Pros: Fairly easy to use

Cons: Not really using its full functionality, as we are not specifically the target audience for the product.

Overall: We are an Educational Technology department that uses the software for our personal and group projects. It is great to keep track of our multiple tasks, but we also realize it is not being used to its fullest potential.

Pros: Easy to use
Elegant and nice UI

Cons: Not very flexible
Not easy to integrate with other ALM tools (it is not a defect but the philosophy of the tool)

Overall: I have been using Vivify Scrum to teach Scrum to students (I am a professional scrum trainer).

It is easy to start with, very visual and simple. With Vivify Scrum you can emulate the physical information radiators on the wall with an IT system that does not force you to enter a lot of information so the experience is still agile.

Pros: nice looking easy use, seems to have a bunch of good dtat ans reports

Cons: slow for ous system, not an easy way to move parent and child cards all at one time

Overall: we moved from another product to vivify to help us with some things. We have a bunch of items and task cards in our old system that seem to bog down the old system. now it seem to be bogging down vivify also.

Recommendations to other buyers: why not use the scrum system to get out faster deplyments

Pros: It is clean, simple and intuitive

Cons: I wish I could duplicate whole boards or set defaults for when an item is first created.

Overall: After trying out many different scrum tools at work, this is the only one that all the engineers could get behind. It is easy to use, clean, and has all the necessary features. There are a few bells and whistles that you might get somewhere else, but they come with enough annoyances that we all prefer this one.

Pros: Simple to use and not expensive. Has some integration with GitLab.

Cons: Only partial integration with GitLab, could have more webhooks set up.

Overall: We've been using VivifyScrum in conjunction with GitLab for our development team and business team to be on the same page. It is lacking in full integration with GitLab, but hopefully, they can build out more webhooks or API connections shortly. We have always been greeted with responsive support, and even had a recommended functionality fix taken care of in a short period of time which was great! If there was time tracking built in that would be awesome. Overall, it's a good tool for some use cases, but I hope they keep developing it.

Pros: Filters; the ability to easily track size, priority task type as well as labels; simplicity.

Cons: It feels a little slower to make child tasks (than Trello) but the values are cumulative on the parent so that's nice. Still needs a mobile app.

Overall: My small team of 6 switched to VivifyScrum from Trello. There are several similarities however, the additional features are really great for our team. Burndown charts and stats as well as making it simple to track our velocity. The filters are great. I'm hopeful for the mobile app. Everything we need and nothing we don't.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's a great price point and easy to use.

Pros: The ease of use, the nice interface.

Cons: Have more theme selection

Overall: We have been using Vivify for quite a while and we just love it. Really helps to have a feel of what is going on with the team works. I really like how easy we can attach files to tasks and the interface to Slack.

Recommendations to other buyers: Need a simple project management software solution, that is different from MS Project and the likes? You can't go wrong with Vivify.

Comments: We use VivifyScrum as everyday business running and development tasklist-tool. It fulfills our must-have needs but have little-bit little functionality in searching and filtering options. It will be nice if you can save multiple predefined search/filter options and share them with other board users. Also there is some UI glitches but nothing really big. Overall - compared to rivals - VivifyScrum is a bang for the buck.

Pros: Fairly easy to learn the basics

Cons: We are not really a developer or heavy team project user of the product.

Overall: We use it to keep track of projects. Our developer runs the meetings and probably benefits from Vivify's functionality more than the rest of us (who are not developers), but it keeps us on track. We have yet to use all of the features, and tend to only use it as a group once a week.

Pros: Planning poker

Ease of use

Cons: No epics feature

Overall: We use vivify for our agile development team of 6 developers and a product manager. We find vivify to have everything we need for our agile scrum process. Management of jobs and communication between developers has increased since using vivify. The User interface is very intuitive and the built in planning poker is a wonderful feature that allows our terms to plan effectively even when people are out the office, or there is no free meeting room!

Pros: Scrum but not too complicated like Jira

Cons: The UI is a bit clunky

Overall: We have been using Vivify to get our team introduced to Scrum methodologies, and it has worked brilliantly. Having the UI update in real time is really helpful. Also, integrating with Gitlab has been great, we can now link our commits to real issues. It would be nice to see some improvements to the UI in future, but things are going in the right direction.

Pros: Ease of use. Mobile management.

Cons: Mobile app doesn't have all the same functionality. Site still takes some learning and work to use correctly and still misses some features.

Overall: This has been the primary tool for managing my project this year. We chose the tool due to its appearance, features and apparent ease of use. There was a lot we still needed to learn, and often, it doesn't behave as expected. There's no integration of user stories and we struggled to connect tasks if they were dependent to one another (parent tasks can only have one child task, and parent tasks can't become children of other tasks). Overall it's been a great tool, it has great opportunity to grow.

Cons: There is still no Android app

Overall: Simple and clean design contributes to good UX. Features you don't use, don't interfere with your workflow. I like that one can choose between Scrum and Kanban boards depending on the project you have. It is reliable and helps me organize my work as well as my other projects (from marketing activities, organizing campaigns to apartment renovation).

Pros: I like flexibility. It can be adapted to various kinds of business.

Cons: I will like to see it on mobile platforms.

Overall: I own independent t-shirt brand, and we are using Vivify Scrum on a daily basis tracking all orders and shipping. We have even called in our print shop on board, so it is much easier to communicate this way.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's free for a single user, so you can try it and see if you like it, like we do.

Comments: Good design and simplicity are important to me and VivifyScrum manages to create a great UX. It¿s simple to understand (no need for long intro tutorials and stuff like that). It has definitely helped me work easier with my clients. Now they can see what I¿m working on, comment tasks and ideas and actively participate in creating new tasks. A great tool that helps me do my job.
