Amazing product!! The stylists & clients love this program for SOO many reasons. Online booking sets us apart from all of the local salons, along with keeping our small salon looking professional, up to date, and trendy. I more than highly recommend this application, it has helped my business more than anything else. Their constant upgrades continue to amaze us and great customer service! Thank you!!

Makes my record keeping flawless..... Always know when clients appts are when they ask.....nor more flipping through appt book looking..... And check out and Daily transactions really keep everythig up to date for me. Love this app and also web based! Can't wait till iPad app.......just know it will be awesome like everything else!

This booking software has made my life so much easier. I own and operate a small boutique salon of independent stylists. To avoid higher rental rates, I utilize Vagaro.com as our salon receptionist, if you will. Vagaro.com allows our clients "self-serve" reservations & online reservation management. Our clients love to have the ability to manage their own appointments and my team loves the freedom of not answering a long line of voicemails at the end of the day. This system has increased our reservations, decreased our work load and given us the ability to manage our schedules on the run with the integrated mobile app software available. Simply put, Vagaro.com has simplified our lives and the lives of our clients.
Cons
Vagaro doesn't have a true iPad app yet, but it is my understanding that it is coming very soon!
Overall
If you want a new sense of freedom from your salon books, you NEED this.

Pros
Where do I start? The software is perfect for my industry - sunless tanning. The ability to schedule online is a feature that is trending and necessary. Having access on my iPhone and iPad are essential for my crazy hours. I love that I can check clients out by having my iPad with me at a travel appointment.
My clients love receiving confirmations and reminders. Text messages, green receipts, online review capability and metrics to help my business grow. Vagaro's customer service is top notch and blows the competition out of the water!
Cons
Unable to accommodate service providers that works at multiple locations. I work from a 2nd location and had to add myself twice under the name "Carissa at Perfect Image" - it works, but isn't exactly seamless. I also am waiting for them to add a package tracking feature...but am confident it will be coming soon.
Overall
Vagaro has gone above and beyond on all requests that I have sent in the last year. The customer service is amazing. Fred, Zach and Kerry are a class act. The software has made my company work in a more seamless manner and my clients are always impressed. It has set me apart from the big salons and spas in the area and has met the demands of a technologically driven society,

The program is stylist centric; Has pertinent and relative reports; easy to program; multiple ways to accomplish a single task; video tutorial of each section; customer access helps alleviate need for full time receptionist;
Cons
Business webpage is too static and doesn't allow for customization of additional pages; such as a page that highlights products and services in a format of my choice.
Overall
The system does almost everything except for direct deposit but it needs to process information much faster. Much too long to toggle between screens and functions; around 5 seconds.

Affordable ,extensive, easy to use . Support is always there for any problem shooting and the Vagaro team are open to new ideas . Very Cool .

Speed !!!! I have a very fast internet connection so I should have a very fast Vagaro performance but I don't . It should be as fast as a click of a mouse but I always see the word 'LOADING ' Very frustrating .

I have used a very elite computer software in the past....too many options can get very confusing especially when you have staff with different computer capabilities! Vagaro is by far my favorite! Very easy,simple, up to date, quick to reaspond. My clients live the emails and online booking. I love this company.

clients able to book on line, reminders for clients who book in advance, keeps clients formulas, checks out clients, all clients info is at your finger tips where ever you are.

they pretty much fix anything you have issues with.
