Pros

Fast and easy to use. My product sales have gone up over 30%.. Support has been very good.Education has been super with on line training, videos and a manual. Cost was affordable.Gift cards and e mail marketing are making me even more money.

Cons

So far....none.

Overall

With so many software companies out there...this was the fastest, the easiest, with the best customer support. You actually talk to hairdressers owners and receptionist when you call customer support. People in our business that know what we do and how to communicate how to do it.

Pros

This salon software is amazing. We were up and running in less than three hours. All are needs have been met or exceeded. We have 22 stylist and our salon has never ran better. We sell more retail than ever.

Cons

none. This software has been a god send.

I would recomend this software for any salon or spa that wants to make more money and spend less time doing it.
