Pros
Accessable at home to make changes.
Ease of use once familiar with process.
Ability to get materials to a global audience quickly.
Full support provided throughout use.
Cons
Assessments do not show as edited when changes made.
Having to republish assessment AND course after changing maybe just one question.
Manipulating picture to size required sometimes take a while and not as easy as first shown.
Report functionality not specific enough at times.
Overall
I believe that even with the cons, that the tool is overall easy to use and good value for money.
We tend to use it in a very specific way to suit our ever changing business therefore we accept that some of the functionality is not 'geared towards' how we use it.

- Easy to use system for end user
- Reliable delivery infrastructure (no disruption in service in 9 months after go-live)
- Flexible and fast sales team
- High potential for growth (the LMS has a good core structure in terms of dB structure and features)
Cons
- Limited default reporting capabilities
- Some administrator features are not easy/intuitive
- Some areas of the code/functionalities are less advanced and stable than others
- Customizations are expensive compared with the licence costs
Overall
- This product has potential to be a good medium size LMS if reporting capabilities are improved and some administrations functionalities are further refined

Great functionality and adaptability to our business. Excellent client relationship with strong project management.
Excellent technical architecture and understanding of how to integrate into corporate enviroments.
Cons
Takes a while to learn the application and to understand fully how to use within the organisation.
Overall
Highly recommend both Cobent and the application

Pros
The system is extremely comprehensive and has a detailed auditing and quality control process which makes compliance extremely easy to achieve.
Cons
Each learning establishment has different needs and as such it would be great if it were a little more customisable.
Overall
The system is superb for deploying web-based learning and has really helped us as a company implement our elearning solutions effectively. Cobent were of great help in the early days when we had little understanding of this area and helped us to effectively and swiftly make the transition from paper-based to elearning. We are far more efficient for this change.
