Comments: Overall the tool looks good and should cover the requirements we have. There is a learning curve in understanding how to configure users, projects and the permissions between them. Once setup and configured it is quite straight forward to use on an ongoing basis.

Pros: Users recognize a significant increase in effficiency after implementation to get a higher
efficiency.
The User Interface is much more friendly, attractive and very easy to use.
Handling more projects in less time is the main focus of several customers, Easy Redmine is helping to increase the productivity.
we recognized that the purchase is worthy and no further hesitate to be honest.

Cons: Until now, I don't see any Cons in the software...

Overall: We have had a very new challenge of portfolio management, we were hesitating to hire a solution that could not serve our requirements in the business case.

After a deep search, we found that the Easy Redmine is the best solution to have in our group of companies. This is due to the fact it meets our requirement in terms of:

1. Improve Project Management Experience.
2. Enhance Competitiveness between the group of companies and the users as well.
3. Modernize Business Processes and Systems.
4. Cutting cost and open license solution.
5. Increase Operating Efficiency.

There is a greater need to provide accurate, comprehensive portfolio management reporting of performance. This cannot be achieved from the current MS Project, wrike.com or any other similar software... We found Easy Redmine is the best solution.

Comments: Easy Redmine was easy installed by the support is a really useful programm. he core Features are working properly. Interaktive Gantt-Chart "Easy Gantt" replaces the normal Redmine Gantt which had some problems for us.

The mobile app could have some more improvements, but it's useful for the things it does.

German translations could be a little bit improved at some points, but it does not prevent the right use.

All together for the price it's a really good programm. If there are better programms out there i bet they cost a multiple.

Comments: Our working environment is all based on easy redmine product- tasks, milestones, all managed in one platform which helps us to planing, view proggress and more!
We took the the attendance report process one step further and integrated biometric login data into Easy Redmine where all the aggregated reporting is managed.

Comments: We use Easy Redmine every day to plan projects and all staff reports the time they work using the brilliant timer feature.
The helpdesk feauture is also great, our customers can send emails or login to register new issues and they can also follow them up in a very easy to use interface.
We also integrate with subversion to easily track changesets to issues or tasks in Easy Redmine.
We would recomend Easy Redmine to anyone that needs detailed planning and easy to use time reports.

Comments: I believe that users can have very good experience using cloud version and don't need to be familiar with Redmine first. Yet Easy Redmine is not so easy for people who need to host their own servers, as Easy Redmine is more like a independent product rather than plugins for Redmine, you may have trouble when need doing some customizations, e.g. customize your own theme( I mean full css customization, not just brand or font colors...).
And I hope on-premise server's support can get better. Sometimes I feel that we don't speak the same language :P Yet, Easy Redmine is still a good product for it's providing great user experience.

our decision to implement redmine and easy redmine was a strategic decision after studying several solutions in the market. below please find the a brief about our pros and cons experience.

Pros:
- Easy redmine, has enabled redmine application powers and gave our company a great competitive advantage by combining two pillars for any project based company, first operations which was covered by redmine and highly enhanced by easy redmine. and the other pillar is project management and this is by the beautiful easy gantt and resource management views that made our team love working on it.

Cons:
- One of the main cons that easy redmine has encountered, is launching half cooked versions , however they later on work on perfecting it.

Comments: We moved to EasyRedmine after using 3 separate tools for project and issue management. Comments: I´ve tryed serval easy-plugins on my normal redmine instance. For me and my projects the easy Gantt plugin was the most powerfull tool for visualizes issues AND editing them "on the fly".

I´m very happy with the plugin. Also a bug which I had found was quickly fixed. You get an email when a newer Verion of your plugin is released;

The baselines feature is something I wouldn´t miss anymore. freeze your project in the beginning as a baseline and you can compare it with any step in the future or even in the end to reflect where projectmanaging was less optimistic ^^

Comments: It has an easy handling task updates and creation. Easy Gantt helps to plan the time schedule of the tasks.
The knowlodge base and ToDo lists makes it easy to structure information and to keep track of those.
Planning and run projects are much easier and relyable as all participants share the same information.

The help desk plugin helped us to deliver better support to our customers.

Though there are still some missing handling features we are very happy with it.
There should be a better handling of the filters and the gui. On some pages filters are visible on ours not. No configuration ist available.

Comments: As a software development company we worked with Redmine for few years to track our issues and projects management, but we needed more easy to use Gantt option and resource management.
Last year we choose to give a try on Easy Redmine.
With the support of the customer service we migrated our services to Easy Redmine in a couple of days with the ready to use VM they supplied us.
Now we're using every day the Gantt and resource management to plan our teams daily work.
We use the easyredmine project management to get 25+ people working together easily.

Comments: We started with EasyRedmine 10 months ago befor some of the updates. There were many bugs and problems so we were wondering if we will use it in the end. After some interventions with the custommer service I have notices that the upgreads are already solving the problem. In the end all of bugs were taken out and now it is very user friendly and responding to our needs.

Comments: + This program could save 30% of our resource for customer Projects. It does not need a lot of training and is well accepted to the users. New figures are coming and can improve constantly the System.
+ The service is always friendly and willing to help us.

- After an update we have often some Points that are not working anymore. That means that we have to wait for bug corrections. I suggest that the Software is more tested before delivery.

Comments: We already use Easy Redmine over 2 years.
With the good documentation of the REST API make the introduction is easy.

Easy Redmine help us to managed the different departments with detailed rights management .
We can control any fields and give only the most important information to employees.
The solution is more than only a project management, with the modul concept and extensions we use in distribution, back office and production. We are continue pleased to have opted for easy redmine.

Why can I only awarded 4 stars:
The quality of the translation is poor. We had himself optimize the translation in code. Meanwhile, we have learned from the support that the translation is completely revised. This are good news and closes the only weakness I known.

Comments: The good points include all the built in plug ins that are well integrated for project management.
I liked the Agile board plug in plus documents feature most. Also the sequence for tasks is good to use. Resource management and Cost estimation features are also very useful as no separate excel has to be maintained for the same.
Improvement areas are Customer support as sometimes follow up is required which could be avoided by timely response.

Pros:

Comments: We were looking for a online PM solution for our IT department, which could help us with planning, resource planning and managing our different helpdesk inboxes with all of the incoming change requests and issues. EasyRedmine has all of this functionality and much more. EasyRedmine has a modular set-up and you can add plugins to the basic set-up at a small extra cost. I've worked with and tried different PM tools in the past (teamwork, Jira, Attask) and Easyredmine has all of the functionality of these other tools at a fraction of the cost. You can customize the solution to great length (I would recommend paying for the extra consultancy for setting the entire solution up to meet your requirements,though you can do this yourself with some extra effort). The EasyRedmine team is constantly developing and publishing new plugins with extra features and functionality. I highly recommend this solution to any IT department and IT consultancy for managing their operations and client work. It will result in internal transparency and more efficient operations and a better service for your clients.

Comments: We have been using Redmine for well over a decade. It's one of the best Open Source Project tools out there... It's fast, flexible and highly customizable.

Imagine you took Redmine with just about every useful plugin and rolled it into a single piece of software and then added a few unique plugins, the best Gantt Chart around, a great mobile interface and fantastic customer support... That pretty much describes EasyRedmine.

We've been using it for a couple years on several projects and are now working towards migrating all of our projects to it. Although we've experienced a few minor problems along the way the support staff at EasyRedmine have been extremely responsive and dealt with problems very quickly.

Likewise, we are always pleasantly surprised as new versions bring cool new features and general improvements to it's usability.

Need I say more? Check it out. You will not regret it.

We can glean our contructions in the future, if there is an issue. Comments: It's a good product, only the gantt plugin is poor. i'm thinking the gantt module was like ms project or other gantt software. Gantt plugin is just a presentation without logic.

Comments: We use Easy Redmine for a variety of projects (operational, financial, software development, and BI, for example). The system is flexible and easy to configure. The implementation and data migration phases went very well and we have had great support throughout the process. Using Easy Redmine has given management visibility into our projects that we did not have before (status of project, backlogs, where our resources are utilized, etc.). Although we requested some custom development early on, for the most part, Easy Redmine met our needs out of the box. The product is feature rich and the price is low compared to products with similar features. We are satisfied with the performance of the product and would not hesitate to choose it again.
