We have been looking for salon software for awhile now. We finally came across Smart Salon Manager and found it very easy to use.

I wish there was a mac version.

Pros
Smart Salon Manager is one of the best business decisions we have made. Unbelievable price and excellent features for the money. Customer Support is knowledgeable and friendly. And they even added a couple of reports that we wanted created special for our business at no charge.
Cons
No cons. For the money, the software is a great value.
Overall
Definitely recommended.
Price + Features = Perfect Fit for us.

I thought easy to use was most important. Well I was wrong! This program does not do anything its suppose to. I cannot do refunds, returns, or most every option it came with. Really truly the option is there but will not do anything when we try to use it! It just doesn't allow it. Also, if we press the wrong button it will delete the whole days worth of appointments. If you need help it is not available. They have made it nearly impossible to get remote help. We finally figured it out payed for it and they didn't send us the link. Therefore, we could not get the help. There is no phone number to call either. This is a scam and its too bad we got sucked in! Spend the money and don't buy this!
