Great seating recommendations to our host staff have really improved our efficiency, and made our staff training so much easier.
Taking web reservations has boosted our business dramatically.
We're just starting to use the integrated e-mail campaigns, and sent out our first campaign today - but it's gone out perfectly, and we're watching the live stats update as we speak!
Support is another plus point - very strong, every time we call, they really help us out. It seems like they really do care.
Cons
I haven't encountered any problems.
Overall
We've been using Save My Table for just over a month now, and we're loving it.
