Pros

I purchased the Howard & Friends, Agents 1st Choice Contact Management software for Realtors on February 24, 2010.

I received a link to the software via email. I downloaded the software and soon realized that it repeatedly crashed and wouldnt allow me to import my contacts into it. Being a contact management software, this is imperative. I contacted customer support by phone, they told me to email them my contacts and they would see why my file wasnt importing. My contact file was from Agent Office software, which Howard & Friends, Agent 1st Choice showed on their website imported into their software properly. Once I emailed the file & followed up 10 15 times by email and phone, I still never heard back from the company.

Cons

I finally received an email today (July 8, 2010) from the company stating that they would not refund my money.
I am warning other Realtors not to waste their time and money dealing with this horrible company.

I am taking legal action now to get my money back. I have contacted the Kansas Attorney general and will soon contact the Better Business Bureau of California and the California Attorney general.

Overall

DO not do business with this company.
