Pros: I like the ease, the various custom options as well as the reporting features. It is very easy to train new associates with all of the videos and collateral provided from support.

Cons: I wish there were more automation tools for assigning and completing tasks. The calendar view is just terrible. The timeline view is confusing and will not perform how we need it it. Customer service sends me to twitter for updates. I don't like that either.

Overall: By having accountability and a clear cut understanding of who is responsible for tasks, we benefit from Wrike.

Wrike has been a game changer for us in terms of transparency and collaboration.

Pros: We love the transparency of it. We know what everyone is working on and the status on our projects. We can report on our work and quickly make adjustments to the backlog when needed. Collaboration is better than ever before and the ability to report has been incredible.

Cons: There are some buggy things we've found with how projects are sorted in the My Work and Folders areas. It doesn't cause a major stoppage, but is more of an annoyance. We do wish that there was an icon next to a project if there are attachments on the project, just like the paperclip icon next to the title of a Task that shows that there are attachments. Also, the ability to duplicate reports and give selective rights to reports would add so much more value to an already great software.

Overall: There are many benefits we've seen but the biggest benefit is transparency, collaboration and reporting.

Pros: Easy to use and visually engaging. And training was easy to do. The ability to get started was good.

Cons: Limited in features and uses. Not easy to set up several subscriptions and manage them. The finding of items was difficult.

Pros: I love the freedom it gives you to build a project managment structure that fits your business. You can build projects that are very simple and projects that are very complex. best of all you can visualize projects through Gantt charts, Kanban charts, or just old-fashioned spreadsheets.

Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve to using Wrike to its fullest potential. I don't see this as a bad thing but it takes a bit of time.

Wrike is a great tool that keeps track all of our developers tasks.

Pros: The ability to use it for free in the beginning - if I paid money I would be pissed. They could improve - but there are better choices out there.

Cons: Their interface and UX is not easy to use. I would suggest a revamp. Remember that Google's clean interface does better than Yahoo's cluttered one.

Pros: Multiple chart options for displaying timelines
Easy comment buttons (can just reply to an email and everything is captured)
Ability to create custom folders and other set up features
Can grab a visual of a project in under 30 seconds
Customized reporting options

Cons: If you don't do the training up front or keep up with updates you can easily get lost. Wrike has some awesome features but you have to stay on your toes to take advantage of them.

Overall: We're a small team of about 15 employees and were originally hesitant to bring on a project management software since email seemed to be working alright for our needs but after realizing things were getting lost in the shuffle, we decided to try Wrike out.

I'm so glad we did. We've been using them for about three years and it's really helped us move forward in project planning and scoping. Right off the bat, Wrike held a training for our company. They did an in-depth training for those of us who were looking to learn the application inside/out and an overall training for the rest of the team. Sure, lots of people do training but then they followed up about 30 days later to uncover what we felt was lacking. From there they did a second training where they helped us customize our work space. I thought that was a really nice touch.

Currently we use Wrike to manage internal and external team hours, create project scoping timelines, uncover potential roadblocks and to get everyone on the same page about changes/updates/etc. It's a great tool. One of my favorite features is that you can print individualized reports for a person or print out the total hours by project.

I'd love for Wrike to add more color and font customization options just because it's hard to see changes sometimes in the comment boxes. I'd also like to see more customization options for the interface for individual users. Overall, I'd recommend Wrike if you're looking to grow your business efficiency.

Pros: We thought it was a powerful tool -- but none of that power is accessible if it takes too much time and energy to use it. (for a small staff)

Cons: Time consuming to update projects.

Overall: We paid for a year of this software, with all the best expectations. However, as we began to use it, we found that for our size organization, it was more time and trouble to keep it updated than it was not to use it. Their no-refund policy is incredibly customer-unfriendly, and, as a small education nonprofit, has really deprived us of a sum that is significant to us, for a SAAS we are not able to use. It's not like a product that we used up so we can't return it. Wrike would incur no additional loss for bandwidth we didn't use by refunding us our money. Frankly I am shocked, and would tell others not to take the risk of purchasing it. As certain as you may be that it meets your needs, the risk of finding out you don't like it as you go along, or circumstances change, can cost you a substantial sum.

Recommendations to other buyers: Caveat emptor.

Pros: The overview options of the projects (timeline is very useful for a visual overview of production)

Cons: It miss important features like to possibility of each user order their projects the way they way.

Overall: I work in a brewery and I use Wrike to have a better overview of our production line. Each project on Wrike represents a tank with a beer being brewed. Therefore, each project (tank/beer being brewed) covers a lot of information (start-end dates, tasks etc) fill in/out by the different team-works.

Pros: I liked how you could visually see the status of a project you entered into the system and see how many projects were assigned to co-workers. This allowed us to easily tell who had fewer projects and more time to complete work.

Cons: When using the two-step authenticator, I disliked having to open a separate app to receive the code. Often times the original code would expire before I had a chance to enter and it caused me to refresh several times. I also disliked the number of notifications the system sends for a project.

Overall: Our company attempted to use Wrike to manage several pieces of content we were creating for multiple client projects. However, because of the volume of content, we were producing and our internal editing process, we found Wrike did not help us manage our needs. For a single client and/or project, Wrike would have been beneficial, especially to help our project managers track progress over time. Overall, the system was fairly easy to set up and manage.

Pros: Great for communicating with other people in your department. Especially if you have remote employees or a large team. Easy to use, easy to communicate with others.

Cons: I think there are a lot of 'hidden' features in Wrike. I'd love if they gave more tips/tricks to make using Wrike even more powerful.

Overall: We've been using Wrike for about 6 months across our entire department. It's particularly useful when one group within the dept. needs an asset, design, etc from another. We can easily request whatever we need within Wrike. The communication is also seamless, there is a Slack integration which is awesome, so you never miss updates.

Pros: Versioning and editing capabilities.

Cons: Lots of features, so it can get overwhelming.

Overall: We began looking for a marketing project management tool last year when we grew frustrated with the IT-focused service ticket tool we had tried to modify to meet our needs. After reviewing several different products, we decided on Wrike. The interface was clean and simple to use, it was an inexpensive system (and thus helped our argument to spend money on functionality that we "already had in-house"), and the sales representative was helpful. We have a team of five creators/designers so we purchased a five-seat subscription; however, you can add unlimited "collaborators" if you need, for example, some outside your team to review your work (in our case, our compliance team has to review our work but wouldn't otherwise use the system). We've created a form for others to use to request work from us (a super easy process) and customized the workflows and categories to meet our needs. Our creative team's favorite feature is the Adobe integration; they love that they can pull up Wrike in a sidebar when they are working in Adobe. I love the Word document editing integration (I'm the content person). And we all love that we can make comments directly on the document for editing and that the document creates versions for easy reference. Our old process was to upload, download, print, markup, upload, repeat. You get the picture. Overall, we would highly recommend Wrike.

Recommendations to other buyers: We love it and continue to expand its capabilities and usefulness as we learn more.

Comments: Wrike is a combination of traditional project management software (like Microsoft Project) and a professional social network. This product takes the responsibility of the project manager to maintain and update the project and spreads it out to the whole team.

Each task or subtask has its own chat history, so communication between stakeholders is easy and auditable. Those team members with the appropriate permissions can update the task's schedule and Wrike will automatically adjust the whole project. Users can also attach images inline in the chat history, and attach files to the task.

At my work, we use Wrike to manage high-touch test execution projects. These are particularly suitable because the test staff often has questions for design engineers or team management. It is very useful to have all of the Q&A, testing documentation and reports in one place for a given task. Another feature we use frequently is the task checklist - small items in the task description that don't necessarily warrant a full-blown subtask.

I work remotely, and Wrike has made it possible for me to manage detailed preparation for a complex testing project without ever setting foot in the lab. I can imagine it would work well for other types of projects in many other industries.

Comments: There are a handful of ways in which I use Wrike: project management tool, personal organizer, and wiki.

As a project management tool, it is useful to be able to create folders or projects full of tasks and share them with your team. I like that I can assign tasks to people and Wrike can automatically send emails to notify people that they're responsible for a task or subtask. Wrike has many of the features you would expect from a project management tool, such as dependencies and date constraints. Unfortunately, though, Wrike lacks a field that allows you to enter a workload in terms of hours. By default, you can assign date constraints and a duration. This is useful for viewing your project in the Gantt view, but it is useless for Workload view. Wrike has a great feature in Custom Fields, which can sort of be used as a workaround for the Workload shortcoming, but why not include it as standard?

Since Wrike gives you the flexibility to make tasks as incomplete or as fleshed out as you'd like, one can imagine many useful applications. Tasks and folders are merely vessels and if they can be filled with objects and given handles that are useful to you, then they can serve different purposes.

I have folders that I use for staying organized. Wrike is comparable to Microsoft OneNote in this way. Rather than covering my desk with Post-it notes, I create tasks in Wrike. Wrike is like a second brain that lets me forget about the note for the moment and come back to it later. Wrike has many features which make it easy to change a task into whatever you need it to be. Later, my note might turn into a project, or it might remain a private information repository. A useful feature to add would be optical character recognition (OCR), which would allow me to scan documents and turn them into content in a Wrike task.

Since Wrike allows you to edit access down to the specific user or collaborator, it can be used like a wiki where you want to share information with other team members, but restrict access for others. I use Wrike tasks to keep track of useful information that I want to share with select few people, which I wouldn't be able to do if I put the information on the company intranet without considerable burden on the IT department.

Beware of one major downside to using Wrike, which is that it is dependent on a fast internet connection. Without that, you won't be able to access or edit your information.

Comments: In addition to seeing who is working on what project, this application allows each employee to be in time with respect to a calendar, Gant chart and timer. This also allows the employer to know the actual and not estimated time for each project and adjust prices accordingly.

Pros

Wrike allowed us to optimize our time. Easier to make the "dispatch " Internal communications related to projects, so easy to trace the activities of each job.

Cons

It lacks an integration that would be useful, with BaseCRM to create a task in a new project or existing project when a deal is concluded . It also lacks integration with Xero to notify Base or Xero when a contract is completed. The communication system is not intuitive enough in my opinion.

Pros: Easy to use.

Cons: Not very customizable. Doesn't do time tracking very well.

Overall: Our projects are more... status-oriented than task-oriented. So this software isn't for us. But if your company is more task-oriented than anything, you should DEFINITELY give this a shot.

Pros: The collaboration and conversation tracking tools are what have kept this as part of our ongoing product development toolkit here for the past two years. It is fast, responsive, and extremely flexible, serving a variety of different team configurations.

Cons: Search! As our database has grown we have far outstripped the search capabilities of the product, to the point where we've had to add in a few hooks to our workflows to keep even the basic function working. That and partial resource loading HAVE to be the next development steps in the pipeline or the company won't retain the customer base.

Overall: Wrike is unmatched when it comes to getting a rough sense of an overall project timeline and resource needs in a fast, low-overhead manner. Where other Project Management tools have either a steep learning curve or substantial upfront cost (or both!) Wrike is ready out of the box, when you need it, and as easy to use as typing a to-do list. That coupled with the cloud-based real-time collaboration engine and you have one really versatile, richly featured tool.

Recommendations to other buyers: Brainstorm early, Gantt often, and make sure you actually check the critical path at least daily on short timeline projects.

Pros: Great features like projects folders, tasks and subtasks with deadlines . Also great flexibility into who can see what. Great if you have freelancers or others outside. The mobile app is pretty good too.

Cons: The UI is sometimes overcomplicated. Things like selecting multiple tasks can become cumbersome. Also sometimes finding tasks seems like a witch hunt. Time tracking is not the easiest to do on the platform.

Overall: very robust project management tool with great feature potentials but usually these are all premium features that you need to upgrade to. Sometimes the process and interface just seem too complicated. that said, the tool does a good job with projects and task management and even time tracking.

Recommendations to other buyers: The pricing model is very restrictive and you are required to go into some unknown pricing model once you hit more than 15 users, which is quite small and means this is probably not the tool for an agency with a large team.

Comments: After shopping around Wrike were a good balance between cost and functionality (bang for buck) particularly as a small business. I found the workspace fairly intuitive although there were a few bits of clunkiness here and there.

The only missing element for me was the lack of automatic link between time logged to tasks and time remaining. Adjustment of time demands of tasks remains manual and it did become a little cumbersome and time consuming to continuously adjust these numbers (i.e. like a spreadsheet).

That being said the project team communication and documentation functions were great.

Pros: I like that it includes time-tracking so we know how much time is being spent on projects. We can create as many projects as we want. Having dashboards and reports is great.

Cons: Wish the interface could be customized to be lighter or have more whitespace. It's lacking some features, like a built-in chat app.

Overall: Wrike is pretty flexible for general project management and collaboration. It's missing some features and the interface is occasionally counterintuitive but it works well for most of our needs.

Comments: Each of the depts at our org have dept-specific tasks that recur per conference that we organize. We upload those using an Excel-based Wrike task template. The codes necessary to set specific deadlines and milestone dates are a bit complicated, and it's pretty hard to see how multiple colleague's tasks relate to one another in time and dependency. I wish there were a distinction between being assigned to a task and following a task's progress. I also wish that the task formatting were not so convoluted.

Pros: The easily customizable dashboards are my favorite feature. I have created several that allow me to look at workloads from different perspectives: by due date; by team member; tasks completed by day, week and month.

Cons: It could have better privacy controls on discussions. You can't maintain a single thread on a project that includes both private team messages and messages with collaborators, such as clients.

Overall: I have a team of over 20 writers and editors in my copywriting business. Wrike has been the perfect solution for keeping all of our writing and editing projects organized and assigned. It keeps due dates from being missed and is a great communication tool where all the communications on a task or project are easily seen in one place.

Recommendations to other buyers: It is important to understand the hierarchy of folders, projects, tasks and subtasks when making user or collaborator assignments and follows.

Wrike has kept many little tasks from falling through the cracks that could hurt or delay a project. Comments: Wrike has been the most favorable software I have used at my company. My favorite part about Wrike is that there are more features than I have found on any other software. Some of my favorite features include their Gantt chart, being able to easily duplicate complicated tasks using their Excel import, time tracking, Outlook integration, workload views, and ability to easily communicate with others. Being able to edit tasks, descriptions, and documents in real time gives my team the insight and access they need to be as productive as possible. The only feature I have found so far that I wish was more in depth is the time tracking feature. I really wish there was a desktop app for time tracking in Wrike so that you could play/pause time with a keyboard shortcut instead of going into each individual task to record time.

Comments: Lots of pros for Wrike to be honest, it's fully collaborative and customizable. Helps you keep track of projects whilst being transparent with your work, or confidential (if needed). Make dashboards to help you organize your tasks and keep them in an easy to view platform. Reports so you can track your progress and see if you're slacking off some weeks. I really can't think of some cons, maybe when you make custom fields it would be better to change the format and shape of the task view.

Comments: We use Wrike to manage both our short-term and long-term projects. Wrike is great collaboration tool for a team of our size (8 people). It allows us to communicate internally and share working ideas as well as documents and drafts.
What I like most about Wrike is the ease of use. It is easy to schedule new tasks and duplicate existing projects as templates that make it easy to scale. The task list and dashboard help me know what it is exactly i need to complete that day/week/month. I also appreciate that the product team at Wrike is adding new features and improvements fairly regularly.
But what can make it even better is easier navigation. I sometimes find myself going down a rabbit hole of tasks and dependencies and not realizing if i'm in the same project or not. The addition of sub-tasks was a great feature but sometimes other team members get lost navigating thru tasks, sub-tasks and projects.

Comments: After using several different programs to track new products and customization projects, we have found Wrike to be a very efficient solution for our entire company. In Wrike, we are able to set up and assign tasks necessary to complete projects, we can project completion dates thanks to the gantt chart and are able to store vital information in such a way that it is easy to access in the future. Currently the e-Learning Content Department is the primary user of Wrike, but it is accessible by the management team, sales, engineering, and customer service which allows us to communicate and collaborate company wide.
Wrike Pros
Gantt chart -- This helps with projects that are complex and require various tasks or phases to be completed in order to develop a final project. We simply could not plan product releases effectively without this!
Folders -- Organization is incredibly important when managing projects for several different facets (customer-driven, sales-driven, marketing-driven, etc) and the fact that I can manipulate and move projects into different folders helps me watch a project as it travels through our "workflow" from inception to delivery.
Tasks -- Not only developing unlimited tasks and sub-tasks with deadlines, but also being able to assign them to different people within our teams has allowed us to have a central point to work from. I highly appreciate the ability to duplicate folders with their included tasks as our workflow is often repeated for similar projects.

Comments: After working with several other project management / intranet solutions like trello, jira, asana & jira, Wrike was the first tool which made the onboarding for all departments very easy and fast and helped us to spend less time on understanding/teaching/integrating the tool because:

- the UI ist straigth forward so we didn't have to explain a lot
- the different views helped our employees to choose their favorite work layout
- setting up groups, repeating tasks and custom fields was very easy

We are using wrike for all elements of our business, HR, Marketing, Finance, Tech and even shopping/wish lists for lunch and events. We integrated our office365 and Dropbox Accounts + connect our Wrike to the different tools our clients use by using zapier.

The only small con is maybe a bit spendy BUT it's definitely worth it!

We are using Wrike to quickly turn notes into activities and build on the current methods to do a continuous improvement of the processes that were in place before the PMO mindset settled in. Wrike has allowed us to collaborate with ease and to be able to communicate expectations quickly not only internally but also to external contributors. The multidimensional aspect of the folders comes in very handy when your projects are long and transversal on scope and resources. It is very convenient and being allowed to interact directly from the Gannt is a big win.

When we met Wrike, we start to achieve and complete the projects through small goal, you can decaptive your project into small task to creat what you want.

What I like most about Wrike is the easy way to create projects, task and subtask, inside the project, documentation of the task and the project are usefull, you only have to organize your work, and even for that part Wrike are so usefull,

The only Cons for me its the way to handle the cost into your projects, but once you handled it will be easy for the rest of the projects.

Comments: Wrike is reliable, solid project management solution. Some PM software is too idealistic (Trello, Asana). Wrike lives in the space between the reality of what people are used to are far as project management(Gannt Chart, sub-tasks) and the future of what work will be (zapier integrations, well-designed mobile app). It was a smooth introduction in my company internally for the less tech savvy and a big hit for most teammates. We have seen Wrike replace a significant amount of our email communications. Very well designed app and the Wrike team is constantly making updates to the web and mobile apps. Highly recommend it for your team.

One con, if you are heavily tied to traditional PM with linked tasks in a variety of relationships Wrike is not your best fit. We operate from 'Sprint' folders to keep a focus on current work and plan the timing of upcoming work and Wrike works extremely well for our planning.

pros:

The ease of use is as easy or as complicated as you make it depending on what features you decide to use. Learning about the features is cumbersome - there has to be a better way of sharing that info.
In any case - this is a great inexpensive tool for teams to use when collaborating on the same project - makes it easy to see what people have done, who is falling behind, what's left to be done - etc.

Comments: We're 4 months into our implementation of Wrike. We've used it in our busy Communications and Marketing area which manages a heavy load of concurrent projects. Its enabled good communications and requests to be managed between this team and our web team. Now people in different teams can get a much better idea of where work is coming from, and how their task fits into the big picture. When times are busy, Wrike makes it easy to see where the workload is coming from. Wrike provides excellent documentation of the work history, so that we can review what we did last time and improve our process cycle. Now we have other teams in our organisation itching to jump on board!

Comments: Wrike has helped me to manage projects from both a high-level and granular perspective. The structure of Wrike and the easy of reviewing task status has greatly simplified the work required to keep tasks moving and prevented small tasks from slipping through the cracks. Wrike obviously won't do the work for you but helps by keeping tasks organized and prioritized. Wrike offers many great features including file revision control, gantt chart views, workload management, and easy filtering and searching. Overall I am very happy with the product and the company.

Comments: We use Wrike primarily as a Project management tool but we also use it for general documentation. This is the main factor why wrike sets himself above the competition. The flexibility in his folder / tag structure and the real time collaboration features enable us to use it in multiple ways. We use it as a ticketing system, a book inventory, IT Hardware inventory and naturally Project management, everything mixed together to get the best benefit as possible. Wrike is constantly evolving and you can now also use almost every function on mobile ios and android devices.

Comments: Pros: Functionality, ease of use, tracking progress, constantly creating updates and relying on user feedback, new app that is a huge upgrade from previous versions

Cons: Search function is lacking. Sometimes hard to quickly find tasks even with very specific keywords. Would like better free training on advanced features and reporting so we can communicate progress with team members not on Wrike.

Comments: I tried other project management tools before Wrike, but i choose the later because for us the time tracking capabilities were great. The start-stop button is amazing and help us track the time spent working for our clients better and more precise than ever!.
Wrike is really simple to use and provides a Gantt chart which is very useful too.
Activity Stream + Emails is very useful to be always un to date!

On top of that, customer service is on point, great response time and very capable.

Hopefully Wrike team will keep a good balance between Enterprise and Professional version. Adding more cool stuff not only in the Enterprise.

I encourage you all to give it a try!

Comments: My IT department and I have been using Wrike for a while now, and the only thing that convinced the management to approve the purchase of such solution due to tasks that were completed and tracked by using Wrike.
It is such a wonderful solution that does not require any kind of installation and accessible from anywhere, not forgetting the integration tools that Wrike provides.
Wrike makes life much more easier when handling tasks and projects, and success can only reached when deadlines are accomplished successfully.

Comments: Wrike has quickly become my go-to tool not only for me as team leader but for all of my team as well. We looked at others, we took advantage of trial subscriptions but we found Wrike to not only easy to get off and running quickly but to do so without a huge learning curve.

Pros: Fantastic customer service. Super continuing education. Love the webinar's and detailed help section. Use it everyday, all day! My go to tool!

Cons: Slow to roll out new features. Not able to take advantage of the Enterprise features when you have a small team. Would like to be able to buy features a la carte from enterprise menu and apply them to my small team solution. Just don't need 15 seats but would love the great new features of the enterprise edition.

Comments: We collect in Wrike our greatest hits. Following the instructions of the composer from our team we have become a professional orchestra. Comments: We've been using Wrike for a couple of months now and it has all the features we need for managing our projects (like file sharing, activity stream, notifications and so on). We are not a big team, but are handling several projects at the same time, so Wrike appeared to be the best tool for us. So we would definitely recommend it to start-ups and small businesses like we are.

Comments: Wrike has been critical to our team seeing the growth it has. While a software is not the fix, in and of itself, for getting more things done, Wrike is the perfect vehicle within which to apply better time management and task organization practices. Our team was able to drastically reduce the amount of items in our inbox through the Outlook Plugin, while being able to quickly create and assign new tasks via email. The dashboard and activity stream make it extremely easy to see what's going on and where my input is needed.

After going all in with Wrike, we were able to improve our effectiveness and productivity by more than a third (measuring the change in projects completed by quantity and overall impact). One thing to keep in mind with Wrike, and any other PM, is you have to be dedicated to using it. If you are not all in, nothing will fix your organization problems. If you are going all in with a PM, I would use Wrike.

On top of that, the ability to vote for new features and see them actually rolled out, as well as their willing hands on approach to ensure you are making the best use of Wrike is awesome to see these days.

Comments: Pros: Wrike is quite easy to adopt and my team couldn¿t find any argument for not doing it. What I like the most is Google Apps integration: I manage my tasks through Gmail and attach files from Google Drive instead of saving them to my hard drive and then uploading. It saves me lots of time. And the iPhone app is already there (and free) and helps me stay connected to my team even if I am not with it.

Cons: Having a separate iPad app would be helpful, though the web version suffices for now.

Overall: The app is great, but what I love the most is their support team! Whenever I have a smallest (even stupid) question they are always there, ready to give advice, help me out and point in the right direction. Thank you, guys!

Pros: The first thing that impressed me after I started using Wrike is how easy it is to share tasks with exactly those people who need this information.
The second thing I like is interactive timelines ¿¿¿ it is so easy to reschedule tasks and set deadlines, which is very important for me. It is also possible to quickly create prioritized lists of tasks by simple drag and drop.
And of course, I should mention Activity Stream ¿¿¿ a very handy tool to check updates and communicate with the team.

Cons: There is no way to edit comments (at least in the current version). Some help sections are out-of- dated (may be the reason is frequent software upgrades)

Overall: Fully satisfied and would definitely recommend Wrike to all who need an effective project management solution.

Pros: Wrike is quick to adopt and easy to use. The interface is very intuitive. My absolute favorite feature is the email integration. No more lost tasks! I love that all the projects are in one workspace, unlike in other PM tools that we've tried. Another big advantage is the flexible pricing (per user)

Cons: Gantt chart is great, but it would be great to see project progress percentage on it

Overall: A great tool for working on multiple projects, especially if you collaborate with foreign partners

Pros: Gantt charts, time-tracking, multiple views on tasks and projects, per user pricing, affordable, great support, excellent email integration, you can create tasks from emails, which saves hours. It's very convenient to invite conractors, as they can be added as "Viewers". Love the product!

Cons: I'm really missing an iPhone app, but the team says it's in the works.

Overall: I'd recommend this solution to any team of 10-20 people, who are working on multiple ongoing projects and who heavily depend on email. It saves time and helps the whole team to get more things done.
