My business cannot run without it! It looks a lot more professional than trying to send a "word document" that you created yourself!! Program Manager Education Management Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Accurants offers a lot of features, but has some bugs to work out" July 6, 2022 4.0 Pros Accurants offers a free trial so you can check out the features before you buy, and then if you do like it, their prices aren't bad. They have a lot of features, like general accounting and invoice creating + processing. These features work fairly well, depending on your country. Cons Accurants is tailored more for American-style accounting, difficult to get their platform to do what we need it to do in another country. Their customer service is helpful, but had to reach out to them for several glitches/bugs during the free trial. Ultimately decided to go with another platform. Review Source PS Paula S. Could create and manage invoices easily. Pros Customer service was excellent. Our rep responded to our questions and requests very quickly, and did his very best to satisfy our needs. Cons There were a few wrinkles in the program - things that didnt work just quite right - but as soon as I contacted our rep with our concerns he worked very quickly to rectify the challenge. November 15, 2017 5.0 Pros Several invoicing and payment options. Accurants makes invoicing simple and customizable. Easy to purchase orders and estimates. Entering purchase orders along with estimates helped my customers track and cost out their orders. Very User Friendly. It only took a few minutes of using the software to feel at ease with how to create invoices and get payments. I could not believe that it was possible to have all of our small business data in one place in cloud. It has saved us so much time & money. I can run my entire organization from one place - anytime, anywhere, any device. I reached out to all of our other sister foundations to take advantage of this blessing. As a full-time freelancer, I work with multiple, diverse clients on a monthly basis. Accurants enables me to abandon messy spreadsheets and track my time and deliverables in a single, clean, web-based location. Plus, the easy-to-use invoicing tool lets me send out professional-grade invoices each month and track which clients are late with payment. " March 1, 2016 4.0 I definitely enjoy the expense section and the ability to generate reports to see where my money is actually going. I believe this can be a great tool to know what expenses are generating you the most amount of income and where to focus your time and money. The only negative side of this product to me is that my business is not at the point yet where I can use all of the features. So, there are parts of the product that are not yet useful to me. When I first joined, I received an email asking me to forward my expenses so that the Accurants team could upload them for me. That was a great added bonus. They did that for the entire previous year so I didn't have to. They were also willing to hold my hand at each step of the way, always encouraging me to reach out to them for assistance for any of the program features.
