Pros

Saves alot of time and paperwork for our employees. It frees them up to do other things that need to be done during the season. I like it more than most of the employees around here, however I have worked with it more than they have by a long shot and I am sure after they have done it for a little longer they will love it as I do.

Cons

I cannot seem to keep online with webreserv, after so long it will ask me to enter my password again. This is time consuming when you have someone on the phone who is giving you their info and you have to be bothered with putting in the password all the time.

Overall

I would recommend this program to most people who are in the reservation business, simply because it frees up you and your employees time to do other things which is like having an extra employee around.
