Pros
None really. The feature set looked very promising in the sales phase.
Cons
Once we'd bought the software everything fell apart. Nothing worked, few of the promised features were present. Implementation was a nightmare. They couldn't even get the hardware to function properly. Support was evasive if it responded at all. In the end we lost thousands trying to deal with this very amateur company.
In the end they denied all of the promises made by salespeople and abandoned our system without ever getting it running and refused to return any funds.
Overall
I would never recommend this product. It seems like it was someone's college project that they tried to turn into a company. They have talented (though seemingly dishonest) salespeople who front a terrible product with terrible support. We paid for nothing.

Pros
We have been using Rentitbiz for 6+ years and have found it to be extremely user friendly. A few years ago we converted from the old dos version to windows without an issues mainly due to the staff at Rentitbiz. Recently we have been exploring options to expand our business to another location and the service / advice we received from rentitbiz on how to make it work with our software was not only great but very cost effective. I would highly recommend this company and obviously the products they offer.

Pros
The lay out of Rent it biz with its front desk and back office is killer!!! the Idea of rentals is good. but not great yet. The over all idea of rent it biz is better then anyone out there.
Cons
So this software is very limited and I find they will say it can do things it can not do just to sell it. Then when you find out how many kinks it has in the system it becomes more my fault and not the problem of the software. Even after thy tell me there are issues. They just never fix them. Most problems take along time to fix. The reporting only half works. And even though it says it exports to Q books, well that is broke also! this software has major promise if they could get the right people behind it. For me I am think I need to switch. It was made to make me money and save time but it seems to be the other way around. once you get the rentals set up it works ok but with all the other problems I am not sure it is worth it.
Overall
not sure I would buy this. there a lot of bugs in the program. I could go on for pages. If they can come up with a major overhaul and get everything to work that is set up on there this would be a dream. if you have another POS system and just want to do rental you might like it. but for the money you would be better of with pen and paper for rentals. I really hope the new update fixes all the problems the program has.
