Pros
E-mail client, Web extensions, true applicant tracking, increased security, customer service and customization of practically all fields.
Cons
Calendar function is a bit remedial compared to outlook
Overall
Main Sequence Technologies is an excellent company to deal with and PCRecruiter software can be a value add to any business focused on improving their applicant tracking ability. The software is back up by an excellent support from training to tech support and development. The teams seem to work well together and response quickly when you have and technical issue, need training or have a feature request.

Pros
Great product, has almost every feature you could need. Integrates well with internal metrics software after setup. Can be customized to almost any need. Main Sequence is always making improvements in PCRecruiter. Tech support has always done a terrific job for me.
Cons
Doesn't interface with Exchange Server. Training programs could better.
Overall
I wouldn't use any other contact management software.

Pros
We have used PCR since 1999 and have never exceeded its capacity to deliver what we need as a search firm. The web-based version allows tremendous flexibility for our team. Flexibility drives down to the individual user allowing them to customize the database specific to their practice.
Cons
No disatisfaction with the product at all.
Overall
I have and will continue to recommend this product to other search firms. Product and support are exceptional.

Pros
Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks inside the application. For example, I can screen assign a status, route to hiring managers and email a message to candidates with just afew key strokes.
Cons
Allows a candidate to apply without selecting a specific opening. There is a work-around, but there is the potential of missing a few candidates unless you create the work-around and check it consistently.
Overall
This is a Cadilac at a Chevy price. Reports have gotten better, support is available when you need it and overall customer service is excellent.
