Pros

The software automaticaly creates tasks, reducing the time it takes to manage the REO process. The offers and escrow modules are great, and I use them for all my real estate transactions - regular transactions, REOs and short sales.

Cons

Nothing negative thus far.

Overall

I tried a number of other applications. They are good, but this one is different. It helps me manage the process, not simply enter data, and generate reports.
