Pros: Automation, everything done per scheduled time. Setting up by birdeye by remote into my server, then it just like cruse control.

Cons: I wish there is an alarm telling if software not working. There are times that I wonder if it drops one day and I wouldn't find out till weeks passed by.

Wish we would've found it sooner!

Pros: Easy to use, can customize, nice drip campaign that will send out a text and two emails. Ability to see if clients even clicked the link to start a review. Heath was awesome and it was so easy to get everything set up.

I love this service so far, for what I wanted with my business. I wish price was better.

Pros: I like the fact that they filter negative reviews before they reach major search engines. This was a major drawback in the prior service I was using. This way I still get to hear the client's cause of dissatisfaction and address the issue directly with them, rather than having to explain myself on the search engines.

Cons: I wish they would offer more services like appointment scheduling, confirmations, website management and optimization etc so that I could have everything in one place instead of paying different companies to manage different things.

Overall: Receive more reviews for my business that go directly to search engines.

Pros: After countless hours wasted on our own efforts trying to obtain reviews, we gave into Birdeye. Why did we wait so long!!! We love it because it works! We saw instant results and the features do exactly what they told me it would. Super user friendly so anyone can learn with minimal training.

Cons: We would love for it to interface with our medical EMR without having to get a third party involved. We need it to be automated so we aren't manually uploading every 48 hours.

Overall: Great online reviews

Our experience with Birdeye software and the staff has been wonderful.

Pros: The easy to use platform takes the guesswork out of promoting your practice with online reviews. Birdeye has increased the volume of reviews for our practice, thus improving our online presence.

Rosalind is a gem. She provides exceptional support, excellent follow through and responds quickly and efficiently to all correspondences.

Cons: It is difficult to answer this question. Currently we do not have any cons with the Birdeye software.

Pros: Gets reviews if you can get the onboard training to set it up. Have gotten several positive reviews from using but I have 2 companies and can't get them to set up on second company

Cons: You call customer service but no one can actually help you. You have to leave a message for someone to call you back

Comments: It is all about the contract to birdeye. We tried getting a hold of them for months to no avail. Once we did, we tried to cancel and they threatened collections. Their software was not user friendly, consistently produced errors and glitches, damaged our on page seo, etc. the website implementation too was poorly designed and difficult to use

Comments: The way that Birdeye alerts and captures reviews, and lets you share reviews is unique and valuable. Pricing could be better. It's disappointing that you can't share Yelp reviews.

Comments: I used BirdEye for a long time before switching vendors. While we had the system, there were not many updates made. We ultimately switched because we felt the system was falling behind in technology and user feel. After we switched, a lot of updates were made and it seems to be a more updated system with up to date features. The micro sites look professional and up to date. Customer service was always top-notch. Head developers made themselves available at the drop of a dime to troubleshoot and answer questions. Overall good product with a great development team back it.
