Pros

We implemented the b-pack Saas tool and don't know what we did without it. We were up and running in a few weeks, but we had to do some additional tweaking for the first week or two. I really like the requisition work flow. It took a two week process down to 10 minutes. I also love approvals on my blackberry. You just write approve on the subject line and send! Auto PO generator is a big time saver. I also really like to customized reporting and pivot tables.

Cons

so customizable that you can get yourself in trouble. Make sure to tightly control your admin rights.

Pros

the product is easy to use and enable a strong user adoption. It provided us all the features we needed and we were able to implement it on time.

Cons

Our business requirements changed completely in the middle of the project due to an acquisition and the project had to be delayed a week. However we were able to complete the implementation on time
