Pros
Easy to use, works with outlook. Recently added features include networking site search. Good basic ATS system for a small company.
Cons
Had to reload software after install with outlook. Does not upload to my website, had to have a web master build import software to update my site. Only gives two options for job board uploads, very limited.
Overall
Affordable good ATS. If you need it to work with your website you will have to have someone customize it.
