Our BIGGEST regret was ordering this software. We were looking to up grade to a more advanced software from our old, but would later find out that Milano Software was just a company looking to take your money from you and run! Beware! We inquired the software late 2010, because of an ad placed in the Salon Today magazine. Our sales rep, Paul, assured us that this was the best way to go and they were number one and we would not have any problems what so ever, but that we needed to buy it now because they were having a promotion that would not be lasting that much longer. So, we fell into his gimmick and purchased the software letting them know that we would not be ready to convert until Spring 2011, because of the busy holiday season approaching. Come March, in a long story short, they CANNOT convert our original software over, they do not return phone calls, and they do not follow through.The president is not professional and should be ashamed of himself. Save your money people!
Overall
For as how big they say their company is, there is only 5 people who we have ever talked to. The President, The Sales Rep, The Tech Guy, and a Receptionist. Kinda of strange if you ask us. If all did go well, and we did like the software, getting a hold of anybody is impossible. Someone is always out of town.What if we did have a problem?We have to wait till they get back?They always rush you off the phone and the company as a whole has been extremely unprofessional with us, and we have been being very patient. It is obvious that once they got their money they could care less. All and all we do not want another salon have to go through what we have been experiencing these past few months. The software does not work for us, and most likely would probably not work for many.We are still waiting to hear from them for our money back, but at this point we have kind of lost all hope. Do your research before ordering from this company or you might get yourself into a huge mess like we did!
