Pros: Easy to use

Cons: It doesn't coordinate with google calander. And I wish the c/c system hooked up with square up.

Overall: I love the program, it was exactly what I was looking for. I fell in love with this system and have gotten other salons hooked as well.

Comments: This program is not meeting our needs. It deletes clients and inventory from our system, you can't track new requests, new non requests, It's almost impossible to get a quick response when problems arise. all of you contact info is with down or the phone numbers aren't in service. I want to cancel my account but can't seem to find the right person to talk to.

Comments: 1st week with phorest and the transition has been easier than i thought, the training we had with agent was really helpful. He was patient and adaptable and has been in contact whenever we need him with any answers to questions we had. Looking forward to going LIVE tomorrow!!

Pros: The software covers everything I need, it has something for everything

Cons: I can't learn it as fast as I want!!!

Overall: I've given Phorest 5 stars across the board because once I've mastered all the tools they have given me I truly believe that my business will go from strength to strength.
Their customer service is something to aspire to, NOTHING is too much trouble, I feel truly valued.
I'm really looking forward to being part of the Phorest family and to what the future holds

Overall: I just wanted to say how amazing the phorest software and the people who work for this company are!

I have been approached quite a few times by their competitors and have always stuck with this company for both our clinics as they are always trying to push things forward and have always come up with great ideas to increase Revenue.

This coupled with the amazing customer service gives me no reason to ever leave :-)

Cons: One report i would like to see implemented is a projection report that tells you how much the salon and stylists are projected to make for any period of time.

Overall: Haven't opened yet however the support in getting the software up and running has been spectacular. Great team at Phorest!

Pros: Accounts & manager section. Also ordering & stocking.
Really excited about doing email company's with yet team

Cons: Clients buying & using course's ie laser hair course's. Not straight forward to book or follow

Overall: I have never been good with computer & programmes so i was never nervous about getting phorest into my salon. I had my 1st training day in phorest & everything was made so clear & their support network is excellent & very accessible.

Comments: We've only had phorest in our beauty salon 5/6 weeks & just loving it! I can't believe how much this system does. Hopefully one day we will use it to its full potential. We are still learning so much & so pleased I went with phorest. I looked at quite a few systems & glad this is the one I went for. Amazing help from everyone & I think I used my support monthly fee in the first few days haha.

Pros: Treat cards, reports, marketing

Cons: I have to know how long treatment is, does it fit to my calendar, old software gave opinions when the treatment was first selected (like customers Online-version does)

Overall: I have used Phorest few days now. I am satisfied, but still a little bit lost. The system is so much different than the one I've used several years, but I'm sure, I learn how to use Phorest. I'm atually excited to learn, because I'm sure, it will grow my business! :)

Comments: Iv been using Phorest for about 7 years and it is such an asset to the business. Online bookings are hugely successful and both client and therapist friendly. The software is so so easy to use and has every feature you could even imagine making the running of the business and paperwork so much simpler and organised. I also have to say I've never dealt with a company that has such consistency when it comes to their standard of service which is really inspiring. They cannot help enough if you have any concerns or questions. Very professional but also looks like a fun bunch of ppl too! It's a must for any business looking to move forward/online. Definitely the leading brand in salon software which I think sets a standard for all other areas of your business.

Very intuitive.
Great customer service.
Has a report for everything.
Full customized services, providers, resources, and inventory.
Nice app included with the price (others charge extra).
Did I mention the great customer service?

Cons: Wish they had a more configurable patient form and the option to add scanned forms and pictures.
High set up fee but they input the information of your inventory, services, and client database for you before going live.
Need to have the software "installed" in a pc/mac but the information is safe stored in the cloud. You can access it anytime from the your app but not from any computer.

Overall: Customer service reviews were important to me when I decided to go with Phorest and they had not let me down. They are always in contact and the response time is really short. We had the first training call yesterday and my receptionist (who is not very computer savvy) was very happy because of the easiness to use and manage appointments. I have gone further exploring other features and everything is basically done with a few clicks.
The video tutorials are endless and the manuals and ebooks are easy to read.
100% satisfied so far.

Recommendations to other buyers: I considered other 3 options and had the opportunity to test them. I'm happy with the choice I made. Every software has its pros and cons. Try them before making your decision. Don't go with any company that does not trust their software enough to let you try it. I still have few features that I would like to have and are actually present in the other options that I tried. Phorest has most of them and that was what made my decision.

Pros: Customers contact. Diary is fantastic, but keep in contact with my clientele is something that I couldnt do by myself anymore after you are having a big list of customers coming to you.

Cons: Didnt experience it yet to say.

Overall: Starting only now! But after 3 years in love with Phorest! Cant wait to start using on my new beauty salon! Phorest seems really interactive and easy to use! Lets grow!

Cons: no payroll that makes me sad but we will live

Overall: we left Salon Iris because the software was so redundant and complicated. it has many features but had ugly visual and rude customer service. played with Phorest and we have totally hit the jackpot. I feel like our business is on the right track. Reports are simple and easy to understand this software is social savvy and the clients love it. We could brag all day but you wont understand unless you try it out. We were so nervous to leave but it has been the best decision of 2017. Look forward to our journey and we must compliment the amazing and outstanding customer service. I hang up happy any time i call Phorest especially if i speak with Daniel. We have referred all our friends to Phorest.

Comments: So far so good! Loving this system. For a complete computer novice it is so user friendly and our customers are loving the reminder texts and emails they are getting.
All the staff I have dealt with have been fabulous including David who installed system and Aiofe and Ronan from head office.

Pros: Everything. Very easy to use and very friendly. Has everything that you need to run your business.

Cons: I would like to see the help guide build into the software.

Overall: I have my Master's in information technology and knew what I was looking for. I searched for more than 6 months before deciding on Phorest. This was the best decision that I can ever make. I was little hesitant to sign up for Phorest since they are based in Ireland. But it didn't take me long to convince myself that this is the best software, company, and the team that I could pick. Team at Phorest is beyond professional and their support is seamless. Always ready to train and their willingness to help with any issues is very admirable. Apart from all, I love their team's soft spoken courteous accent.
All in all, I will highly recommend this company to anyone who has doubts about it. I am writing this review from my heart and not that someone told me. Send me a message and I will help you change your mind.

Pros: How many different functions there are for absolutely everything. From client profiles to reports and tracking, it's all really in depth and easy to use.

Cons: Not sure yet. Haven't started using it in the salon yet

Overall: I've only had one training so far, but the software is far superior than the one I was using at the las salon. I can tell already it will make my life as a salon owner so much easier. And the 24hr. support is fantastic as well!

Overall: The system has just been installed today. Rep did an amazing job of teaching us. He was very engaging with all our staff, very sincere and added an element of fun to the day.
Before today's trading I was imagining that I may be feeling overwhelmed at the end of the day but I am actually feeling quite confident about using the who,e system, everything seems very clear.

Cons: A couple of slightly quicker "short cuts" that would make life a little easier.

Overall: Well, I've only had my phorest training today. And I know there will be teething issues. But, you know what? I don't think it's going to be a problem! I've come over from isalon. And I can tell you... it's already feeling so much more intuitive using phorest. And, I can honestly say. I feel completely confident in phorest's support will fix any issues we experience.

Pros: Ease of use, constant development and improvements administered regularly.

Cons: I can't think of anything I don't like and when there is a glitch with the software there's someone at Phorest immediately on hand to sort your issues out.

Overall: It just gets better and better the more you get to know the system. I've had the system for nearly 4 years, we only utilised the online booking feature a year ago and that was a revelation, why did I not do this sooner?! I couldn't be happier and I know I'm still not using it to its absolute full compacity. I love the fact that Phorest keeps growing and developing, Phorest is by far the most efficient and innovative salon marketing/booking system the industry has to offer and I would recommend it to anyone looking to introduce the most powerful tool a salon could wish for!!

Comments: After a year of using a system which just wasn't working for our salon, we researched other systems on the market and decided that Phorest best suited our needs. So far every step of the way each person involved has been a pleasure to deal with and responded to any queries with super fast efficiency. The installation itself was so easy and we received a full day of training by a representative named Greg who couldn't have been more helpful. We are already finding things easier and to top it off the monthly payments are less than we were paying before. Phorest seems to have thought about things from a salon perspective and have made things very easy to use.

Couldn't and wouldn't live without it.

Comments: We have been established for 20 years and we were, I think, the second salon to buy the Phorest package back in the early 2000s. We have therefore experienced it evolving and it has helped us to evolve as well. It has been like watching a child grow up into a very capable adult, then go on to college and earn a degree! The software is the backbone of our busy business and removes the stress of many things. Reports, figures, records are there instantly at the touch of a button, and the appointments and room allocation makes our salon run seamlessly. Product support is faultless, and it is very assuring to know that any problems are always resolved instantly. Our staff love the ease of use of the appointment side of the system and find it very easy to master.

If you have Beauty outlet, it is not only an excellent tool......it is the only one to have.......Oh, nearly forgot.......it's made in Ireland!

Overall: Its been a fantastic transition from MINDBODY software to PHOREST . The Team at Phorest is nothing short of brilliant.
I Just want to share Two things. 1 the software 2 The support.
1. I have been using Mindbody for over a year. I have a medium size staff of 6 stylist in total and depend on a full management software to manage my small salon.
Honestly you cannot even compare the software, Phorest is way more complete, and is made for the hair industry. It works so well, No bugs. The software never crashes. It works smoothly.
Its really simple and easy to navigate, book appointments , run reports.
I wish I had found the software ages ago! My old software was crashing and full of bugs, constantly on the phone trying to fix an issue on the site that was the software.
They have amazing social media integration. Marketing is all worked into the software, and very easy to use. They have great email campaigns all built in.
Well I could write a full page here but will move quickly to point 2.
2 The service and support is amazing, we have had ongoing training for all our staff, If we are stuck on any difficulty amazing support is just a call away.
I Am looking forward to making full use of this powerful tool in my Salon, and looking forward to growing my business with Phorest.

Comments: Tried the free trial, everything seemed o.k. How ever, in order to actually see how the system works you need to pay the initial set up fee of $500 US. Then they proceed to set up your system, the phone calls to set up are rushed with dozens of mistakes in the system before you even start. It's a complete mess! After the initial set up and 1 hour training I decided that this wasn't the system for our company. I've sent well over half a dozen emails explaining why I would like a refund and would not like to use the system and no one is responding. Only thing I'm receiving is more bill for charges to my credit card. I now will have to call my credit card company to block phorest from taking payments . Once they have your money forget getting any answers back from them if your unhappy with the services. I would never recommend any company to use them. Worst customer service out there.

Overall: I looked at lots of systems and Phorest was one of the first but I was apprehensive at paying the initial outlay especially as I had already used a system for a couple of months which didn't work for me. I trialled a few different systems but nothing fitted right with me so I re-visited Phorest and it looked amazing. I took the plunge and at the training I kept saying "I can't believe how easy this is to use" Honestly I can't believe how much time I wasted looking at other systems. All I can say is you get what you pay for. Phorest is easy to use, it does everything apart from making your patients tea and coffee! It works on iPads, iPhones, the training is excellent and company support is amazing, they really want to work with you and grow your business. It only lost one star as we can't go totally paperless at present but I know they are looking into this. Best decision I have made and it is so professional.

Cons: there isn't anything I don't like, it seems a bit complicated to start with as there's a lot of features (what you need) but once you start using it becomes easy.

Comments: We have recently installed phorest at the salon and I am impressed. My staff have loved it and found it so easy to use, especially after the brilliant training we received. Any teething problems we have had and the phorest team has been extremely helpful. I am also receiving a number of weekly emails with marketing ideas, training available and weekly reviews. Cons: Aesthetics - i.e. could be prettier but that doesn't really matter.

Overall: We have just established a large beauty salon and skin clinic in the Midlands and initially conducted a massive amount of research into salon software concluding that Phorest is streets ahead of everything else currently available on the market. It is utterly superb software and I can't speak highly enough of it. It's easy to use, responsive, clever and well thought-out. It's wide-ranging capabilities are second-to-none and will make (and save) us a lot of money - we are delighted with it. I particularly like the 'at risk' facility which identifies those clients who have not visited the salon in the past few months. In addition, the service, training, advice and tips throughout the set-up and training have proved invaluable. Thank you so much Phorest - you have made all of our lives considerably easier!

Pros: The ease of it and the reporting is excellent.
It is a simple, yet really efficient system, and does everything I need for my business. I like the fact that the brand is honest, and doesn't rip people off to get a decent system, yet offers payment programmes to enable a business to be able to afford the best system within the industry. Everything about it is brilliant.

Cons: Nothing really. Cant say I have got any cons. Anything I have suggested or requested on user voice has been implemented. The only thing I have ever found disappointing, was the tone of whoever was responding on user voice. They seemed more technical than customer focused, and came across rude and actually a bit obnoxious in their replies, which is very unlike the Phorest communication you normally give.

Overall: Always brilliant, always efficient and never disappointed.
The system really is way ahead of any others on the market. It offers everything a business in the beauty industry would need and more.

Overall: I'm sure in the future I would rate much higher. As we are new to the phorest family I am still only learning to use all of its features. My online hour with Susan was so constructive. I rate that highest of all. I am really looking forward to learning to use it better.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would love if the cancellation list feature could be attached to a stylist. Often my clients would want a cancellation with a particular stylist only so a prompt that they are free would be great.

Pros: Marketing is the only strong point

Cons: When you make an appointment and then change the timing of the first service any services after don't update thier time so you have to delete the services and then add them back in this is a problem in witch a few lines of code in your software could fix this. This would be a better use of an update then more marketing especially if you want to be compared to stx, millennium and salon iris.

Overall: Luke was the only one who actually helped with the nightmare that is your company. I realize new software takes time and a learning curve but this experiance has been a nightmare. What was supposed to be my go live date came and went we are not live as you said but you had the audacity to charge me none the less. When I called to see what was going on the phone numbers for technical support were disconnected, leaving me to scramble and email everyone who has ever emailed me of the 7 emails only one man got back to me and only after 2 hrs. When I paid for set up fee I expected my system set up especially after I answered the long detailed questionnaire you had me fill out. Problems are still not fixed and no end in sight.

Pros: I like that the software is easy to use, nice and bright, colourful, and it changes all the time. I love how it saves looking at the same screen all the time, and Phorest listens to the client base and changes things when they need to which I think is just amazing.

Cons: I don't like the fact that there our little bits in each section so you have to really search for some things to find what you want. And I don't like that it doesn't come with a spell check as this would be so helpful.

Overall: Phorest was easy to deal with from the word go - down to earth, understanding, and trustworthy. I suffer from learning disabilities and Phorest staff are so patient with me and really help me to understand anything I need. They are right there for me even down to the stupid things like how do I open something. Or where to find something. This was a big step for me and Phorest made it so easy. It's so good I tell everyone about it. I love it and to know I have it makes me proud.

Pros: Ease of use, friendly navigation, great customer support. It's like having an in-house marketing team it's so simple to activate the in-built marketing functions.

Cons: The price is a little punchy when comparing the market, but once you've spent some time using it and the team become adept at unleashing its full potential, the value is evident.

Overall: Have been using Phorest for the past couple of months now and I must say, it's definitely the best salon software we've used to date, we've had to kiss a few frogs before we found our prince but Phorest is definitely worth the investment and it's been onwards and upwards since we started using it with the help of their excellent support team.

Comments: I have used the software for years and find it easy to use and easy to teach new staff. Customer service is very efficient and a problem is usually resolved in minutes. They are always adding great new features. They listen to salons who want updates or ways to make the system more efficient or effective and work on new ways to improve. I would always recommend phorest software.

Comments: I can see straight away there is so many easy to use extra's from what we have previously used.
I will get my head around these over the next few days nd revert back with more positive comments. Your team have also been on point and very good, especially Faelan & Justin.

Negatives I want to share:

- Online bookings deducting £1.50 per appointment!! If 100 bookings a month it is £150 a month which is a huge hit to my bottom line. Based on my previous software company there was no charge and most of my booking made over night too, so in my eyes I am concerned about this. almost £2000 a year!

- Bookouts drop down menu- These are far more complex and long winded than the previous system i used, I showed Faelan how easy it was on my previous software and even though they are far behind you guys, there was a few things like this that were far easier.

- Visual and easy on the eye. Again you can't see the whole name of the client so when they enter the salon you need to hover over each client to find out who they are. Also the flag icon and additional icons cover the name which i think could be a lot cleaner. Again i showed this to Faelan.

Comments: I have used many software systems in my years of being in this industry and would never choose to go to any other company now.
The system itself is amazing from ease of use for the end user to the simplicity of the set up that no other company can offer.
The support that you get from being with Phorest is second to none and the forward thinking developers are always happy to listen to your ideas and implement when possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the whole team at Phorest!

Find it a great co. to deal with. All staff are professional, extremely helpful & friendly.

The service is very professional & actually surprised me at how much detail & appropriate features are available on the system. I love the frequent emails with hints & tips, it's like you're reading my mind sometimes!

Comments: This software is definitely a step up from what we had before. It gives us exactly what we needed to keep track of Staff schedules, client appointments and business finances and marketing. There is no cons really just a few bits that could be enabled to make life a bit more smooth sailing like in client screen instead of having the client address details i suggest using that column for the Treat Card number.

Comments: I have set up software for Salons I have worked at and for my own Salon. I have done countless trials and had systems lacking in extremely important areas especially timing of appointments double booking and allowing gaps for processing time. Phorest has it all and the customer service is outstanding. They offer apps for your clients to check-in and update their info, they offer rewards cards which clients love, and the option of online booking. They enter in all of your information including retail. So easy!

Comments: Pro's: User friendly, great tech support, took the time to explain features before the purchase
Con's: Did not explain that the time feature on all the automatic notifications were limited to military time. This only caused confusion so I had to remove time from all the notices which drastically decreased the value of this feature

Would been a perfect rating had this been explained during the demo or if the time was not limited

Comments: I absolutely love the attention to detail in the training that they provide. The system is very easy to use and does just as advertised. The only suggestion I have is same day text reminders for clients. Currently, it is only 24hrs in advance. Other then that I am very happy!

1 Please add an option to reprint receipt on appointment page.
2 Please add a report for monthly and yearly on a day break .
3Please add a currency calculator on cash up
4 Please add the option to calculate overtime for staff who get paid hourly .
5 paymentmate should be a part of phorest , its hard to deal with 2 software and end up either charging twice and its not a professional way to refund the money .
6 staff roaster should also display to clients when they try to book appointment .
The reason I gave 4 star for customer service , from last few months they do not response as quickly as they used to be .

Comments: Mostly I find it brilliant the only issue I find is when your busy and under pressure some features take bit longer to complete as in how many times you need to click things but that is only a very very small issue.
Absolutely great for finding clients info and answering queries clients have in regards to past services. Way less paperwork and I'd be lost without the licence on laptop and my phone app. I can check on things no matter where I am. Superb system well worth it

Comments: I find that the software works well with working out developing times etc. I like the way it is simple for cashing up and if I need to amend staff rosters put in holidays etc.
Couple of cons; when I move an appointment , it seems to upset the developing time and the appointment times. Also, when I look at a client card I cant see their future appointments.

Comments: I try to raise these issue with customer service and on user voice too but didn't get any success
1- I request to bring receipt reprint option in front where we book appointments , right now it is in sales window and I don't want to give access to my all employees for sales window ,it is a same thing giving access to my employees for financial report, please either bring it in front at appointment builder page or hide total sale where it says cash and credit total .
2- Please provide us overtime calculation in clock in and clock out report , I use excel sheet to count the over time , I have 40 employees and I have to feed each employee hours manually to excel sheet to calculate the overtime .Please provide us the option to feed after how many hours of day the overtime start and same thing after how many hours of week the overtime start.
3-Please give us the option in financial monthly report to break that report in days , for example if I need to tally a report of one month with my QuickBooks , I need to pull 30 reports , if I need to tally yearly report I need to pull 12 reports , if I have a audit and they wants to see daily reports for 3 months I need to pull about 90 reports.
4- user voice should be given a new look , its just a suggestion , I think you should screen each voice and then you guys should write them down in a right way so each of us can understand ,by doing this it won't have duplicate request and a person like me who is not good in explaining can have a proper voice . Please change the vote system too , I think its should be on priority bases instead of votes , I mostly run out of votes but there are lots of things which I want to see in future so I think for example there are 10 suggestion I should pick the number one priority and then second and so on .and this way I can vote (pick the priority )on each of suggestion and you will know which suggestion clients wants first .

Comments: I am the only stylist in my salon, and I was worried that I was overcomplicating things going with this software. It is made to support large full service salons, but it actually makes everything more simple- from booking appointments to tracking retail to following my marketing plan! Phorest can do as much or as little as you need it to with amazing customer service (and VERY patient representatives!). I'm glad I made this choice!

Comments: Good old pen and paper had its day but Phorest has not only helped to eliminate no shows by way of the text reminder service but also to allow us to receive feedback from clients on the reviews. We are able to target clients by way of email for promotions to boost our bookings.Treat points are well received and keeping our existing clients is key.
It would help if the system had a reminder pop up when our weekly repeat clients appts finished as this has caused us upset in the past. Occasionally the system has sent out wrong reminder texts causing confusion.

Comments: We opened a spa as a new business venture and took a long time searching for the perfect program. We are not new to using business specific software and did our homework on the various programs and features.

When we found Phorest we immediately saw it met all of our needs and provided many more that we didn't know were available!

This software is extremely easy to use, navigate and train staff on. The staff have been exceptional and as we're new we've been using the Support button alot! We get called back very quickly and have been so happy with the explanations and their ability to join our computer to demonstrate how an item is done.

We highly recommend Phorest and please know that anyone who wants to speak to a very happy new customer can call us!

Comments: As we only have phorest installed a day I can only compare it to our last provider that we had for 7 years, after one day there are so many positives.
I love the way we can make suggestions and so far I've definitely tought of a few small things that for someone switching over would make it easier for example clients who want to make multiple bookings on the one day and this happens often a wax with 1 nails with another & lashes with another, our last provider allowed us to book all a one time but with different people.
Overall though it's great so far with a lovely team behind it.

It's exceptional once you know how.

Training conferences ... they're difficult to hear and if you can't remember something or need a prompt you have no choice but to make a service call which invariably ends with a call back. However, the customer service is second to none and nothing is ever a problem.

Comments: The software provides so much information at my fingertips from a variety of screens & locations. I cannot imagine running the business without this system now. It took me a little while to get to grips with everything. The team at Phorest are always helpful and patient when I have had a query. I like the more detailed email template designs of late and the text reminders to clients. The online booking facility for clients is brilliant providing clients use it properly. The only problem I have had with the Phorest software, is that I haven't always had enough, regular time to use all its facilities to the max, but Rome wasn't built in a day !! A good opportunity to say thanks guys!

Comments: Our Spa has just started using the Phorest software and from the very start I have encountered complete professionalism, timely set up, all questions answered and a great team to make sure we are happy. Phorest is extremely user friendly and has many excellent features that my previous software may have had, but was too complex to even try! I am very pleased and recommend Phorest if you are looking for a user friendly, mobile, integrated program.

Comments: Program seems great so far. I've only been using it for a few hours but I'm excited to get into this program! I wish the Phorest Go had week view but maybe it does and I haven't figured it out yet. I'm loving the program so far.

Comments: I love the software. The only con I have is that if my receptionist makes a mistake with the subtotal for a client and hits pay. I can't go back and change it.

Comments: Before I had Phorest, I subscribed the blog - it is always so useful, and was basically a weekly reminder to me about how much the Salon System that I was using at the time lacked!
This system is SO easy to use, and the help feature is great, so I can find things out for myself, the step by step instructions are absolutely brilliant.
I think it's phenomenal that my staff and I can do online training, and that it is interactive. I just completed the Treat Cards training and I had a few questions though out the training which were answered instantly, as I could ask the trainer as we went along.
I've logged a call today to change something that was set up, and had my issue fixed within a matter of minutes.
I can't wait to get started with the Marketing Tools, as I can see already what a positive impact it will have on my salon.
All I'm doing is kicking myself for not getting Phorest sooner than I did.

Comments: From initial contact, through product selection, clearing payment, receiving hardware and product training the whole episode has gone smoothly, quickly and with no issues - except the receipt printer was a chargeable add-on which I was not made aware of at the time of purchase
Apart from that - excellent service

Comments: Pros - Marketing help.
Many different reports easily accessible.
Phorest team always on hand to help. They really do listen to what you say.

Con - Sometimes the internet lets me down which means I can't use the software.
Takes up a lot of internet usage data.

Easy, fast, great , affordable no brainer!

Comments: I have invested in Salons before and I had experts search for best management software. Hands down. Phorest was the best choice if you want tons of interaction with your clients and great reporting.

Comments: We already love our new software. From contacting Phorest with an enquiry. The staff have all been positive and supportive .
Nicola from sales answered all our questions and was not pushy like other software reps.
Jeff's training was well delivered along with PC set up.
Its so easy to use, the only one point I can think off would be to leave a A5 laminated sheet with quick prompts on where to find/do certain things . I know they are in the book but for quick reference .

I have been using Phortest software for the last 6months, it is very easy on the eye and to use

Comments: Phorest software without doubt all pros no cons, by far the best salon software I have ever worked with, the software is very easy to use, easy on the eye, it covers everything you can think of and it is improving everyday there's always more and more improvements, so happy we made the move six months ago and will never look back. Can't wait to avail of all the extra free training Phorest has to offer, they are always wanting to improve and increase your profits for your business.
