Pros
Easy to install (10 mins) and understand. Integrates with Outlook so I can read and reply to my email without having to open Outlook separately.
Cons
No linkedIn integration although they told me they are putting it in soon.
Overall
Good choice for SME recruitment firm of 1-10 recruiters looking to get fast start with easy to use software.
