The customer support team is one of the best I have used. I have never not been able to get ahold of an agent the day of. They will stay on the phone with you well past operational hours to resolve an issue. Their developers have added new features and functionality to accommodate the uniqueness of our yard. The software is easy to navigate once you get a basic understanding. It does not take long to train a new employee at any work station. The employees sound like they enjoy working for the company. Pros The customer support and willingness to customize the software for our needs. They continue to upgrade and add features to their software. We are still finding new ways to utilize the software. Cons The software is more expensive then other options. It can take some time to utilize all the features properly, because there are so many features. Pros ScrapDragon is very user friendly. When we first bought the software we spent three days at the 2007 New Orleans ISRI Convention. We tested all software's that was at the show and found ScrapDragon to be the most user friendly and the support team was very knowledgeable. We are going into our 11th year and we are still very satisfied with the software and the support. We have made several recommendations to others to buy ScrapDragon.
