Comments: Great reporting, easy configuration, powerful, and positive experience interacting with their support team. It is a tool that helps everyone work together on choosing projects and working the projects. It would be nice if the financial analysis was easier to use.

Comments: I use the software on a regular basis and don't have any complaints. It is straight forward and does what you expect. This is the first cloud PM tool I have used so I don't really know how it compares to others but it does everything I need. I use it when assigned to IT related projects so I can't comment on usage for other departments.

Comments: It was easy to setup and simple to use. It is great for a company with people in lots of different places. It also has the ability to restrict access in different ways when projects need to be limited to certain users. We needed to use it in ways that are probably not typical but found their support team to be very helpful. Unlikely other software we are mandated to use, it is nice to have software like this that is user friendly.

Comments: We evaluated a lot of different vendors and found WorkOtter (named VPMi at the time of purchase) to be a lot less expensive than the other vendors that met all of our needs. Some of the other vendors had some neat features but we didn't think it was enough to justify the extra costs.

We found the software to be easy for our users to learn which helped a lot with adoption. I think a lot of implementations aren't successful because the product is overly complex.

We also thought the support team was really friendly and knowledgeable.
