Pros: An affordable price and user-friendly. Very easy to use

Cons: Can be improved further.

Overall: As a Small Enterprise, and mainly depend on Gmail for all the companies business, Buzzflow immensely help us to improve the efficiency and productivity of the company. A great product at an affordable price.

Comments: We were looking for a simple CRM that works with Google so that we can more effectively handle our pipeline. We really wanted to escape the Excel hell that we had created for ourselves. We evaluated several solutions and settled on Buzzflow because of its nice integration with Google and its intuitive UI.

Comments: This is my 3rd month in to BuzzFlow CRM. It's UI is super simple and addictive. I Like the way how I can simply arrangement sales dashboard. I've got few pipelines setup to handle different lines of sales, took only few minutes to set it up.

Comments: As a systems integrator, we require aggressive follow up with customers. We also have long sales cycles so keeping track of what has happened is of paramount importance.

We started using Buzzflow because of its tight integration with Gmail, however the product has evolved rapidly with the web and mobile apps as well, which have increased its usability and friendliness.

The visual pipelines feature is great and allows us to track every step of our sale and take the requisite action to proceed to the next step.

A great tool that I can highly recommend.
