Comments: Thank you, Kevin, for your review! I deleted my account immediately (I was just started with my free month).
First of all, the app on iOS was delevered for free, so I subscribed, but after that, I saw it was only for 1 month. That was not announced in the description of the app. That was the first thing that was not very conform to the rules. I understand that this app can not be free, at last, but I don't like it when they cheat people with saying it is free!

Comments: This has been a Nightmare!! The software program itself is fine, but very complicated to set up. The real problem begins when your "Free Trial Period" ends and you give Beesy notice that you do not want to "subscribe" to their BeesApps application. Somehow they "mistakenly" billed the credit card that I had to provide them in order to access the "Free Trial" of BeesApps. When I brought this to the attention of the Beesy President, David Chevenement in March 2015, he offered to help me with the BeesApps setup and then left my account open despite my notice to close my account and Beesy continued to bill me monthly on my credit card.

In October 2015, I sent the following e-mail directly to Beesy President, David Chevenement:

"I am outraged that I e-mailed you back in March to cancel a subscription that I never signed on for and I followed your instructions to unsubscribe. Originally, I signed on for a free trial. Once that trial offer expired and I got charged for the first month's 'subscription,' I wrote to you to cancel the subscription that I never ordered in the first place. As you can see from the e-mail string below, I even responded to you with the reason as to why I was unsubscribing.

Please check your records and determine why I was not unsubscribed back in March of this year and why you continue to charge me a monthly subscription fee.

If I am not reimbursed for all of the fees that you have charged me from March 2015 forward, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and consumer complaint agency (including internet websites) to warn other consumers about my experience."

David Chevenement replied to this e-mail and reimbursed me for the previous few months. However, in November 2015, Beesy began charging my credit card all over again! This, in spite of the fact that I have not used the BeesApps application since I notified Beesy in March 2015 of my desire to terminate my Free Trial of BeesApps.

Last week I sent Beesy President, David Chevenement an e-mail demanding a full refund of all charges, but he has not responded.

This review site unfortunately did not allow me to give Zero stars, otherwise I would have given Beesy and its BeesApps application ZERO STARS for Overall and Customer Service!!!!
