting a label on the tasks that say "suspend" but they still show up as late tasks. It would be really great to be able to suspend a task/task list and then it is essentially frozen and is not reported in late tasks until we unsuspend it.

Also, it would be great if we could make the standard notebook default to be "This is just a little change" because we often use the notebooks to record conference call notes during the call. If someone forgets to click, "This is just a little change" then we end up with multiple versions of the notes.

It would be great if there were better integration between the GNATT chart in TPM and Microsoft Project. While we are not fans of MS Project, we have clients that want their reports in MSProject. The conversion from TPM to MS Project can take some effort since MS Project is more detailed when dealing with critical path and dependencies.

The last issue is how to get employees to really use it and keep it up to date! :-) Maybe an electric shock in their chair! :-) As with any tool, one has to use it for it to be successful.

Overall, we like the tool.

I will also say the Customer service has been awesome.

Recommendations to other buyers: Overall, this has been great software and we use it all the time. Just a note on your "Industry" Pick list. I did not see electrical or communications engineering, which is what we do.

Regarding suspended tasks - you can choose to add due dates or not to a tasks. They will always appear to be late if they are not completed before the due date assigned. There is no plan to change this right now. But I'll pass on your suggestion. A work around could be changing due dates and adding comments under the tasks or in their description with the initial dates. You could also add suspended tags to these tasks. Pros: The ease of use Teamwork has created makes this software simple enough for even non-tech savvy people to quickly understand. The integration into Chrome and TeamworkChat is terrific. The fact I can get updates on my phone keeps me in the loop. I love how easy it is to move projects and/or tasks around to various people in my company. Adding sub tasks and comments is extremely useful. I could go on and on...

Cons: I wish the calendar feature integrated with Outlook beyond a 'read-only' ability.

Overall: Not only is Teamwork good with creating tasks for you to keep/to, but creating tasks for your entire team is so simple that I rarely have to talk to my team about the nitty-gritty anymore; giving me time to handle the day-to-day project deadlines. TeamworkProjects has made my life as a project manager so much more simple. Everything (literally everything - files, links, messages, images, notes, ideas...) are all in one place; easily organized and easy to find.

I use Teamwork Projects exclusively for my work base. The integrations with Chome is also a very handy feature in that I can set tasks/reminders for myself and/or send a link to a teammate without leaving the webpage I am one.

Teamwork is one of the most intuitive and powerful managements systems I have used and I highly recommend it to anyone who is working. It can be used for any number of tasks and will save your whole team time and money in the end.

Recommendations to other buyers: I wish I found it sooner. Use it to handle your personal 'to-do' lists and also to handle your project from start to finish. Teamwork has created LOADS of useful features for project management, so take advantage of the software. Especially the Gannt Charts.

Comments: Teamwork was chosen because the pricing model and user handling works for our organization.
The good:
- The Combination of lists and nested tasks makes sense and provides a flexible project structure
- daily project summary emails are helpful
- Gantt chart exporting is a nice bonus

The bad:
- the web interface is just clunky and slow to use
- very few integrations (relying so heavily on Zapier just increases the cost of using the product)
- severely underpowered native mobile clients
- please begin using the iOS document picker so file types other than images can be uploaded
- the calendar is just confusing to use

Pros: ease of use with interface, flexibility with tasks and task lists. Milestone calendar view makes my clients vary happy.

Cons: -resourcing + team scheduling functionality

-ability to customize look/personalize

Overall: I absolutely love teamwork and so does my team (or at least as much as they can when their forced to track time. We've been loyal except for a two year period where we used mavenlink. Our primary reason for using Mavenlink was because they have the functionality to assign resources specific hours to the day and quickly see if your over/under resourced. We moved back to teamwork in the summer because I scaled back the agency (personal matter). But we are growing again and need resourcing. I'm using some work arounds, but it is far from ideal. Can we be your guinea pig as you role out the new software? We want to grow together with you, just as we have in the past.

We need to be able to see a dashboard (with filtering) of project estimates/hours assigned to each person, totalled by the day and the week, as well as the ability to interact with feilds to change the hours. ie create a schedule (w/assigned hours that are specific to a task or task list.)

Pros: It is both easy to use and comprehensive.

Cons: Maybe I just do mot know the feature, but I would like to be able to put times to my activities so that I know e.g. From 08:00-09:00 I am doing X and then from 09:00-11:15 I am doing Y. With a sound, so that I know when to stop one task and start another.

Overall: One of our project mamagers told me about Teamwork at first. I thought that I'd have to give it a try, since it came highly recommended by a professional. He was 100% correct!

Teamwork has made my workday a pleasure as I never miss a step or a deadline anymore! Also, I have no "what should I do next" moments as I get my to do list in my inbox witout fail. I use it to track multiple projects and it remains easy to use.

I had an ISO 9000 external audit last week and I showed the auditor how I schedule and plan on Teamwork. He was so impressed that he commended me and the product at the close-out meeting! I was overjoyed!

Thank you for a beautiful product, jam-packed with all the right stuff AND a great blog with lots of worthwhile info as well.

Cons: No proper Arabic support, we need to have full RTL support for the website and app.

Overall: I was a member since 2015, loved it and always recommend it for my clients and friends. One issue we really like to see it resolved is the RTL support for Arabic and Arabic translation in the app.

Pros: Powerful filtering, tagging features, invoicing features, ease of use

Cons: For users who aren't project managers, it can show more information than they need. I would love for there to be a simpler dashboard pertaining only to what the user needs to know, such as their own tasks and messages.

Overall: I love Teamwork Projects because it is very powerful without compromising on ease of use. It has all the features you'd expect out of a project management tool, with a few extras that set it apart - for example, the freeform tagging system is very useful, and the filtering options make it really easy to get out the information you need. Projects makes it easy for us to track the amount of time spent on client projects and bill them accordingly and also makes it easy for us to track the time of our contractors so we can pay them quickly.

Comments: It has been difficult to get staff buy-in because the system is not really intuitive...suggest having user groups to build out the system. Also webinars to provide training.

The Gantt chart function can be a bit slow to respond.

Overall: I've been using TeamWork since early 2016. We've created templates in it for our business purpose, which is integrating companies after a merger (or doing a carve-out). Many advisors at Global PMI Partners have adopted the tool for their projects, as have some of our customers, who got hooked on it.

TeamWork is simple enough to be intuitive, and complete enough to facilitate complex project management.

Recommendations to other buyers: Keep up the good work.
