Pros

User Friendly

Easy to learn the system

Price point is fair

Multiple options for in house or hosted on their servers

Company is very proactive in helping their customers

Good training and it can easily be done with the trainer remote (if you have internet access)

Ability to customize and build your own reports

Works with an Internet Browser

Multiple security groups (easy to implement)

Cons

Menu Items are hard to find at times (should be in alphabetical order)

Tabbing is not consistent (you do not always go to the next field)

Overall

The Skyware product is easy to use, learn, and teach others. While there are a couple frustrating things such as non-alphabetized menus, and tabbing orders that are not sequential, these are minor issues and can be over come.

We have been very pleased with the ability of the system and were able to take a group of untrained employees new to the hotel industry and have them functional and working in a very short amount of time.

Skyware has outstanding customer service and they have felt much more like a partner than just another vendor.

I would highly recommend their software for both small independent hotels and large chains.
